I'm assuming that all is going well with these alterations but I won't know for two weeks. I wanted them to take their time to do it right. As soon as this is done, I will take my clothes to his recommended dry cleaners. Be aware that the hours here say they are open on Sunday. This is incorrect. The website doesn't have the latest updated schedule. Your best bet is to always call ahead of time if you are under a time crunch. In my case, I was called Friday and was told my clothes are ready. Unfortunately, I'm not anywhere near that area so I'm going to have to pick it up on Tuesday because Monday is a holiday. Planning ahead works for me, but many people wait until the last minute and alterations are one of those things you need time for. Other places may accommodate you, but I'm sure you won't get the same quality. Actually I just realized that this was sitting in my drafts waiting for me to finish my overdue evaluation. The clothes were done very well and they are still looking good. One pair of pants that are my favorite now look very well on me. I use them a lot. Can't find any faults with their alterations. I definitely will use them again even though they are pricey. You get what you pay for here no doubt about it. I've read the reviews about this establishment and all the negative comments are from people who don't understand work, quality, speed, & cost.

When I picked up the suit, I was told there wasn't enough material in the jacket to loosened it so they just fixed the pants. I tried to explain that it was a suit and only fixing the pants didn't help me at all. The man that works there said I should have told him not to fix the pants, if they couldn't fix the jacket, but i didn't know until I picked up the suit and I was initially told both could be altered. She told me to come back in a few hours. Whem I returned, this kind, professional lady with blessed hands provided me with exactly what I wanted. My dress zipped all the way up and fitted well.

Although she did complete what i asked by tightening the halter top around the neck, however, she did not advise that I may have trouble getting my head into the shirt if we move forward with the alteration. Once finished, i arrived to the store for pick up and tried on the top. That is when i realized but luckily only needed the shirt 1x so i did not make it a big deal. In my opinion, $25+ for my halter top alteration was a little much but i also can't do it myself so.... Just wish she would have advised and made me aware of what the risk could be for the alteration. This suggestion would be appreciated by any customer and further create trust in her work/advise.

I was told about Express Alterations & tailoring so I decided to take them there. Wow, this place did an awesome job. They were honest. They compare my shirt to a real medium and all of my shirts were like XXL ... seriously! Express alteration told me they would need to rebuild the shirt again using the fabric from each shirt. I loved the shirts so I left them. Less than a week they were ready. Wow, there were exactly my size and the look was exactly the same as what I purchased.
