Many people playing with puppies and reaching into cribs when no one was watching. Prices are very high and there seems to be a lot of very young puppies. This time one of the bigger puppies barked non-stop and jumped up on the sides to get out. Do not know if the dogs are ever taken out and walked at all. Seems very strange, but they must make a ton of money because they are still open.

I told them, when I dropped him off that they were not to shave him, no cutting of his fur less than two inches and repeated this multiple times. They shaved unevenly on his butt and to the skin on the inside of back legs and left long hair on both rear legs, he also has a sore on his butt after grooming, so I had to take him to the vet. The owner said she'd send vet bill to insurance (couldn't say how long that would take) but would not give me a refund. Vet said it will take months for regrowth of his fur and now he has nothing to protect his skin on his back end.

Tammi and her team are outstanding. We have come to trust their recommendations on everything from dog toys to treats to medication type suggestions. We have truely appreciated the guidance. When we alerted Tammi we were relocating and asked if she might know of any similar stores in our new location, Tammi did some research for us and found us another store that carried the same brand so we did not have to change dog food.
