They shaved unevenly on his butt and to the skin on the inside of back legs and left long hair on both rear legs, he also has a sore on his butt after grooming, so I had to take him to the vet. The owner said she'd send vet bill to insurance (couldn't say how long that would take) but would not give me a refund. Vet said it will take months for regrowth of his fur and now he has nothing to protect his skin on his back end.
