So, I walked over there and told him politely that he should not do that as it can clog the sewers and then showed him the city's fact sheet that tells residents not to put the leaves in the street. He first asked if I was with the city, and I said no, so he basically said, "Go screw yourself." Just pretty rude and unnecessary.

I was reminded recently when having…read moredinner with friends and hearing them describe the nightmare they experienced when having a patio installed - inaccurate placement, sagging bricks, pooling water, etc. I felt terrible for them, and all I could think was that I wish I had known their plans before they got started, and we would have highly recommended Nierman. We had a fence installed first, and then a paver patio. Tom worked with us to examine all the options, and helped us find the right fit for our style and our budget. Both times the crews who came to our home were consummate professionals, and their attention to detail was meticulous. We watched them as they continually consulted a diagram and carefully laid out each patio brick. And we appreciated the way that they sculpted the sod along the edges and angled it down and out, away from the flat surface. When we did have a small problem with a gate latch on the fence, we emailed and it was immediately taken care of. We have enjoyed so many hours on the patio and we agree that having NLD install the fence and patio were two of the best decisions we've made for our home in a long time.

Also, 4 out of the 6 Black Hill Spruce trees planted were put in crooked. All we are asking is that he honor his policy and replace the 5 Golden privet shrubs and straighten up the crooked Black Hill Spruce trees. By ignoring our calls and texts this will NOT go away. There has to be a better way to treat your good customers. Their customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. Once they have your money, you no longer matter. We are senior citizens that are just trying to make our neighborhood here in Lake Geneva, WI look good. We paid Mike $10,500 now we get to look at 5 dead bushes and crooked trees every day. I would still like the nice yard I expected and paid for. We have unfinished business. Based on my experience, I don't recommend hiring this company.
