One went down taking out a portion of our fence, crashed into our garage smashing part of the gutter that it hit. A huge problem was actually the fence because the dogs could not go out alone. My husband could not lift the tree to put the boards back up for the fence. He called JBS Tree Service Friday a.m and was able to get removal arranged for Monday a.m. They arrived on time, actually earlier than we expected. They set everything up, used plywood on the grass so as not the leave ruts in the lawn. They were very respectful of our property. This was a huge piece of equipment. We ended up having all of the trees removed because it seemed like the whole root ball would be compromised. They also ground the stumps. The crew was probably 5 workman and it was absolutely orchestrated. they completed cleaned up our yard and the neighbors yard behind us. they even cleaned the driveway that was not really their mess. Joaquin is the nicest guy and truly wonderful to do business with. He is licensed and an arborist also. They made a bad situation into a good experience. I highly recommend them.

I gave them a call and had Tim out for an estimate. He was a really nice guy and very knowledgeable. By the end of the day, I had a fantastic quote, which was very reasonable for the work. The guys came out, as scheduled, and removed the requested trees in no time at all. Cut them down, removed all the branches and such, and then grinder down the stumps with a really cool remote machine. They were also very nice and did an amazing job! Mac did some work for us last fall and today came out to rescue us after we tried to take a tree…read moredown and it fell on our house! It fell across our sunroom and kitchen - all windows! Not only did he come at the last minute on a Sunday, he gave clear instructions on what we should do (and not do) while he was on the way. He spent 3 hours dismantling the tree a piece at a time and did everything humanly possible to limit the damage to the house. He made sure that everyone and everything was safe and what could have been a true disaster (that we created) resulted in 2 cracked cedar roof shingles and a dent in our gutter. Mac is a true professional and turned an extraordinarily stressful situation into a terrific experience.
