When I checked the system sprinkler heads were all leaking in spite of being told that I had to pay for broken sprinkler heads. I then had to call again because one of the sprinkler heads was leaking so badly that the system wasn't working when they came out to install it, He said that I would be charged for the broken head and if I didn't pay, they would never come back! That night when I saw the sprinkler system working, I noticed that he had installed the new sprinkler head facing the driveway and had put it on so tightly that I could not move it. I had to wait 10 days for them to come out to fix the mistake that they made!

We were also having Neighborhood Landscaping prepare and seed the yard, and Fred worked directly with their owner, Jeff, to coordinate the timing. He explained the process to us and handled the details with Jeff, which made everything easy on our end. This was not an easy installation. Our yard sits several flights of stairs above the street, and the crew had to dig trenches by hand and navigate piping around difficult walls and landscaping. They showed up on time, worked hard, and were incredibly nice throughout. Nobody complained about the access or the conditions, and they made sure all our questions about the new system were answered before leaving. Turned up, did it and charged us $150. What was worse is they texted me before asking me if i wanted this, I said no. They then texted again I said no. I then called them and made sure they wouldn't come, woman said they wouldn't. then they turn up and blow them out and charge us. I disputed this and her response was 'well when you use us you sign up to a contract for this service'. I asked for the contract they could not provide it, I have never signed a contract with them. I credit card disputed and got the money back - really shady practices stay away.
