Meanwhile, I've lost access to those HSA funds while they drag their feet fixing their own mistake. This has been incredibly frustrating and reflects very poor customer service.

I was there at 7:15a, in the chair by 745a and done within about an hour and one half. That evening I got a follow-up call from Dr Wessell. He assured me the procedure went well and encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions or issues. They claim they tried to call but I never got a call, never got a voicemail- nothing. She said they were running behind and they couldn't see me, and I am standing there at a loss for words. I lost out on pay from work today because they decided to just cancel my appointment. I NEEDED to see a dentist today. I have to go home and sit in pain because of their actions and disregard for my time. It's not like a hair appointment that can be missed and scheduled whenever. The dentist is only open during office hours so now I have to find a new dentist and take off work again because of the unprofessional treatment of this awful business. I have never been so disappointed with a medical provider. That is an irresponsible way of doing things, especially when you know people can't just wait around in pain.
