Strangest business I've ever seen for a "tailor". He had us come to some dungeon looking room with…read moreno window in a back alley way. I thought it was strange that he sent multiple pictures of himself when sending us the directions to the parking area in the alley. Not only was it nowhere near set up for tailoring, but there was a cat hidden somewhere, and he was cooking his food in his half kitchen when we arrived. We walked down a long hallway to this closed off room, full of cat hair. We had it all over our clothes when we left. My sister and I are allergic & were having bad reactions when we left. The island counter top was too dirty to lean on. He had these big slabs of wood piled up in the middle of the floor, telling us not to trip over them. He only had this one little sheet covered corner for one person to change. The entire space looked cluttered, dangerous, and nothing similar to a professional workspace. While we were there he insulted us with his unprofessional, biased opinions and assumptions. He talked down on the suits we brought in and clearly just didn't know what he was doing or talking about. He claimed our suits weren't of quality material that he normally works with and talked down to us as if we were bums or couldn't afford to get any work done by him. Idk if it was a racist thing or he just needed money. He tried arguing back & forth with me when I had enough & I told him about his poor behavior. He let the disrespect carry on for a while, trying to go back and forth with me before he began profusely apologizing and offering to make my stepson and husband brand new suits to make up for his unprofessionalism. He must not have had any clients at the time because he was trying to squeeze us for $200 adjustments per suit. We literally ended up taking them to a cleaners because his service and experience was so horrible & we only paid $45 to have it perfectly tailored & pressed.

I recently purchased my second suit from Aaron and Rogues & Regs. Once again, the product I ordered…read moreexceeded my expectations. I requested a summer weight suit, appropriate for an out door summer wedding. Aaron managed to deliver a design that is truly one of a kind. He personally designed the hand stitched exterior pockets, as well as the interior deconstructed lining on the jacket. I placed the order within a tight delivery window which Aaron managed to meet without issue. It is for all of the above listed reasons that I would never consider purchasing a suit from another source. Thanks again for the great service and experience!

I knew from just one phone call that I dodged a bullet. The man who answered the phone at 10:30am didn't even know the terminology for a blazer, which was already alarming. On top of that, he immediately assumed I was old and overweight simply because I asked if they could adjust a blazer that was a little snug under the arms. That kind of response is completely unprofessional and made it feel like they didn't even want my business or to take the time to help me. For a first encounter, this is not how you run a business or treat potential customers. Honestly, after this experience I'm starting to think a lot of the positive reviews here might not be genuine. Definitely not a place I would ever recommend and yes, as a well known influencer this will definitely be a story time on my IG avoid this place smh

A gentleman, whom I refer to as the store manager, translated my requests to the seamstress downstairs. I then returned to the main showroom, and the owner quoted me a price. I picked up the items without the chance to try them on due to scheduling constraints, and later that day, I found the alterations to be unprofessional and not in line with the price I was charged. I was leaving for vacation and could not address it immediately. Upon my return, I showed the store manager my concerns and asked how we could rectify the situation. He advised me to speak with the owner, who was unavailable, and to come back in a week. A week later the owner still wasn't there. The store manager suggested I call the owner, and I asked if he could call him while I was there. He mentioned he doesn't always answer his calls. I said, so why would he answer a call from a number he's not familiar with? In the meantime, I took the two pieces to another tailor to see what could be done to make them wearable. After months of many visits, I reiterated that the work done did not reflect what I paid for and requested a refund. The store manager asked to see the pieces again, I explained that what was done could have been done by me, and he responded, "so why didn't you do it yourself?" I then stated I wanted a refund so I could take them to a proper tailor. He called the seamstress, and they spoke in Spanish about possible fixes. He explained she could complete the additional alterations, and I could pick them up on Thursday, with later delays pushing pickup to Saturday. After four months, the garments are finally wearable.
