Receptionist greeted me with, "You owe us $175 for the orthotics." I said, I'll pay when I know they are correct. I went into the examination room and the receptionist followed me in to ask for the money again! The orthotics were not done correctly, so I asked the doctor to send them back. I was billed for the visit. I did call and was told I didn't need to pay the co-pay, but my insurance did pay for absolutely nothing. Two months later, they were still wrong. I had to call to find this out. I was told by the receptionist that she was no longer working with the people who made the orthotics and to pick my now ruined pair up. No fixing the orthotics with another company. Nope. I even emailed her from their website but got no response. I thought that maybe she would find another company. So, after three months, I picked up a ruined pair of orthotics. (New ones cost around $500.) No apologies from either her or the staff. What a s**t way to run a practice. Do NOT recommend.

He is smart, caring and compassionate. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how wonderful the staff is as well. I don't know all of their names but they were sweet, caring and attentive. I felt as though I was in the best care possible and I could breathe again. When a person is not feeling well or in pain it really helps to feel like someone is listening. Dr. Dreiker and his staff really listened.

I found great reviews about Dr. Dreiker online and decided to give the office a call. The office staff were very pleasant on the phone and I was able to get an appointment for an annual within three months! Three months might sound like a while, but for me that's quick compared to previous doctors who were booked solid for a year. Upon arrival I was promptly checked in and taken back within five minutes. This is one efficient doctor's office! I was a little wary about going to a male gynecologist at first but as soon as I met him I felt comfortable. Dr. Dreiker was genuinely concerned about me as a patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. Too often I go to doctor's appointments only to be rushed out the door without getting a complete answer/diagnosis... not with Dr. Dreiker! We spent a good forty-five minutes talking about my background, health and any questions. He explained everything he was doing step by step (there is an overseeing nurse in the room during the exam). He calls in prescriptions on the spot while you're still there -- none of that taking the prescription to the pharmacy only for the pharmacist to be unable to read it. Dr. Dreiker treated me more like a friend than a "client". I'm moving soon and Dr. Dreiker suggested great food places for me to check out and even suggested back roads for my new commute. I'm really happy I found Dr. Dreiker! I feel very comfortable with him and look forward to being his patient for years to come.

What used to feel like a reliable practice now feels like an intern training ground, where patient care clearly isn't the priority. At my most recent visit, I needed routine bloodwork done. What should have been a simple procedure turned into an awful experience. The staff member attempted to draw my blood three separate times and still couldn't do it properly. It was painful, stressful, and honestly unacceptable. I left feeling physically sore and completely frustrated. After nearly a decade of loyalty, being put through something like that without any sign of competence or accountability is beyond disappointing. Patients deserve experienced care, not to feel like practice subjects. I will seriously be reconsidering coming back.
