I had purchased a groupon for Eden Wellness for a massage. It expired but I could still use it for the amount I paid. So I decided to book a massage with Kelly. When I entered the establishment, the first thing I noticed was a bunch of kids yelling and laughing. They were sitting in the waiting room. Not my idea of a spa setting. There were 3 people at the reception desk. I think maybe one was in training. Not sure what the guy sitting there was doing. The one lady handed me a clipboard with some paper to fill out. Within a couple minutes after completing the form, I was ushered into the massage room. The therapist (who by the way didn't even introduce herself) told me to undress and lie face down on the table. After I did this, she came back in and began the massage. Kelly didn't really ask anything about me, my health/medical history. All she asked is if I was here for a relaxation massage, which is pretty much what I put down on the form. Within the first few massage strokes, it was way too much for me. She did a much better job for the rest of the massage. Since I was looking forward to a relaxing massage, I found Kelly way too chatty and wished she would have kept quiet for a bit. Massage therapists need to find that balance with their clients so they don't talk too much but if the client wants some interaction then do so without being a chatty Kathy (or in this case Kelly). I probably wouldn't go back here since Kelly is moving on to another place. She was ok as far as therapists go even if her mouth runneth over. read more

I'm not normally a fan of holistic or new age medicine, but it's hard to argue the results that Eden Wellness & Vibration will get you. Through their massage therapy, dietary consultations, or whole body vibrations, Eden will have you feeling healthier every day. I had a dealfind coupon for this place and had a horrible experience. When I first arrived it took over 5 minutes for someone to greet/help me, even though I could see them. I went into the massage with soreness in my neck, when I left it felt like I had a pulled muscle on my back (I am professionally massaged frequently and I know you aren't suppose to leave in more pain than when you first came in!) There was nothing professional about this massage. Plus when I didn't receive my benefits receipt, all the girl said was "you didn't ask for one?" If this place was "professional" she would know that she is suppose to ask the customer (like the other 5 star rated spas) I tried the vibration sessions, which were good. While I was waiting to get one, I noticed they didn't wipe the feet pads in between customers (how unsanitary is that?) G-H-E-T-T-O....the owner and her family that hang out there are kinda intrusive to the professionalism and serenity of the business...and the place is dirty. The massage table sheets were dirty, the floor hadn't been vacuumed in awhile I'm guessing --- I was scared I was going to get a weird rash from laying on the table. And the massage room was in the back beside the washer/dryer -- not really relaxing at all. Would not recommend for a massage...although the therapist wasn't bad herself. I loved the vibration machine but the owner (and her employees) are very patronizing and have poor client service manners. I don't like to be called "sweatie" or "daaaarling" like I am a teenager or something (I am 35). Several times, I had to wait for my treament because the owner decided to make a phone call AFTER I came in, and twice, because she was chatting with people in the backstore. Also, everytime you are on the machine, you are literally force to watch on a big TV screen some advertising for some water machine. Go for 10 treatments at 15 min each and you just watched 150 min of advertising for a gimmick. I am not returning, Might buy a machine for myself. read more

So I went for a last minute booking (they had a cancellation & I needed a massage badly). The appointment was 10 minutes late because of the person prior to me, and when I entered the massage room it was cold and somewhat smelly. While getting worked on, the massage therapist continued to talk (I always get relaxation massages and relaxation means please let me relax while I get a massage). She told me how she was pissed that this appointment was booked last minute and she didn't appreciate that the receptionist booked this appointment. The massage I paid for in full, (no groupon or dealfind) was supposed to be for 60 minutes. Now while I know most massages are not exactly 60 minutes ... this massage was barely 40. My appointment was for noon, got into the room 12:10 and massage began around 12:15. She was completely done massaging me at 12:50...WTF! After paying I asked the receptionist, who was tending to a friend that was visiting her and not a client, to give me a receipt that I can claim to insurance. She gave me 2 receipts and I was on my way. When I tried to submit my receipt the following day I realized that she only gave me a till receipt and it didn't even have the type of massage, the name of the therapist or the length of the massage. I called the office the next business day, to request a copy of a receipt be provided and either faxed or emailed and I was told NO, i needed to come in a pick it up...It was MY error! fantabulous!!!!!!!! i absolutely love everything about this place and the staff and the whole body vibration....myself a mother of 4 had a lot left over after having my kids and no motivation to workout and my muscles in my stomach (core) were damaged torn, so it was really tuff to work out cause it would hurt my back to try and do sit ups or push ups, i would get very sore if i would walk run on the treadmill.....i have lost my extended belly since i have started the wbv i no longer get asked if i am pregnant, my stomach muscles are healed and back together absolutely amazing, my skin is tightening everywhere, my love handles have disappeared and my legs are toned its only been 5 visits for me, i have better sleeps, i can actually flex my stomach muscles and i do when i am sitting or standing in line, everyone that knows me has noticed a huge difference, my cloths are all lose and almost falling off so i will gain a new wardrobe out of this and a young and renewed body a new start and the energy to be a mom of 4, i will definitely be continuing on the wbv machine as a routine .........amazing results and love how warm and welcoming and clean eden wellness and vibration is. a.e. read more
