It is this insightful understanding about human nature, that greatly reduces stress during the project as you come to trust and appreciate these rare qualities that you don't find in most people. We also had a backyard with a 40 degree slope and was difficult to access and navigate. Both owners Malika & Alex came out and listened to our concerns and shared their vision on how to transform our side yard and backyard slope into something that addressed all our concerns. They even provided one the spot renderings so we could envision what the final outcome would be. I can't begin to explain how they turned our project into something that is showcase quality. I wish I had read these reviews before hiring out Jesse and his crew…read more We have a backyard where a portion of it gets real "swampy" and we wanted to have a barrier system put in to help drain away the excess water; and, at the same time, have a new lawn put in. First, they came out a day later than they had told us. Then, there was the language difficulty as the actual workers spoke Spanish but no English. (By the way, we never saw Jesse come out to supervise or check their work). We were told the barrier would would go around the lawn, but they only dug out one side. Then, the sod was laid in with very little preparation for the soil and that is evident now as some brown patches have appeared where the soil was quite hard before. The results was absolutely nothing improved - the yard is still getting swampy and when I said something to Jesse, all of a sudden his English wasn't so good! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY DON'T DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO AND THE END RESULT IS NOT ANY BETTER THAN BEFORE!!
