I own a number of different properties, this one was the home I grew up in and and Mom lived in for 75 years before her passing recently, so I was a bit on edge with this sale. Roger could not have been a better agent. Old homes usually come with issues that can be difficult to deal with as far as inspections, permits, etc. I live 120 miles away making many follow-up visits difficult. During my first meeting with Roger he told me he could deal with all the details. He did for a fact and did a fantastic job.
