They are just celebrating their 10th year and are a nice community theatre tucked ever so slightly between I-5 and the ferry line. Restrooms are stage left and stage right and the theatre is easy to access once you make it upstairs to the business entrance in the middle of the second story of the building. If you enter on the left you will be at the bottom of the seats and directly in front of the stage on flat ground. If you go up the stairs on the right you will find yourself at the top row of the seats, furthest from the stage. Refreshments and snacks are available during intermission and the lobby is a warm and inviting space. Looking forward to my next play here already!

Even when you are right in front of it, you worry that you might be at the wrong door. There's plenty of parking and some stairs to the theater on both sides of the complex (I believe there is handicapped access in the back). We saved some money by getting our tickets on groupon via goldstar. Picking up tickets a few minutes before the show at the will call desk was pretty easy. Its also good to know there are beverages available should you desire something to drink. This theater is pretty small, making all seats good seats. We were able to see the stage easily, although like most older theaters seating is a bit cramped. It was also a bit warm in the theater. We saw The female of the species which was an enjoyable comedy about a subject matter that appeals to me. I appreciated the sign in the lobby alerting me that there were gun shots to be expected during the performance. It was also helpful of them to discuss how to become season ticket holders prior to the show, prices are very reasonable and even cheaper for seniors. We definitely thought this made for a nice evening out and plan to check out some of the other upcoming shows.

This local gem, so hidden in the mainstreams of edmonds streets, will keep you entertained and rebirth your interest in comedy with firey intents.

We have had to cancel food orders more than once because sitting there waiting for an hour to order (literally), then waiting another hour and multiple reminders for the bill before you can close out is just untenable. We live right up the street and since the food is so good, we try over and over and over again and it always the same experience: endlessly disappointing. Sitting there for 15 minutes with empty glasses and not a bartender in sight, or waiting 20 minutes in an empty restaurant only to finally order and have the server tell you they just sold out of what you wanted is not the way to run a restaurant. I'm only giving it two stars because the food is so good, but I'm afraid we've been disappointed one too many times. Just a textless email with a link to their business website (which is where we got their email in the first place). After seeing a course that started in July (we had been trying to schedule since May), we registered and went. It was about a 45 minute drive from our apartment. We then waited for about 20 minutes, only to be told that the class was cancelled due to lack of people (about 5 including us showed). The instructor was rude to my wife when she questioned as to why he didn't notify us sooner in the day? We cut our losses and left to promptly write groupon for a refund. The facility itself was alright, though a little cold because it was above an ice rink. The instructor (who must be the owner) could probably increase his class sizes by displaying better customer service!

The Gold Standard in Customer Service…read more This is a phrase I rarely use. I reserve it for the precious few businesses that place my needs and interest first in the way they work with me. Both times I bought digital pianos from Prosser, they responded to all my concerns and then delivered and set up my new pianos for free. The first piano I bought still works perfectly after 5 years and I play my weekly piano lessons on it in my piano teacher's studio. The 2nd piano had a malfunction after 2+ years, 1 key stopped working. Kawai, the mfr., made mistakes in processing the replacement parts order, causing unnecessary delay. Then, they sent new parts causing the problem to escalate...now 2 keys don't work. The repairman is a cracker jack with 30 years' experience in his niche, so we know it's bad parts, nothing else. No one ever expected this from a mfr. that has been top rated for years. Prosser could have left me on my own to deal with the issue, and other dealers would have, but Prosser stood by me fully. They gathered the facts and pressed Kawai to special handle my case. They also gave me a loaner piano so I don't lose practice time due to all the delays in getting my piano back to working correctly. They got Kawai to commit to call me to apologize, which as of this writing has not yet happened. Prosser will be my supplier for life. When I called their General Manager to thank him, he explained in simple words their operating philosophy. They are not going to let a customer have a bad experience, period. I, for my part, can never trust Kawai again. I'm not even sure that when my piano is back to me working, that it won't have some other problem in the near future. So when I need my next piano, I'm back to Roland, purchased from Prosser. Both pianos are engineered brilliantly. But my Roland piano never broke down!!! Are you new to buying a piano? Prosser will work with you to make it a pleasure. Not to worry, go ahead with it when you're ready.

The delivery (extra $100) was smooth, and Rich installed the piano as well. Definitely would come back when I decide to upgrade one day! They also offer one-on-one piano lessons. You can have 10% off per class for the first year if you purchase a piano from them.
