Through such a daunting (and expensive) process, Georgia really made it fun. She took the stress away, let us guide her with what we wanted, but also shared her thoughts as the design expert. So respectful, very personable, and just wanted to help us. In the end, we did not move forward with The Tile Shop but it had nothing to do with the service. The price points just didn't work for us but if I ever have a larger budget, she is the first person I'm coming to.

They are not perfect, after having seen some areas where it was not level, but that was the least of my concern with the decent price and the overall look you can barely notice some minor flaws. And when I suggested new methods or thoughts, he was open to them so I am pretty sure that Sal is only going to get better in this business. He makes sure that the job gets done and respects your taste and decisions and acts accordingly. He comes early sometimes which to me was a bonus because he is trying to get the job done in a timely manner. I really appreciated that he wanted me satisfied with the job when he was done. After laying the tile down, one of the tiles cracked and I asked if they could fix it. Even after the project was done, they came by to fix the broken tile and did not accept any cash for the trouble. They understand that I want tiles with no cracks after the installment and that was something I really appreciate. Sal definitely takes care of you if you need any tile work done in your home. We purchased Waypoint cabinets from Countywide and had many damaged items in our original shipment…read more There are stress cracks in the wood on most of the cabinet doors where the hinges were factory installed. The paint surfaces were rough, uneven and cracked in some spots, the shelving surfaces are peeling . The crown moldings and trims were dented. The touch-up paint didn't match. After two partial replacement deliveries, one door was worst than the next. The third set of replacements were ordered to the store. When I went to inspect them I was greeted by a woman named Jeanne who got upset that I wouldn't accept more damaged cabinetry. She got extremely loud when I pointed out the damage on the doors and when I asked her to "please quiet down and allow me to continue inspecting the doors", she ordered me to leave and called the police. Why ? She said because I was refusing the replacements. She scoffed when I stated that "I spent over $8000 on these cabinets and they're damaged" and then further mocked me by saying that " You spent $8K ? others spend $80,000 !" As if my money is any less valuable ? The credit card dispute failed. They won't replace the doors or shelves and we are stuck with garbage ! The only way to get a refund WAS to take apart the kitchen ! The kitchen we paid to have installed and will be paying off for the next ten years. Waypoint ONLY deals with the distributor, there is no customer service through them; it's through Countywide - SHOP WHERE THEY VALUE YOUR BUSINESS , STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT THEY SELL AND WHERE YOU WILL GET CUSTOMER SERVICE ----- AND THAT IS NOT AT THIS STORE !

I would never recommend Countywide Tile- was supposed to get an 18 inch pantry with rollout shelves…read more(which was delivered to my house) - WITHOUT SAYING A WORD they installed a 15 inch pantry which does not come with rollout shelves- when I called to ask what happened they said they measured incorrectly-there were other options to fit the original pantry but they made excuses and gave no refund. The tile floor was supposed to be laid with virtually no grout lines but instead I have thick grout lines- we overlooked all this because what's done was done and compared to my old original kitchen it did look beautiful. Within 6 months the grout line between the countertop and backsplash was all cracked- and the top corner of one cabinet was yellowing - I called to have it fixed and finally- today- 2 years later after numerous calls and no shows they fixed it- NEVER a would I recommend them !!

I ended up not going with tile here as the dye lots were all different and it made me very nervous. I did, however, buy their line of LVP, NuCore in Gunstock oak and I cannot wait for my contractor to put it in my laundry floor and eventually my basement. Seems to have a strong living system and is so beautiful. My warning if you are to get tile is to inspect all before you bring home. Just seeing the variance of the shades in the dye lots scared me enough to not move forward with the tile. LVP isn't so bad as wood naturally has different shades and it's meant to look that way. 4 stars for excellent customer service and clean store. Also, I am excited to use my LVP Pro tip: go on their website and use their AI tool before going to the store. We did that the second time around and it wasn't as overwhelming. The prices here are really excellent compared to other tile places but I think due to the dye lot differences. LVP seemed like a great value

When I went looking for him he was on a computer working with other people, rude! He tried to get a muscular man to "help"! This employee took rude to eleven! He was bothered be the request for him to work, the hour I was there he was standing next to the cashier (only person working!) and on his phone! Why does that man have a job, so he can stand around, bother the cashier and never get off his phone! Great job, if you can get it! He walked over like I'm forcing him to work! In my visits to this beautiful, well equipped and huge selections with the worst employees, except for the tiny cashier and the large heavy gentleman, everyone else that I have encountered in this store should be on unemployment where the can get paid for doing nothing.
