    Michigan apples, honey, and cider.
    Rohan D.

A somewhat limited selection but what they have is excellent. The stand I like comes from Southwestern Michigan, great selection of fresh organic apples, peanut cashew or almond butter, honey, cider, at reasonable prices. Although the limited number of vendors makes this place not quite worth coming out of your way for, add in lunch at the nearby Ethio Diamond, a stop at the Ethiopian grocer across the street for some excellent coffee beans and injera, or maybe a lunch at Daks Korean restaurant, and voila, it is worth going a little out of your way for.

    Plenty of produce

I'm not sure which word best describes this farmer's market: sad or pathetic. I think it's a tie.

This is located just south of the Jewel-Osco in Andersonville, between Clark and Ashland on Catalpa. When I wandered around they had a variety of vendors. There were a few with prepared food, and I think at least one you could buy food for cooking later. There was a candle vendor, and obviously several vendors selling vegetables. I did finally sign up with the composting company that I had been considering. I didn't know anyone using it, as I'd liked to have used a referral code to give someone credit for the referral, but I am glad they were here for me to finish my registration. I'm hoping that as we get deeper into the season, there will be more to choose from. But the ramps I picked up were really good, and I'd be in heaven if I could find some strawberries at the market if I visit in early June.

The market is compact since it's only couple of blocks long. There are plenty of options for veggies and fruits, but organic and non-organic. The only item that I didn't find was corn. The red and black berries are delicious. The Bruni-Uusto cheese stand is incredible which you can taste before you buy a packet or two. It's great to have this market during the week to replenish your fruits and veggies that you have bought over the weekend. The evening hours is a plus. Looking to return.

My lovely wife and I have experienced it a couple of times over the last few years, including this past Thursday. We saw a variety of food booths, colorful merchandise vendors, and food trucks. I arrived pretty late last night, and due to way too many people, I didn't want to wait in line for food, instead, I went to a little restaurant on the street, Turkish Doner, to satisfy my hunger. Next time I will arrive there much earlier and make sure to get in line for a few items, which I missed yesterday. Definitely want to get the Ube Tea, and some of the Ube buns, plus the beignets! Omg, they looked so delicious! But by the time I came back from dinner, lines were still huge front of those vendors, and they started packing up for the night. The event ends at 9 pm promptly! At the beginning, I experienced some really great drummers performing! I'm glad to see them performing live! There are different musicians during the evening, some are DJ-s and others are Hip Hop artists, but I attended before when there was a Rock Band playing. Argyle Night Market is always fun!
