The frozen option is fantastic for a quick easy meal on hand- can be defrosted quickly or during the day in the fridge. My parents are obsessed with the pozole from el mitote- but my mom likes to modify hers as white meat only which they often cannot do. They were very happy when I introduced them to Knoll Krest Farm's Pozole- they reported back that it was flavorful and had a TON of white meat chicken. It's also reasonably priced. The other soups they had that day were a vegetable soup and I believe a chicken noodle.
