The male Dr. That was working there on July 31st was fantastic. He made my child feel Very comfortable and listened to him and me about what happened. He informed me exactly what he wanted to do for my son. He ended up having to get a stitch to a gash on the right side of head and this dr and the assisting nurse were amazing. They even brought out a toy chest where my son was able to pick up 3 little Toys. They did their best to make him comfortable during this very traumatic moment. Since all my charts and files are kept at the clinic, whichever doctor I see has my history there, and my regular GP can access them next time I see her. The thing I love the most about this clinic is that it is also a walk in, and my doctor reserves a couple of walk in spots a day for her regular patients. When I have had need of walk in services, I've been able to call the clinic when it opens and often get a quick visit with my doctor. This has been a consistent pattern over several years, resulting in limited ability to reliably contact the clinic regarding patient care concerns. On the occasions I have reached "Pat" (office assistant), I have been told she is busy. However, when I attend the clinic in person she has not appeared to be occupied with patient related tasks and has instead been conversing with staff or not engaged in work at the front desk. I have spoken to other patients that attend this clinic and they have the same complaints and find it highly annoying. This creates a barrier to accessing care and communicating with the office. Based on my experience, patients should be aware of communication challenges when dealing with this clinic.

Although it is quite easy to secure an appointment within the next day or so, I have had to wait both times I've been in; the first time for over an hour and the second time for half an hour. Not the most convenient when you've slipped out of work for the appointment. However, once in, the doctors seem to spend a good amount of time with you trying to pinpoint issues.
