Flat Fee did not set up an online account for my property until 2 months into the lease, nor did they communicate with me to confirm the status of the property. I couldn't check my account balance/had no way to verify if the rent payment was actually coming in. When I attempted to contact them to ask, I had a very hard time getting anyone on the phone. Also, one set of the keys I left was lost even before the tenant moved in. In attempting to schedule a repair for the property, they scheduled an appointment with the wrong type of repairman (HVAC for a plumbing issue). I'm just hoping the travel fee from the HVAC repairman doesn't get passed on to me.

I have been tempted to sound my communications from Cathie Gill employees to the National Association of Realtors because they are so egregious. They have no respect for privacy and are completely inflexible. I love the apartment that I rent; however, I can no longer put up with their harassment and plan to leave my lease.

During our search, he was always available via email and text, and prompt in replies. He was also timely in all home visits. His background as a contractor, and military experience, were traits we appreciated and which gave him a different perspective than other realtors. He never tried to "sell" us on a home, but looked at every place with a keen eye for detail, possible/probable issues, and a real sense of what we were looking for. During the purchase process, he was 100% on top of the paperwork flow, ensuring timely provision of necessary info to us, and that we were prompt in our responses as necessary, all without being pushy. He also recommended a great lender, which gave us a rate almost half a point lower than the companies we were considering, saving us several hundred dollars per month. He brought along a banker friend to give a presentation on some valuable and interesting information. I gave them some info on me. I got my pre-approval letter from the bank based on the information I gave. From there I told Cedric what type of place I was looking for. He sent me listings and kept in contact almost everyday to see if I was satisfied with the choices I was receiving and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I was very busy for it was the end of the school year. The places I had interest in, he volunteered to look at them at a time that was available for me and my hectic schedule (this was usually very early on Saturday mornings). Sorry Cedric. He was so patient and involved with this home buying process for me. This is my first home, so he answered questions, he gave me plenty of options and explained each one to me. So if I said I was going with something, he would remind me of my other choices and give me three days to research it and think about it and get back to him with an answer. Cedric was with me through the whole process. Anything I needed to get to the banker, he was willing to help with that, all paperwork he made sure I met my deadlines. I started nonchalantly looking for a house at the end of May. I closed on my house in July (45 days)! I was very satisfied with my purchase. The service I received was professional yet on a relating level. Cedric is ethical, non pressuring, honest, timely,loyal, and very trustworthy. I know he was sent by God to help me. Let me start off by saying, I almost NEVER review anything other than restaurants.... That goes to show you I really wanted to share my experience. Having Nader as our realtor was never a planned-out thing. I was casually house-hunting on Zillow (I know, I know.. not the best site) knowing that I would be moving in the near future. When I found a home on Zillow that I just had to see, I contacted the listed realtors on Zillow and only Nader was able to come out when we were available to see the home. He responded right away - Great start. Needless to say, I had friends who were realtors ... and I ended up going with Nader - that should say everything you need to know already, but I'll expand. 1) Our scheduled availability to see homes was VERY difficult to manage and very limited 2) Our "must-have" requirements in our home changed CONSTANTLY 3) Our timeline for finding a home changed suddenly 4) We were first time home buyers. With each issue, Nader went above and beyond. He was patient, flexible, knowledgeable and readily available every time we met or contacted him. Even when we started to consider renting vs buying because of an accelerated timeline for our move-in date, he offered to review the lease agreement. Another thing that is important to note... Nader didn't have any strange/hidden fees associated to him being our realtor in his contract (something that seems to be pretty regular amongst other realtors).. I have suggested him to friends and family and others have been very happy with him.. I couldn't recommend him more.
