They show no attempt to come to resolutions on legitimate homeowner issues and instead deflect any and all responsibility (they get an A+ in the art of deflection!). This company will never do more than the bare minimum, and even then, it's like pulling teeth to get them to take any action. CSI has been nothing short of a migraine to deal with. Don't live in any property managed by them. It is a poorly run business.

She left mid 2016 and things went South after that. I never received a Move Out report, pictures of my unit or communication. I had to ask for status updates. The only reason I stayed with them to manage for the 2017-2018 lease year was because I decided to buy a house and it was not a good time to switch managers. This last lease year was the worse. I discovered inaccurate rental ads about my unit. He blamed Realtor.com for one. His excuse would have worked, however my significant has been a Broker for 30 years, so I know how that works.
