They kept the $6,000 that was paid to them as well and when clothes and stuff were dropped off for him NOBODY SAID HES NO LONGER AT OUR FACILITY. HOW AWFUL OF A PLACE CAN THIS BE. Dr Boyce greeted me and told me what to expect with my appointment and addressed any questions I had. All of the staff, from the office manager to dental assistants and hygienist were so friendly and were able to ease any hesitations I had. I was in and out of the office in under an hour which was great! I was also happy to learn Dr Boyce is a Lees Summit resident. I felt appreciated as a patient and that my time was valuable. There were no high pressure sales tactics or guilt for not having been to a dentist in a while like I have experienced elsewhere. I'm not sure why I put it off so long.
