The room was beautifully set up when we arrived. The tables, chairs, linens, and tabletop decorations were all arranged perfectly and looked fantastic. Erin, the Events Manager, was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and was also present on the day of the event, making sure everything ran smoothly. Renting a private event space on a Friday night is never inexpensive, but we found the Viana to be very reasonably priced, especially for 2026. We hosted over 60 guests along with our DJ, Joe from On Fire DJs, and the room felt like the perfect size. There was plenty of space for dining and socializing, while still keeping a great party atmosphere. The dance floor was packed all night with high school graduates having an amazing time. The staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to load and unload our balloons, signs, and decorations through the back entrance, which made setup and cleanup so much easier. The food deserves special recognition. Everything tasted fresh and made-to-order rather than prepared hours in advance. The appetizers were hot, crispy, and delicious. The chicken was incredibly juicy and tender. Throughout both the cocktail hour and dinner buffet, guests kept going back for seconds and even thirds. Nearly every plate was cleaned. The dessert selection was equally impressive, with a variety of cakes, pastries, coffee, and tea that gave everyone plenty of options to finish the evening on a high note. Our family and guests had an incredible experience, and we would absolutely recommend the Viana Hotel for any special event. There's 2 parking lots, in the event that both lots are full, there's plenty of street parking. The lobby is spacious and clean, sporting a relaxing & beautiful fish tank. This hotel was surprisingly clean and well maintained. The staff here are the true superstars: John, Mike, David, Daniel & Nelsy made our stay so hospitable, enjoyable and safe. 1st day we arrived we ended up on the 2nd floor, by bedtime there was very loud TV noise coming from the room next door, we couldn't rest. We called the concierge and spoke with Daniel, he was very accommodating and understanding, he was able to give us another room one floor up and in a corner where it was very quiet, can't Thank Daniel enough for this. The shower has lots of water pressure and the showerhead is adjustable. They offer free breakfast and plenty of coffee. They have bagels, muffins, breakfast burritos, cereals, etc and it's all sealed safe from Covid-19. I have family in the area, and we will definitely book here again when we visit next time.

The wedding ceremony was to take place outside and everything was ready. A few minutes before seating down it started raining. Here's what happened: the staff took apart the reception room and set it up as a ceremony room, in minutes! Everything went on schedule. Afterwards while the people were at the cocktail hour, they transformed the "ceremony room" into to a dining room! Everything was flawless and there was enough time for the bride and groom to take their pictures with all the decorations! Weddings are once in a lifetime events and these people have the knowledge and the muscle power to make everything run smoothly! Honestly I didn't know this was possible. They did it all with a smile on their faces, most of the guests had no clue as to what happened. There's some things that money can't buy this is one of them!

I waited in line at the bar for about 15 minutes and by the time I go to the bartender and asked for a water... the bartender told me they did not have any water. I was 7 months pregnant at the time and obviously cannot drink and the bartender told me to check the other bar. Frustrated beyond belief, I sent my husband to the second bar who the bartender looked confused and said he did not have water as well. My husband had to go to the first floor to find someone setting up the main ballroom to give me water. How can you be a wedding venue and hope people are safe with drinking and not have water available at the bars?! The basement cocktail hour was also very crowded, dark and had no signal. The food was meh for cocktail hour and dinner. Would not recommend.

The motor inn has rooms that are being renovated and supposedly under new management, but you can…read morenot trust them, they said the rooms are unavailable, but are renting it out to mostly people who are short day stays and pay less, than what they tell other people, everything is new, but cleanliness, do not sleep on the bed, because they only change sheets not the bedspreads, which is nasty and if you have a complaint, they do not care, they only care about money. I do not give a price range, because it fluctuates, depending if they want to charge you a high or lesser price.
