Stayed here for two nights while visiting friends in Jericho NY. Shaz, the night manager is wonderful.He is very hospitable and runs a very tight ship with the other managers and housekeeping staff. My room was clean, modern and had all of the modern amenities that I would expect at other lodging choices that would easily cost double the price. Visit Date: April 29, 2021 to April 30, 2021 Been spending nights in hotels on Long Island with the guy I'm seeing. The room was pretty awesome, clean and had a modern feel to it. I like the older school looking hotels that have old timey haunted feels to them as well but this one wasn't bad. I chose it because it was close to the bar we were in for karaoke and close to my friend who I was dropping back home for the evening because she doesn't drive. The add on Expedia was nothing like what we walked into. The shower curtain rod was rusted. The bases of the bedside tables rusted, tops were cigarette burned. The bathroom door didn't shut. Only 2 towels. The heating/air unit was extremely loud. There was only a sheet and a small blanket. Just extremely disappointed. read more

Refused to give me service after I had to checkout for 24 hrs because the room was dirty I'm sorry but you should hire maids who speak English and are not super disrespectful to customers. I spent 188 for one night. After the event I went back to the "inn" and packed my stuff and left because it is extremely unsafe to drive home 2.5 hours at midnight . This place was great for the price! The room was simple but very neat and clean and a nice size. The bed was comfortable and the towels were nice. The only negatives were that the water pressure was a little weak and there wasn't enough parking when we got back late at night (but the guy at reception let us park in a place that was labeled No Parking). read more

Nice motel. Stayed here when going to a concert. Other hotels were way to high priced, other motels looked like dumps (another option had stripper poles in it). For the price it was clean, comfortable, had a microwave and refrigerator. Was close to many stores and fast food restaurants, Kohl's, and right off a main road. I forgot my hair dryer and the manager had one he could let me borrow which saved the night. read more

Love this spot! They're very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Really love the set up of this spot! I like that the workers are at one spot and each room is individual. Newly renovated and clean. Close to everything. One complaint is attended a concert wanted to sleep in. What's the point of 11am checkout if banging etc starts at 8am renovating other rooms. As well as managers workers with a backpack leaf blower, cleaning the parking lot at 8am for over an hour? Customers pay a premium to stay at a hotel, some do t have to get up at 8am obviously. What could hurt waiting for 11am to do these things since check in for the next day isn't till 3pm. Rude, inconsiderate and irresponsible of management to allow this. There's other establishments close by, if they are looking to lose business they are doing a good job!!! read more

So the first room they put us in smelled like a mens bathroom. I did my usual check of the sheets to see if they are clean and if there are signs of bedbugs (the only positive point in this adventure is that I saw no signs of bedbugs or roaches) but what I did find was a pair of used mens boxers and a dirty towel tucked between the fitted sheet and the mattress protector. The sheets had questionable yellow stains on it. I immediately contacted the front desk and the manager switched our rooms. This next room smelled like a regular hotel room and passed the bed check. However as I was getting into bed I nearly sprained my ankle after I stepped into a sunken spot in the floor. It's really disconcerting when you are in a second story room and you can push the carpet into a hole in the floor. During the night my husband was woken up by someone banging on a door nearby (I had ear plugs in). Turned out to be the police arresting someone. We left as soon as the sun rose. Won't be back.
