I decided to stop in to see what they were about and was blown away by all that they had. The first thing I noticed were all the different products and scents. The products ranged from body butters and moisturizers, to bar soaps, body oils, sugar scrubs, and car diffusers. I even saw a product for bug bites! As I made my way around the store, Ashely, the owner, introduced herself and was happy to answer any questions I had. I was in need of a heavy duty moisturizer post shower, so she suggested the whipped body butter. I got the 8 oz Bergamot and Pear and the 4 oz mango and passion fruit. The smells alone were quite captivating but I knew once I sampled the butter I was going to take them home. It felt soft but luxurious on my skin and I could tell it would give me the moisturizing feel I was looking for. I decided to get a car diffuser as well because I wanted my car to smell as good as my skin. There are quite a few options to choose from as well but I went with the do not disturb. It smells fruity and reminds me of pineapples, which I'm sure would put anyone in a good mood. After checking out I inquired on the make-your-own workshops. You can create your own body butter and oil and they provide everything you need for only $65.00. It's well worth it for parties, etc. Appointments for the store and recommended but they accept walk-ins like myself :-). I love that I now have a skincare store in my neighborhood that's black and woman owned! Additionally, the price point for the products is an absolute steal, so I highly encourage you run not walk. It's only about 5 minutes from home and since I was in Webster Groves today, I decided to pay this boutique a visit. They have a good variety of clothing to choose from ranging from casual/jeans for the cooler weather coming up, to cute dresses! When I came to visit today, they were giving an additional 30% off of their sales rack. Although I did not find too many XS selection, I did manage to find a nice pair of jeans and a small dress. The dress seems a bit more fit for the summer but I imagine I still have a couple of weeks to wear it out before it's time to retire for the season. The inside is quite luxurious, the staff were friendly enough, and the dressing rooms were nice. Would I come back? Yes, definitely! I can see myself shopping here again in the near future.

Even after then I was never on that side of town when the store was open. Well today was my day!! I walked up and pulled the door and was excited that it opened. I heard a voice but didn't see anyone. A welcoming bubbly voice. A few seconds later Cassie appeared. Just as bubbly as her voice. I didn't know how anything worked so she explained the scents and what I could do. I first started smelling the oils. I quickly gravitated towards 3 scents. She put them on a swatch so that I could see how they smelled together. I loved them!! Up next was the home fragrance. I went over and started to smell scents because another gentleman came in to re-up on his fragrance. I smelled the Ocean Breeze first. I was sold on that one. I continued to smell other scents though. The ocean breeze smelled so clean and inviting. Cassie came over and once again explained to me how the lamp worked and even gave me a demonstration. Told me how many hours each size would last. By this time I'm invested!! Take my money please. So I picked a lamp and luckily enough it came with the fragrance I wanted. The only reason I didn't buy extra was because my husband is always looking for stuff to buy me. I will send him back when we need extra scent oils. Read if you're thinking of going here!…read more Rude rude lady. Came here on vacation to try and find a gown for my friend and this lady (who I later find out was part owner) was not helpful. Her tone was very rude from the beginning. During the time my friend was looking at dresses, she tells her, "don't stretch the dress out." My friend was literally just holding the dress open to see how wide it was, like any normal person. As soon as my friend finished trying on a dress and decided she didn't want it, we came to the lobby to discuss where we were about to go next, and the lady comes right behind us telling us we're about to close so y'all need to leave (not in a nice or professional manner). My friend asked, "y'all close at 5 right?" The lady responds back to us by saying we operate by appt only, y'all need to leave. So now that she is giving us straight attitude. I told her to give us a second. She repeated herself again, and tells us "goodbye" in like a leave tone of voice. So they literally kicked us out to the curb. We were standing there for 1 minute when she was trying to tell us to leave. Like you can't stand in a store for a few minutes. Mind you, there was no one else there, so we weren't tying her time up or anything. I would go somewhere else for your dresses. Plus she made it super clear, they don't do alterations. She has no idea where they do alterations. She has no idea where a mall is. So yes. Stay away from here. Horrible service. Wish I could tell your her name, but she refused to answer. As I'm writing this outside (because we were waiting on our Uber), a different lady comes out and asks me if I want a business card. I said sure. She was very confrontational. I asked her if the lady inside that kicked us out was the owner. She said they both are. So I was like well y'all have a funny of treating your customers. I told her the lady informed us that this was by appointment only a store, and that we were not aware of that. But nothing on their website says by appointment only. She said, "we prefer by appt only," so I said well that's different than kicking your customer out (after your let them look for a dress) and tell your customers that your by appt only... not preferably. I told her we're from out of town and just needed find a dress last minute so we did not know that, and that's no reason to treat your customers like that. She goes on to continue arguing with me and tell me, "well the other out of town people seem to know." You see where I'm going with this?? Like who argues with there customer and talks disrespectful to them? No business I go to. I wasn't going to stand there and argue with this rude person any longer, who was clearly not apologetic for the way her business partner treated us, so I tried waking away. She kept trying to argue as I was leaving and I told her to shut up. So she walked out of her business, propped the door, and began following me like she was going to fight me. I continued to walk away with my other friends as she was threatening me. I had to tell her I was going to call the cops, and she finally backed off. This is the worst experience I've ever had. A business owner verbally disrespectful, excusing her behavior instead of apologizing for it, and then following me out on the street to fight? If that isn't enough to steer you away from here, then good luck. You'll be in for a real... experience.
