I was pretty excited to use my birthday code. I called a little after they opened to place an order for my dipped fruit. The gentleman that answered the phone was very friendly. I asked when I could pick it up and I was told at 10:30a.m. I showed up maybe five minutes late. A lady came out and greeted me. I told her I was there for pick up. She went in the back and returned with my box of dipped fruit. I was still excited. I couldn't wait to arrive home to indulge. I opened the box and I just wasn't impressed. It appeared to be a rush job. It wasn't pretty like I'm used to seeing them. Here is where the real disappointment set in. I tasted one of each covered apple, banana and strawberry. The fruit did not taste fresh at all. The banana was mushy. The strawberry was not sweet or ripe. The apple had brown spots in it. I didn't want to complain because it was a gift but, if I had to compare today's product versus returning to support this business it would have to be a no for me. I really was looking for this experience to be great. Really not even sure how I want to feel about this experience. I am still thankful for the gift. read more

Please donot go to this location. Realize it was in the evening but they do stay til 7pm. I saw what i wanted to order stood in th3 strore for at least 30 minutes then i wanted to order some cookies for the arrangements I was getting for a friend's birthday. Another customer came she took them before completing my order. The computer wasn't acting right then she had to call someone after all this the store computer wouldn't let her place my. request. I wanted some cookies it wouldn't let her do that either steer clear. I asked was there someone else that could help her she said no. read more

I had stopped into this Edible Arrangements after trying multiple other locations looking to get a smoothie. The woman working here was so nice and friendly. I had a $5 off coupon for my birthday coming up and even though the computer for some reason wasn't taking the discount, she was willing to accept it anyway. With the discount put in it was only $1.05. She was so kind to do that for me even though she computer wasn't allowing it. Best part of all was the smoothie tasted fantastic! We received a lovely platter of chocolate coated fruit today. It is fantastic. Strawberries, pineapple, apples and grapes are exceptionally fresh and sweet. Except for the grapes, there are alternating chocolate coated and plain piece of fruit. My husband, who doesn't like dark chocolate much, keeps commenting on the great taste and quality of the chocolate. My husband and I are enjoying it tremendously. I was promised same day delivery and then was called later and informed they couldn't deliver same day because their driver was already gone for the day. Then I was promised a 9:45am delivery for the following day and informed that I would receive a phone call in the morning to confirm delivery. This promised follow up call never happened. When I called the store after 1:30pm their time because I hadn't received the call to confirm delivery, I spoke with a woman who couldn't have cared less about the situation and told me that she didn't understand why I was promised a 9:45am delivery when they don't deliver at that time. She also wasn't even able to tell me whether the order had been yet delivered or not, and when I expressed that I was rightfully upset over this situation , she put me on terminal hold... When I was forced to back, I let her know that I didn't appreciate being put on terminal hold, and I also mentioned that I was going to leave a negative Yelp review, she then literally said she didn't care and hung up on me. I love Edible's products, but this location is a nightmare and it's staffed with people who obviously do not care about on time deliveries and who are grossly unprofessional, provide misinformation and do not follow through on promises. read more

Disappointed they would not make a by noon delivery, less than 2 miles away from their store, for a zoom event that started at 2pm, even tho I was ordering 2 weeks ahead. They said they could not promise it would be there at any specific time. Balloons, platters and fruit bouquets ....have made other arrangements. They tried to deliver it but I wasn't at home at the time so they called and left me a message and I went to pick it up later. Do not under any circumstances order through this store. There is another edible arrangements located in Baltimore city: Store # 406 231 E Baltimore St, STE 102 Baltimore, MD 21202 Use this one to avoid the headache!! The employees here are completely unprofessional. No one called me prior to delivery to ask whether I was home and could they deliver....every single edible arrangements I've received in the past 5 years has done this. The only call I received was after the driver left, notifying me of the attempt to deliver. I was instructed to call the store to make arrangements for delivery the following day (today) since the store would be closing soon. I called the store immediately, and spoke with an employee at 2:07 pm on April 9, 2017. I asked this employee whether delivery was restricted from only 9-5 pm because I wouldn't be home tomorrow during those hours. I was assured that they would deliver after 5 pm to my request since the store was open until 7 pm. I leave work early today (in case the truck came early) and the delivery never came. I call the store around 6:45pm (15 mins before closing) for a woman (with an attitude) to tell me "You need to stop flip flopping, the note here says you are picking it up after 5:00 pm". I never once in the call yesterday instructed whoever was on the phone that I was picking it up. Why else would I wait at my residence for hours anticipating a delivery? I was told they could deliver it tomorrow, but why would I want an arrangement that was made on a SUNDAY to be delivered on a TUESDAY? When asked if whoever sent it could just have a refund, my request was denied because they said they would not issue a refund because they attempted to deliver on Sunday. I then asked to speak with a manager, only for the employee on the phone to set the phone down, pick it back up, and pretend to be a manager. When I confronted her about being the same woman I spoke with, she replies that she is the only one in the store. (This is not true because just prior she was discussing the issue with a second employee while asking me to hold). Not only was a greeted with attitude over the store employee's mistake, the woman ended up hanging up the phone on me. Please do not give this business your money and tell your family and loved ones NOT to use the location on York Rd in Baltimore. This business and its employees exhibit the highest level of unprofessionalism I have ever experienced. read more

I'll never order from Edible Arrangements again. I ordered something back in March at 9am to be delivered to my son for his birthday. Around 4pm I noticed what ordered never was delivered so I called to inquire. I was told they had a "strawberry shortage" and they transferred my order to another store. I called the other store and they said they were just receiving the order! So then I requested a refund. They said ok and I'll receive it back on my card in 7-10 business days. Now here it is almost a month later and I still have not received my refund! I called both stores and talked to managers! Everytime they just take my information and say they'll call me back but never do!! Needless to say I'll never be ordering from them again read more

I was hoping to send my sister and brother-in-law an edible arrangement as a thank you for pet sitting while on I was on vacation. I had already inconvenienced them, and they were doing me a favor by watching my dog. I thought sending an edible arrangement would be a thoughtful way to say thank you. I specified in the delivery instructions to "please deliver after 6:00pm" as they both work full-time jobs. The following day I was notified via email at 12:11pm that delivery was unsuccessful, but there was nothing I needed to do at this point. Edible Arrangements then proceeded to contact my sister, the recipient, and provided her with no other alternative than for her to physically come to the store and pick up the arrangement herself. She was told that it couldn't be redelivered at a later time, they would not change the address for it to be taken to her office, and they could not send it from another store. So after working all day, while still having to pick up her 10 month son, she now needed to head out during rush-hour traffic to pick up an edible arrangement, and then go home, make dinner, and finish the rest of her evening. This was disheartening to me because my intention was not to cause more stress for her, my intention in sending an edible arrangement was to express my gratitude; but in reality all this did was cause them more inconvenience and hassle. Moreover, when I contacted the store (which is store 572; located on York Rd.) that evening, I was met by rudeness and disregard for my situation. I inquired about a refund for my delivery charge and was denied. I asked to speak to the manager and was told there was no manager in the store at that time. The store manager, Ryan, did call me the following day and was very professional however would still not grant me a refund for the delivery charge because "they did try to deliver it once, and in the fine print the customer cannot request specific delivery times." I'm not asking for a refund for the arrangement, but simply a refund for the $15 delivery charge due to the item not being delivered and for causing an inconvenience to the recipient instead of contacting me directly. Had I known the recipient would be forced to go the store to pick up the item, I would have made other arrangements. I will no longer use Edible Arrangements in the future, nor will I encourage anyone else to use Edible Arrangements due to the frustration and unprofessionalism I have encountered. read more

This is the absolute worst Edible Arrangements I have ever been to & possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to ask about strawberries, Kathleen told me they were available to pick up without having to place an order. I go there at 4:58 and the guy was locking the door as I got out of my car. I stood there and knocked 3 times and called, eventually I am let in & he told me they are closed. I said, but your hours say 7? He told me there was a call out, cut off was at 5 to make same day orders and that whoever I spoke to on the phone early in the morning probably neglected to mention that because they didn't think "id take this long to get there" & rudely told me to check the website to find this information. Anyways, I told him I just wanted strawberries and I pointed to the ones in the case and said can you just box those up and he said those are samples want one? & I told him no I just wanted them to go and he told me they were bad. So you offered them to me? He was so rude telling me he wasn't going to make me anything, that they were closed, which technically you weren't because it was only 5 not 7. And even if cut off was 5, I got there at 458 but you had locked your doors. I could have still ordered because it was in fact before 5. I asked for the information for the owner, he refused to give me a number, email anything because he didn't want to be fired & "had rent to pay." I talked to corporate, who has been the only positive experience from this because the were fast acting and very nice. They told me that they aren't allowed to give out personal info for owners, but that a store email could be provided and an email is something that was refused to me prior by the employee. I received a call from the store, Kathleen specifically & she down played the situation like it was my fault. she offered a discount and then after the conversation continued she offered free strawberries, which I declined. I had traveled to that location, got lost, and it had been the 3rd place I visited. These strawberries were for a friend after surgery and I'm very disappointed that I didn't get them. I acknowledge the fact she tried to fix it today but it's too late. Also, on the phone she told me that yesterday was the past and can't be undone... Yeah, but it should have never happened. I still have not talked to the owner like I have asked for twice now. Avoid this location and it's terrible employees. read more
