I spent extra money to order sympathy grifts for coworkers to be delivered within an hour. At the end of the day, no delivery was made. I called and asked about the status (fully ok with paying the extra money even though it didn't get delivered that day). They assured me it would be sent out first thing the next day (when they opened at 9:30). Again, (by 3:00), it NEVER showed up. I called, yet again, and they were "just about to walk out the door with it" (it was 26hours after I completed the order and paid the extra money for the HOUR delivery charge). It finally came...but only 1/2 my order!!!! I spent $100+ and only received one item!!! I am disappointed with this. I had to go there and ask for a refund....they have to speak to their boss now. I do have to say, the girl at the desk was very sweet, but this is totally unacceptable. Very simple really, ordered 2 days ahead of time for a small arrangement to be delivered to my girlfriends work as a pre-birthday gift. Today I called to double check it would be delivered before 4:30pm when she would be leaving. Customer service called and confirmed with the store it would be delivered before. Tracking info verified this and even showed a photo of the front of her office. At 2pm I got a call from her, the delivery driver had dropped it off exclusively to her and was very polite. It is unfortunate how you possess the ability to ruin someone's special moment with deceitfulness and deception as if it were a sport. You claimed to have attempted a delivery for a birthday order for my friend at her place of work and provided what most likely sounds like a stock image of the beach to portray your delivery attempt, because you knew that the business would be located on the beach. We requested a refund and we'd be lucky to even see one. He assisted me with choosing the proper arrangement that fit the occasion. What an amazing experience! Travis is very professional, knowledgeable and knows very much how to communicate effectively! Drove to store. Two people doing nothing. Had the order but said they were short staffed and sent the order to West Palm Beach. Went home and started calling WPB. Same automated answering machine, left 6 messages none returned. Said it would be delivered on the 18th. I needed it on the 17th for a family gathering. Not delivered on 18th either. He informed me that my order was transferred to another store and at 4 o'clock they were first preparing my order now which only means that it would not be sent out today. She paid extra for it to be delivered on time on Sunday, on Wednesday morning they finally called me to confirm my apartment (they couldn't have done this on Sunday?) They said they would make the delivery that day with a freshly made item. They showed up that afternoon and they must have saved the original strawberries and pineapples from Sunday. BAD SERVICE from Boynton location. Ordered a $75 item on 2/10 for 2/12 delivery for a Celebration of Life that was from 12-3pm. Under special instructions I added in for delivery to please be there between 12-1 pm (store was about 10 min away). At 2pm it was not delivered so called the store several times leaving my name , number and order #. Even sent email after no call back. Finally, at 3:35 pm got thru to someone. Was told order was now ready. I advised Janine that the event was already over. She told me it could not be cancelled as it was already made and I could come pick up (35 min away) or store credit. As we were already too frustrated I just told her to cancel and would deal with cc company. At 5:11pm our cousin, the recipient , called to tell us the delivery was at her gate and what should she do. At that point, even though cancelled I told her to take and give it away. I made an order on the website for delivery and was called afterwards and told it couldn't be delivered because it was out of their delivery window but yet the order was able to be placed. I was told the next day it could be delivered but with no time frame. Chocolate strawberries sitting on someone's front porch all day while they are at work doesn't seem quite right. When I asked for a refund because there was no answer as to when they would be delivered I was told no problem followed by someone hanging up on me. I called corporate office to complain about a store that I placed an order for 2 deliveries on the same day same building just different offices. The 1st arrived as expected. The 2nd one didn't arrive at all on that day. I called on Thursday @ 3:05PM on the 12th the man at the store said he would follow up and call me back. When he didn't I tried calling the store and it kept forwarding me to Corporate. I tried again today on the 13th same thing. So I called Corporate explained the situation and advised them that due to the inconvenience I wanted a refund and the delivery for nothing. They informed me that I couldn't have both.
