I found this place through google as it had good reviews but was disapointed, not only with the flowers but how management dealt with it. I was out of the country and ordered 2 dozen red roses for delivery to her work. Later in the day I received a call saying that: "your 2 dozen red roses where not available and my options were A) to have them sent to a home address or B) have an assortment of white, lavender and red". I would have loved to have 2 dozen red roses, but being sent to her house would have ruined surprise as I did not know if she would be home. I asked the quality of the roses and if it was going to be nice, she said their flowers are always fresh. My friend received the flowers at work and them home to enjoy them for the weekend. I asked her how they looked as well as for a picture. She told me that 2 were already dead (not even 14 hours later from delivery) !!! The red roses were fine, however the lavender roses were not. I contacted the company right away as I was disappointed and not happy after paying what I did for "fresh flowers" and to begin with not the red 2 dozen. The response I got from Josh (apparently the owner) was to take another picture and this statement "Flowers do not always grow tall and straight, sometimes there are bends and curves in the stem and may appear to be droopy ". Now, do you really think I'm going to ask my friend to take more pictures? I was already embarrassed with the situation. I normally reach out to the company to make it right and not post anything negative, to give them a chance and they did not. I do not recommend this place, for that I would have gone to 1 -800- flowers and would have saved myself $142.00 Josh: It will not let me reply back to you on this post other than email you personally. Yes this order was over a month ago, I messaged YOU right away on July 28th while I was in Sicily, Italy. I travel for work as I am a pilot and I addressed the situation immediately, you asked me to take more pictures (as I stated on the review) and I will say it again that I did not want to ask my friend for any more pictures as I was already embarrassed and clearly you wanted to go back and forth and I travel every day back and forth and cross the Atlantic pond on a weekly basis and do not have time to call and spend money over seas to argue. So until I had some time on the ground and back to the states, and knowing nothing would happen is when I take the moment to do my reviews. I gave you the opportunity to make it right and you didn't. So the moment I made this review a few days ago is when you decided to call me 4 times in a rows (you claim that you kept calling me to make things right... no, you tried calling me after seeing the review, never when I reached out over a month ago). When you called me 4 times, I was in the air (with wifi) and clearly I was not going to answer. Below is YOUR only email response when you wanted me to send you back pictures (again never a phone call), after letting you know I was very disappointed. So yes its been over a month that YOU did not want to fix it, until I posted it on Yelp, google and if theres another site I could post the quality and bad management I would: "Hi and thank you for reaching out to us. We could have delivered the 2 dozen red for you but it would have been later in the day. We presented you with the option I assure you, after 26 years in business, we do not sent out dead product. Do you have any other pics besides this? This lavender rose in the picture isnt dead. There may be a few guard petals on the Rose though. Flowers do not always grow tall and straight, sometimes there are bends and curves in the stem and may appear to be droopy. If you see this in a picture and not in person, I can understand how it can look at times. Can you send another pic of the flowers? My very first experience with this business was not good... I bought flowers for a sweetheart, and it looks like something you would send to a person in a hospital bed, had no romantic vibe like the picture on the website did. I emailed them and complained and I was given a credit for a future purchase, which I used on Valentine's Day. They did a great job with that floral arrangement. All of them were wilted and half of them had the petals falling off already. When I called the store, they told me they'd call me back later this week. Obviously the pink on the website displayed bloomed vibrant pink roses. Completely understand that probably isn't the case ALL the time or day one. I guess in a few days after Valentine's Day when they bloom and grow that will be nice.... The vase is just your run of the mill $2 vase, no ribbons, or anything special. I'm sure ribbons, bows, etc. are extra & they did offer me balloons and chocolates. I have purchased flowers and roses much more beautiful especially the vase, ribbons, etc. for $25 plus cheaper!! Now in all honesty and no joking! I seriously could have put this EXACT same arrangement together at Publix for less then $25, and thought would include all the bells and whistles I've talked about above. I really believe if I was to ask the manager would you buy these roses for $75, he'd have to stop and think for a minute. What I received is kind of what I'd expect from 1800Flowers... I'm not trying to rip Exceptional Flowers a new one because they're a local business, and they are very polite, but what you get for the price just doesn't invite you back. I activated the code and called the florist to place my order and asked if I could use the 10% code. She said there is no such code and I have no idea what I'm talking about. I should have just picked another florist at this point but I really liked this arrangement and the colors it included for my mother. I went online to their website and placed the order for the crazy for you arrangement. I even upgraded it to the deluxe version which was 89.95 instead of standard at 79.95. I picked this arrangement specifically because it did not contain lilies - which my mother is allergic to!! To my dismay it arrives today with NO hydrangeas as shown in photo and also it says hydrangeas are included on website description. Instead it has cheap ass carnations & lilies!!!! Do not use this florist. I was promised same day delivery. After the third call they finally admitted that the flowers would not be delivered so I cancelled the order. They delivered the flowers the next day anyway and then charged me twice. I choose a bouquet online and that is not what was delivered. Once I saw the charge on my credit card statement the employee told me the owner would have to take care of giving me the credit which never occurred. I tried calling one more time to get the credit and when no one returned my call or issued the credit I had to contact my credit card company. read more

I emailed the shop directly about my concerns and within an hour received a phone call from Josh who reassured me. I ordered flowers as an Easter gift for my Great Aunt. The flowers were delivered the day I requested (bonus - free of charge delivery), looked like the picture, lasted about 1 week, were reasonably priced, and the website was easy to navigate. Last week, Jan 24, he went in and bought me a dozen roses for our anniversary which ended up not opening at all. When I called Simone today, she told me that because my husband took them wrapped, instead of paying additional for buying them in their vase, she couldn't rally help me out even though I cut the stems and did everything as instructed. I spoke with Josh who was very helpful, gave me everything I asked for and more and never once made me feel like I couldn't get something nice out of the prices I gave him! Since living far away and never being able to see what I get I asked Josh if there was any way he could send me pictures of the two arrangements and sure enough I woke up the next morning to two pictures of beautiful arrangements and I felt like I was actually happy with my purchase. The flowers were gorgeous and way over value...the looked fresh and beautiful! I felt proud to send them as opposed to the other crap I've been sending for years! I contacted the flower shop on Valentines Day in the afternoon as I was worried b/c the flowers had not been delivered yet.
