Horrible. I would give this place negative stars. No one knows how to work the computer system and they tried to over charge me. We were walking by and saw their cupcake display. I went in and ordered six cupcakes and 8 cookies. I thought, sure let's try this place. After taking my order, I waited another 20 min, then the gal came out from the back with my order. I told her something is wrong with the total on what she charged me. Each cupcake was $5 x 6 and she charged me another $14 for the cookies which on display shows $5.99. I had ordered 7 edible arrangements, and ordered an extra boxed one( so 8) that I thought could be delivered to me at the same time since I ordered an arrangement for a neighbor two doors down. The Brentwood Edible Arrangements wanted to charge me another 14.95 for shipping to my house despite I already paid for the other item to come here to my block. What a ripoff after doing more than 750.00 business with Edible Arrangements, you cannot walk 2 houses down or even text me you are here to deliver the other one and I will come and get it from the van? They can't walk a few steps? So I called them back to CANCEL the whole thing( these were the only 2 items left of the 8) and then they said now they can only do the text and I will come out to get it from my neighbor's house, otherwise they will charge the extra delivery fee. So fine, I did suggest that in the first place anyway, as not to trouble them too much! And that was after having to go through a lot to get them to agree to even this, which is NOT good business sense and you feel like it is a ripoff to try to get more than you already paid for expensive arrangements. Most of my arrangements that I bought were 96-125. range and a couple 60 something. To be fair, I do acknowledge the actual fruit bouquets were nicely done( recipients sent me pictures ) and delivery was good according to my friends. In fact, delivery man and wife were excellent and kind. But really this interaction with the store itself (and 3 calls later) left a bad impression on me after they were so PETTY about charging me another delivery fee. So they may have lost a LOT of business because I thought this was a nice way to bring SMILES and CHEERS to friends and family during this Covid lockdown and had planned to deliver MORE throughout the year and every birthday and Christmas/New Year's. And also thought it would be better to get delivery while he was already here then risking exposure on me ( at high risk) and to them going to their store. Esp since we are now on mandated lockdown! Boy.. Did I put this store to the test!! And they definitely took care of me. First, I last minute change my delivery date and they took care of me with no problem. They made sure to have my order ready and on time even with the last minute changes. Next, after I pick up my order I find out my co worker is allergic to pineapples I called and explained my situation and they AGAIN.. took care of me. I was able to exchange it for an arrangement that had no pineapples included.. the store manager was AWESOME.. she was very professional and made sure everything was up to my satisfaction even with all the last minute changes I made. My sister sent my husband a birthday arrangement of the drip cakes and cookie platter yesterday. However, the cookies were as hard as rocks! I called and left a message about the hard cookies yesterday, but no one returned my call. My sister called this location to complain about the cookies today, and they said that they put the cookies in the fridge in order to keep the pineapple fresh! Who does that? At 8:15pm we got an email from PayPal that our order had been refunded. The business had our phone number on file so why didn't they just reach out and offer to deliver the following day. We were also getting emails from the company that they were still taking Valentine's Day orders. Absolutely unacceptable. Also note that we had placed the order at the beginning of January. The fruit basket and chocolate covered strawberries that arrived looks pretty nice. I bought it for my husband for he's been home for quarantine. Then we unwrapped, unboxed and ate some of it. Later that night we found mold and fuzzy things on ALL the strawberries and chocolates. I don't really know if we ate any of the moldy fruits in the basket since not all of them were moldy, but we did eat half of the box of chocolate covered strawberries!! I pray that we will not get more sick than we already are! I had a bit of an issue when the arrangement delivered to me was left outside all day outside a closed business. I called the next day and the manager knew exactly who I was. She told me she had been trying to call me, but because I was off for the day my phone was off. She offered to remake my arrangement right away and made plans to make sure I received it immediately. She had no control over the fact that the driver just left it outside. But she went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed. After dining next door, I went inside Edible to only to get 2 chocolate pineapple slices and 2 chocolate strawberries. The young lady came out and said "are you here for a pick up" and I said "no" and she said "okay can you give me a minute" and I said "sure, take your time". When I said take your time, I didn't mean all of 10 minutes. After waiting for 5, I see a boy by the window on his phone avoiding eye contact with me. I approach and knock on the door and say "I've been waiting 5 minutes, I just want a couple fruits" and he said "okay, let me grab her" and never returned. I ended up leaving and going back the the restaurant next door. 10-15 minutes later, the same boy comes out with 6 large bags. Did they really expect me to wait 25 minutes for 4 pieces of fruit? I ordered a large Berry Chocolate Bouquet in the morning and to my great surprise it was done before noon time. Kelly did the most outstanding and beautiful job on the arrangement!!!! I was so happy to see it and not to mention how excited my sweet little grandchildren were. It was the best anniversary gift for my daughter and her family! I never go wrong getting all my gifts from Edible Arrangements I used Sherry Berries a few months ago in another city because Edible Arrangements was not available there and what a huge disappointment and waste of money it was. I'm so sad. If there was a less than zero rating that would be very accurate for this place. I won't even call it a business. They have no clue. My husband is out of town for Valentine's Day and he called me this morning to tell me he had ordered flowers for me to be delivered today but that this place called him this morning and cancelled said they couldn't deliver the flowers. Are they running a bucket shop over there or a flower shop? Not even an offer to send the next day or to outsource to another flower shop that could handle the order. Better late than never! This place is right off the freeway. It's in a big shopping center so there's plenty of parking. I got a discount coupon by email. It was my nieces birthday so I decided to go. I got there and within 15 minutes they finished my order. I got a beautiful arrangement for $30. I thought it was a steal because these are usually very expensive. Kelly stated to me that she only had one left and I begged for her to hold it as I was a couple minutes away. Within 15 minutes, I walked in and was greeted by Kelly! Boy, did she save me on a late Saturday. As I walked in, I noticed that the Edible Arrangements store was very clean and cute! I love the décor and the walls! I couldn't help my eyes from looking at the delicious covered chocolate fruit. I just HAD to buy some. I asked Kelly about any promotions that they had (I'm always looking for a discount, I'm such a money pincher). Kelly stated that there wasn't no promotion but I was able to sign up for their email notifications and get $5 off my purchase! SAY WHAT? YESSS!! I also noticed that the Yelp app offered a discount as well! Kelly stated she would take that and gave me an option of using my Yelp coupon or the email (I went for the email discount).
