I went here to purchase some chocolate covered strawberries for my wife. Trinity, I believe was the person who helped me. Trinity was super helpful and professional. She made my experience super easy even though they were busy. The place was clean, and the service was great. My wife loved the white chocolate covered strawberries the most. Ordered from them for the first time and they were fantastic. The lady in the shop was knowledgeable and very helpful. I was looking at two arrangements and she suggested ine as it was a better buy with more fruit and people tended to like it better. Well, she did me real good! The group it was sent to was extremely appreciative and realky enjoyed it. Thank you Edible Arrangements for this. I wish i knew the ladys name who helped me but I forgot to get it. I will definitely be going back here in the future! read more

Had some cookies delivered to my great granddaughter who broke her arm. Her mother said the delivery man was extremely nice. He did not just drop off the delivery, he stayed at the door to deliver them directly to my great granddaughter and said they hope she gets well. Really made her smile! read more

Horrible. I would give this place negative stars. No one knows how to work the computer system and they tried to over charge me. We were walking by and saw their cupcake display. I went in and ordered six cupcakes and 8 cookies. I thought, sure let's try this place. After taking my order, I waited another 20 min, then the gal came out from the back with my order. I told her something is wrong with the total on what she charged me. Each cupcake was $5 x 6 and she charged me another $14 for the cookies which on display shows $5.99. After fumbling with the computer another person came out tried to fix the computer. After 45 minutes of being in the store I basically said refund cancel my order get me out of here. What a mess this store is. I will never ever ever come back in here again. Don't waste your time like I did with mine. read more

This establishment has no customer service. All employees seem like they hate their job. Nicole is a rude little girl because this generation thinks they don't need to have respect. I've visited this location multiple times and each time I visited, a staff member has an attitude when helping customers. I spoke to the manager but she refused to give me her name because she's afraid I will report her. Do not use this location. It's a waste of your time and your money. They will not refund you when they can't make the delivery on the day that you paid for! read more

I'm sure my Aunt in New York would not approve especially for the price she paid to send this edible arrangement. The strawberries cookies and mini cheesecakes were crammed in so close the the moisture from each wicked on to the cookies rendering them soggy and the tastes of them altered Sad that the items were not packed with care. Instead they were swisher together on a flimsy plastic plate that couldn't hold the wright of the items. I dont have the heart to tell my Aunt but I wanted others to know. This was a shock when I saw it....it resembles a walmart assembly line bakery good. So if your going to spend this kind of money dont expect a classy gift to go to your loved one. Super shocked that this was even considered acceptable by the company. It will be going in the trash. read more

Very rude manager . Unpleasant experience. This is the second time this store has shown no customer service skills and the manager hung up in my face after asking if she's the manager and there will be a complaint filed . I understand work can be stressful and it's Father's Day but do not be rude to your customers very very bad service . read more

I spoke with the manager and she sent me a new arrangement. She was very nice, helpful and apologetic. A new employee let an older arrangement be sent out to us on a day when the manager was not there. It's hard to find good help, am I right? The most disgusting thing just happened. We were eating our edible arrangement and there was a long black hair molded into a piece!!! Completely disgusted and appalled. Sick to my stomach since who knows if there's other hair in the other pieces we already ate! What health measures are even taken for the employees making these? Terrible! Negative stars if I could!! read more

My Husband ordered a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolate-covered strawberries & cheesecake ($150) for me from Edible Arrangements at 10am on Valentine's Day. By 9pm... hours later, only the strawberries arrived which were messy and thrown around in the box.. We've reached out to Edible Arrangements multiple times and have received no response. This is extremely disappointing, especially given the special occasion. I understand they may have been busy but i definitely expected much better service. We will not be ordering from them again. read more

I had ordered 7 edible arrangements, and ordered an extra boxed one( so 8) that I thought could be delivered to me at the same time since I ordered an arrangement for a neighbor two doors down. The Brentwood Edible Arrangements wanted to charge me another 14.95 for shipping to my house despite I already paid for the other item to come here to my block. What a ripoff after doing more than 750.00 business with Edible Arrangements, you cannot walk 2 houses down or even text me you are here to deliver the other one and I will come and get it from the van? They can't walk a few steps? So I called them back to CANCEL the whole thing( these were the only 2 items left of the 8) and then they said now they can only do the text and I will come out to get it from my neighbor's house, otherwise they will charge the extra delivery fee. So fine, I did suggest that in the first place anyway, as not to trouble them too much! And that was after having to go through a lot to get them to agree to even this, which is NOT good business sense and you feel like it is a ripoff to try to get more than you already paid for expensive arrangements. Most of my arrangements that I bought were 96-125. range and a couple 60 something. To be fair, I do acknowledge the actual fruit bouquets were nicely done( recipients sent me pictures ) and delivery was good according to my friends. In fact, delivery man and wife were excellent and kind. But really this interaction with the store itself (and 3 calls later) left a bad impression on me after they were so PETTY about charging me another delivery fee. So they may have lost a LOT of business because I thought this was a nice way to bring SMILES and CHEERS to friends and family during this Covid lockdown and had planned to deliver MORE throughout the year and every birthday and Christmas/New Year's. And also thought it would be better to get delivery while he was already here then risking exposure on me ( at high risk) and to them going to their store. Esp since we are now on mandated lockdown! Updated to add after delivery: So I give 3-4 stars for actual arrangements( missing my emoji balloon on one order and specifically ordered that bouquet for that emoji balloon which is my signature emoji). And 5 stars for delivery people( even though with all the instructions they still gave MY box to my friend with HER stuff so I had to ask for it back from them- embarrassing!!!). But that is fine, they were nice about it and confused w/instructions I guess. And 1 star for the hassle of everything speaking to the store wanting more money from me and delivery fees! So I am going to have to think about if I will use this business again for further gifts!? I am on the fence. read more

Boy.. Did I put this store to the test!! And they definitely took care of me. First, I last minute change my delivery date and they took care of me with no problem. They made sure to have my order ready and on time even with the last minute changes. Next, after I pick up my order I find out my co worker is allergic to pineapples I called and explained my situation and they AGAIN.. took care of me. I was able to exchange it for an arrangement that had no pineapples included.. the store manager was AWESOME.. she was very professional and made sure everything was up to my satisfaction even with all the last minute changes I made. I am highly satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend coming to this location for all your special occasions needs!! read more

My sister sent my husband a birthday arrangement of the drip cakes and cookie platter yesterday. However, the cookies were as hard as rocks! I called and left a message about the hard cookies yesterday, but no one returned my call. My sister called this location to complain about the cookies today, and they said that they put the cookies in the fridge in order to keep the pineapple fresh! Who does that? Who puts cookies in the refrigerator to get hard as rocks in order to save a few pieces of pineapple? Why didn't they separate them?! My sister also said that the lady she spoke to was rude! Only the 4 pieces of pineapple were delicious which is why I gave 2 stars! The stones, I mean cookies, were not! read more

The fruit basket and chocolate covered strawberries that arrived looks pretty nice. I bought it for my husband for he's been home for quarantine. Then we unwrapped, unboxed and ate some of it. Later that night we found mold and fuzzy things on ALL the strawberries and chocolates. I don't really know if we ate any of the moldy fruits in the basket since not all of them were moldy, but we did eat half of the box of chocolate covered strawberries!! I pray that we will not get more sick than we already are! This was a total of $145 gift basket and chocolate covers strawberries that was barely eaten... very stomach-wrenching and a waste of money. read more

I had a bit of an issue when the arrangement delivered to me was left outside all day outside a closed business. I called the next day and the manager knew exactly who I was. She told me she had been trying to call me, but because I was off for the day my phone was off. She offered to remake my arrangement right away and made plans to make sure I received it immediately. She had no control over the fact that the driver just left it outside. But she went above and beyond to make sure the issue was fixed. The worst thing you can do to a customer is turn them away. I walked in to their store on Balfour & Sand Creek in Brentwood and ask if I can order, the cashier just say a plain "no". No explanation no apology. Not to disregard that it is a busy day but that's just poor customer service. The website does not say walk ins are not entertained. Ordered for Valentines Day and by 5:00pm it still wasn't delivered. Called and they told me that it would be delivered by 10pm (They close at 8 so that made no sense). We had dinner reservations but knew we had to be home for the delivery. We cancelled and stayed home because how could we let a $200 edible arrangements order go to waste sitting on the porch. At 8:15pm we got an email from PayPal that our order had been refunded. The business had our phone number on file so why didn't they just reach out and offer to deliver the following day. We were also getting emails from the company that they were still taking Valentine's Day orders. Absolutely unacceptable. Also note that we had placed the order at the beginning of January. Based on other reviews, after the fact, we are glad we got refunded and didn't receive terrible fruit and dead flowers for $255.00. Could imagine they won't be open for much longer read more

Ordered yesterday for pick up at 9:00 this morning, and arrived at the store to find them closed. After dining next door, I went inside Edible to only to get 2 chocolate pineapple slices and 2 chocolate strawberries. The young lady came out and said "are you here for a pick up" and I said "no" and she said "okay can you give me a minute" and I said "sure, take your time". When I said take your time, I didn't mean all of 10 minutes. After waiting for 5, I see a boy by the window on his phone avoiding eye contact with me. I approach and knock on the door and say "I've been waiting 5 minutes, I just want a couple fruits" and he said "okay, let me grab her" and never returned. I ended up leaving and going back the the restaurant next door. 10-15 minutes later, the same boy comes out with 6 large bags. Did they really expect me to wait 25 minutes for 4 pieces of fruit? So embarrassing. Do better. I left at 2:00 or 3:00 incase the manager wants to check the ring camera to see I wasn't helped. read more

Wow, got a call from an employee who was very rude. It makes me super sad as I used to love this business.

I ordered a large Berry Chocolate Bouquet in the morning and to my great surprise it was done before noon time. Kelly did the most outstanding and beautiful job on the arrangement!!!! I was so happy to see it and not to mention how excited my sweet little grandchildren were. It was the best anniversary gift for my daughter and her family! I never go wrong getting all my gifts from Edible Arrangements I used Sherry Berries a few months ago in another city because Edible Arrangements was not available there and what a huge disappointment and waste of money it was. Their arrangement could not begin to compare to Edibles arrangements. It literally looked like the driver got hungry on the way to delivery and picked out some fruit from the arrangement. Lol Thank you Kelly for a beautiful job done on the arrangement!!!!! See you soon for another gift purchase. read more

This place is bad. I didn't receive my wife's order I had placed days before the due date until 8:45pm at night. Not only that but a door dash taxi delivered my order. Not to say my order was not even complete. Missing items and just bad service. My first time I ordered I also didn't receive my balloons and correct order. It's just unprofessional to know your depending on something special for your significant other. I attached images to proof my order was incomplete not to mention it was near $150 just to get this type of service. read more

I'm so sad. If there was a less than zero rating that would be very accurate for this place. I won't even call it a business. They have no clue. My husband is out of town for Valentine's Day and he called me this morning to tell me he had ordered flowers for me to be delivered today but that this place called him this morning and cancelled said they couldn't deliver the flowers. Are they running a bucket shop over there or a flower shop? Not even an offer to send the next day or to outsource to another flower shop that could handle the order. Better late than never! He was told that they were overwhelmed and had too many orders. I have never heard of any company doing this on Valentine's Day. I would not recommend this joke of a place to anyone for any reason ever they are the worst! read more

This place is right off the freeway. It's in a big shopping center so there's plenty of parking. I got a discount coupon by email. It was my nieces birthday so I decided to go. I received an arrangement for my birthday but wasn't home. Although the driver left it in the shade, it was 104 out so the arrangement was melted and inedible by the time I got home.
