!! First Class All The Way !! My loving Cousin has blessed our home a couple of time with gifts from Edible Arrangements, Specifically from this store. The folks at this location always provide the BEST customer care. Starting with the delivery person. Half the magic of receiving a gift like this is the surprise when there's a knock on the door. And even though through trying to keep my loud mouth dachshund from barking so loudly that I couldn't acknowledge his friendly smile properly, My delivery driver ran off before I had an opportunity to tip him. And even though I would have loved to show him my gratitude, It was still appreciated that he wanted to avoid any possible uncomfortable exchange either. .... THEN .. For the first time ever, the cantaloupe in the arrangement wasn't quite ripe yet. But knowing the superior care we've receive from this location in the past, my partner (Who the arrangement was actually for) was able to call them to share his MINOR disappointment with the item. That's when Ron (The Manager I assume) took the call and offered us our choice of a variety of solutions. No questions asked, other than those needed answered in order for him to make it right. What I've not shared with you until now is that my partner actually survived and explosion a few years ago, and this Birthday almost never happened for him. Recently he's had eyesight restored in one of his eyes, and even though every day is a blessing we are honored to experience, Special occasions such as Birthdays have an even more special meaning to us. Ron and his team at Edible Arrangements in Cedar Hill Texas have found a way to make an already immensely blessed day into one that's even that much more special to us. Effing horrible. Messed up my mother's birthday gift. Ordered the balloon flower and chocolate truffle set. Only received a lonely effing flower in a vase. Then tried to tell me some bs like they didn't have the chocolates well if you didn't have them you could have called the customer which is me!!!!! Then lied and said my phone number wasn't on there when surely their customer service called me about the issue !!!!!! Then said well it had a balloon . Like that made up for the whole order being effed up? Then didn't even receive the balloon but told me about it like it would make it better In the retail industry especially floristry and gifts everyone knows if you are out of stock on a flower order call the customer. Or provide a complimentary gift of equal price. You effed up my mother's bday gift so now I have to buy something else in place of this BS. WILL NOT ORDER HERE AGAIN. Hi, I'm extremely disappointed with the experience I've had with your Cedar Hill location. The flower arrangement delivered to my sister looked sparse and unbalanced on one side, so I called and shared a photo. The person who answered was unprofessional, placing me on hold while I was speaking to her without any notice. I asked to speak with the manager, who later called me, and we agreed that a new set of flowers would be delivered for my sister to add to her existing bouquet. I made it very clear I did not want the original bouquet taken away, as that would be disruptive and embarrassing at her workplace. Despite this, the delivery staff removed the arrangement, causing confusion and embarrassment for my sister, with coworkers commenting that the store must be "cheap" for taking them back. I can't express how upsetting this was. I'm in California--otherwise I would've come in person to resolve this. This was a special gesture that has turned into a stressful experience. I hope you will take steps to address this and train your staff on proper customer service. My sister had to trim and rearrange the redelivered flowers herself to improve the presentation. I placed an online order this morning around 8am to have a birthday gift delivered to a friend of mine. She received it by 12ish in the afternoon and loved it! The fruit arrangement was beautiful and fresh and the flowers were in excellent condition. Money well spent for the quality and speed of everything. Horrible, they said they attempted to deliver and no one was home, when in fact there was plenty of people at the house at all times besides the point. I call to ask if I am able to pick up at the location instead they put me in hold for 5 minutes they proceed to say yes. I get here not 30-40min later and they say they can't give it to me because the driver is not back and they wouldn't know when they would be back. I ask for a replacement and they said they can't because of the specialized card. Horrible experience, horrible attitude they should learn how to respond or resolve it they just kept backtracking what they were say. Please learn better customer service. read more

Locations matter. I've often had great experiences sending and receiving arrangements from locations in Fort Worth and surrounding cities up North. A group of friends sent me a thoughtful arrangement to celebrate my retirement. It came from this store in Cedar Hill. I feel I should give any store every opportunity to right or repair poor service or product. After no answer from the store, I contacted the corporate office Friday. I advised them that I received an arrangement full of crunchy pineapples, stale and out-of-season fruits, no juice or freshness, old bananas and just an INEDIBLE ARRANGEMENT. The horrible part is that I didn't want to complain to the very people that sent me the gift. I thought I could simply talk with the store and resolve this. The corporate office advised me: "Each of our stores are individually owned and operated, so we allow them the opportunity to resolve all issues directly." Well, it is almost a week later now with no attempt to resolve the issue. I realize that some places will just count on us just letting it go. I will not. Absolutely loved finding out that Edible Arrangements has Fruit and Vegetable smoothies! And they are absolutely delicious! I went to Edible Arrangements on National Smoothie day, so all of their smoothies were 99 cents and they had free popsicles! I got their pineapple and kale smoothie, which was so refreshing and only tasted like pineapple. Normally their smoothies range from $3-$5, so not a bad price. The popsicles are new and they were testing them to see how customers liked them. I tried their strawberry and froyo popsicle dipped in chocolate with almonds and coconut on top! Wow! So amazing! I definitely plan to go back here for a smoothie! It is good to know that Edible Arrangements has more than just arrangements--but smoothie and popsicles too!!! read more

I will NEVER deal with this business again! I placed an order days in advance and the order was not delivered at all! I called 3 times the day of my delivery all 3 times I was assured that my arrangement was being made and that my order was next to be delivered! By 8:30PM my order was still not delivered, and when contacting the store for the 4th time that day, riding their ass about my order they were closed, yet the online order status said "out for delivery " the night past no delivery, no one even called to let me know it would not be delivered!!! So very unprofessional!! I contacted the store first thing when they opened as you can imagine I was FRUSTRATED! They told me my order would be prioritized and could not explain why my order was not delivered on the requested date. They FINALLY Delivered the order late afternoon an entire day later and get this forgot the balloon!! By this point I'm pissed call up to the store and the lady hangs up on me! Save yourself the embarrassment of your order not being delivered! This location is trash! Customer service is not a priority!!! I should have read the reviews prior to using this location- looks like I'm not the only one that did not get their delivery!!! Sorry for posting late. Able to return for Valentine's day 2/14/19. They had deals right up my alley. I got $5.99 chocolate covered strawberries in a cone and fruit cup for my husband. Totalling 11.98 and tax. Perfect for me. I don't have much money but like to get nice and thoughtful gifts. Thank you to the owners for making this available. Today, I received a call the intended recipient thanking me for the lovely gift. It arrived last night (7/26/21) I always wondered why I never revived a thank you, now I know; it was never received. What a great experience! This was my first time ordering from this location, and it won't be my last! When I say the edible arrangement team came thru for ya girl...brownie points all day! I had an order that was already scheduled to be delivered and realized that I had mixed up my dates. It was already after 1 pm and both drivers were already out for the day. I really needed to have this order delivered today for a special birthday surprise. Lo and behold, Miss Mya, one of the workers, took care of me despite my last-minute oopsy and made it happen! Apparently no one works here anymore. I ordered online and received a confirmation that an order was placed. It was not delivered and when I tried to contact the store, no one answers the phone. Ordered chocolate dipped strawberries for my wife for Valentine's day to get delivered to her work. They never got delivered and there was never an update on website except "location recieved my order". It's now the 15th, the local Cedar hill location that recieved my order is not answering phone calls even though they are open for business and it goes to a voice mail that has not been setup so cann9lrave message. Called the 800 number to talk to someone, put in my order # and was placed on hold for 30+ minutes before I just hung up. I've ordered from Edible Arrangements many times, and this location is the first one that I've had a bad experience with. The staff is rude including the manager Emily. They barely answer the phone, no voicemail just a message that says the mailbox is full. One of the guys that answered the phone hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. I placed an online sympathy order the day before and I've been trying to check the status of the order only for them tell me that residential orders are last. My order should be treated as a priority and a you shouldn't deliver a sympathy order late after business hours. I have no idea when my order will arrive to the recipient. I'm really concerned with the arrangement, considering the staff isn't professional only God knows what's going on in the kitchen. Should've sent flowers. I called this afternoon in hopes to get a last minute surprise being that it's my boyfriends birthday & chocolate covered strawberries are his guilty pleasure. However, when I called to get some information about pricing & the options the woman who answered the phone told me that I could look online. When I then told her I was driving so was unable to do so she said the strawberries were there so I could just go get some. Rude! I asked how much they were & she said she didn't know. What!?
