I arrived punctually at pickup time which was the same time they opened. When I walked in three employees were noticeably rushing to create arrangements. I was greeted, I told them my name, they ran over, grabbed my flowers and handed them to me and ran off again. I was so disappointed. You could tell the poor things were NOT FRESH, had been made days ago and had been sitting in a fridge for a long time. They had freezer burn and were wilting and browning all over the edges, with noticeable places where the badly wilted leaves had just been yanked off but large petal shards could still be seen. It's Mother's Day, I know you're busy but this is the one day you need to get things right. Will not order from here again. Such poor value for the price I paid for it, and where else was I going to go get a replacement last minute? Are the people who ordered last minute getting a better value since their flowers won't be dying in a fridge for days? This place needs to do better, so disappointed.
