I ordered one hour delivery for $100+ for a birthday celebration and got a call telling me that several of the fruits were not in stock and would be available the next day. I expected it to be extremely fresh if it was just arriving and not only did it not arrive in time for the birthday, but it went bad very quickly. I reached out to the company and kept getting form emails that they were looking into it, only to get a follow up that it was closed. I will never order from them again. read more

the chocolate strawberries were amazing, but the flowers did not look like anything from the picture on uber eats. my bf got them for me and i was very thankful, and i wanted to check how much it was on uber eats since that's where he ordered it from. it's around $50 and looks nothing like the picture. the flowers weren't fresh. i'm very grateful for the flowers as my bf got them for me but i feel bad they weren't what he expected. please do better read more

I have been trying for two days to place an order for today. The website kept rejecting my order and no one answered the corporate customer service line. Today, desperate to make sure a birthday gift arrived on time, I reached out to the Danbury store (1385) and got a young man named Q Silva on the line. He explained that they don't normally do same day delivery especially to the area I was looking to send. He could probably hear the disappointment in my voice because he offered to help and assured me he would get the order out there as soon as he could. It would have been so easy for him to say it was too late or that they couldn't help, but he stayed on the phone with me, placed the order and was professional, kind and courteous. How lucky you are to have this person on your team. I was so frustrated at the beginning of my call to the store but he had such incredible service recovery i was smiling and laughing by the end of the phone call. Such an impressive employee! He should me managing stores and training other employees because this is the level of customer service folks expect- actually this went WAY BEYOND what most folks expect - this is what customers dream about! As a hiring manager who runs a business, and as someone who knows how hard it is to find good employees this day in age- I must impress that you let this associate know how well they did and how they saved a sale and probably future sales from me as well. During this coronavirus pandemic for the first time I had to be separated from my step-father on his birthday. I was able to send chocolate covered strawberries and cookies with last minute notice to his home with this edible arrangements. So disappointing, I ordered a gift for office staff and it was delivered at 6 pm on the day before the holiday. A phone call indicated such a late delivery would have been appreciated. I ordered a small brownie/fruit snack platter online for Father's Day. I went to the store when I received email notification that it was ready for pick up. I was told immediately upon entering store by a young man behind counter that I needed a mask. I told him I didn't have one and would wait outside for my order (since it was prepaid and ready for pick up and curb side delivery available) I waited right outside on bench provided by store for only a few minutes when the door opened and without a word, my order was bagged and placed on the ground and the door shut again. The store has large sign on door stating curb side delivery available so why would anyone be treated like this? If I pulled up in a car wouldn't purchase be placed in vehicle or handed through window? I was embarrassed and taken by surprise at how rude and disrespectful worker was to me as a customer. People walking by saw it and looked pretty shocked as well. manager called me to apologize but I won't go back there again. Also, snack platter wasn't all that. So I called my local Edible Arrangements (Danbury, CT) late Thursday morning and asked if they could accommodate us. The woman who answered the phone couldn't be more helpful. She was calm, funny, completely understood my predicament and gave me options. After multiple telephone calls to her, we decided on a Thank You fruit arrangement for a client with delivery the next day. She even gave us a $10.00 coupon off of our order. We ordered online from CA. We ordered for family Xmas eve as a gift and it's 7:40pm on the east coast and no delivery yet. Called at 6pm and was told in transit just called again and they said order is just leaving. Which is it. Was also told they had 150 orders today and oh well too bad we told people order delivery time not guaranteed. Well that isn't said when you order online and an unacceptable answer. It's Xmas eve and as a business owner you should plan better and also be a bit nicer and don't lie! Will certainly report to franchise management! I was looking for a few little extra things to show my husband how much I appreciate him on his birthday. I remember receiving an Edible Arrangement as a corporate gift a few years back, and it was fresh, delicious, and enjoyed by everyone. I called at 9am on Monday morning to see if it could be delivered to him at work that day and they said they would be able to get it there before 3pm, which was perfect. Imagine my surprise when he texts me around noon to tell me that it was already delivered -- and delicious! Two boxes of freshly dipped fruit and a big thing of balloons! Ordered online 2 days before expected delivery. Called at 2:00 on the delivery date and was told very busy, the order is being worked on and will be going out soon. I explained it was for an 89 year old's birthday and she wouldn't appreciate the delivery in the dark. Called again at 4:30 and told the order was just finished and it will be going out "soon".
