Cannot emphasize enough how bad my experience was. Ordering online was easy but honestly I feel like this place is a scam. The business never delivered the arrangement I ordered just gave a call to the recipient saying they got busy and oh well, afterwards not answering calls or returning any voicemails. After almost two weeks of me calling consistently and having to contact other branches to see if delivery was possible they finally agreed to a refund but kept the tip!! My son ordered me some chocolate covered strawberries for mother's day . When they arrived, I picked one up to take a bite and a big ant came running out of it! Gross! I have left 5 messages. No one ever answers the phone and they do not call you back. My son filed a complaint on their survey, no one ever reached out to him. He spent 78.08 on 12 chocolate strawberries and now you can not get them to answer or call you back. Threw them all away. About to file a Better Business Complaint against this location. This is the 2nd time ordering from this location and 2nd time an order wasn't delivered. We place orders using the Dunwoody location and Bethlehem all the time and never have issues. Ordered same day from Dunwoody today and order was delivered without an issue. No one answers the phone there either!! my delivery is still showing out for delivery with 5 stops to go and it's after midnight. I ordered an arrangement same day delivery for a co-worker who's son was in the hospital. Needless to say, it was delivered the next day after 6pm, my co-worker had been discharged that morning, He never received his arrangement and it was marked as delivered, I have been calling and going to the Flowery Branch establishment for a refund and no one answers the phone EVER, and the manager/owner is never on site. I wish I could rate them zero stars. I ordered an arrangement to go to a dear friend who is having a difficult time. I ordered right before 2:30 PM for same-day delivery. I was then called about ten minutes later and told that the delivery would be scheduled for tomorrow. The person on the phone spoke very quickly and with an attitude. I questioned why since it was before 2:30 when the order was placed and I ordered for same-day delivery- and was told that because I "decided to" place the order after their delivery driver left for the day I would have to wait. I asked why they would advertise same-day delivery and was told that "each store can have their own policies and do what they want" and that their delivery driver leaves at 12:30, but if I would have not waited so long to put in my order, then it would have been out for same-day delivery. After the person on the phone continued to make it my fault for not knowing their policies- I asked what time the delivery would be done and was told by 2:30. Well, it is 5:45, and still no delivery. I called the store- no answer. I called customer service and was told that they do not answer their phones or open their doors due to the pandemic. What? I get not opening doors- but not taking phone calls- that seems absurd to me. I was also told that they can't guarantee a delivery time and that I should not have been told that. I have ordered at least 50 Edible Arrangements in previous times (for work and personal) and this is by far the WORST service that I have received. I understand that the world is stressed out and there is a lot going on- but there is no need to make the customer (aka the ones who provide the money for that paycheck the employees' cash) feel like they are the problem. The customer is the reason you are in business, not the cause of your problems. Update- as I am typing this review, they have called the recipient to get directions because they claimed to be lost, and then canceled the order because they could not find the location (despite having GPS and directions from my friend). All while my friend is waiting on the delivery- they failed to let her know of the cancellation despite having just spoken with her and got directions. read more

First, let me start by saying that I understand that we are all operating under tense and challenging times with COVID but the lack of customer service and poor way of handling their own oversight is unbecoming and will result in no repeat service from me or friends that I will tell. I have given them two stars as I had ordered a fruit basket for my mother's birthday to be accompanied with a birthday cheesecake and birthday balloon -- at added cost. The fruit basket was delivered but with no balloon and no cheesecake, and no communication as to why they were missing. These additions would have made for the birthday experience we were hoping to create in our absence of not being there, but that fell short because of this store's poor communication and subpar customer service. When I tried to call the location to have this immediately remedied no one answered the phone or returned my voice messages. I was then forced to call them again the next day to ensure I received a refund for my undelivered items and then the person who answered the phone was unapologetic and defensive about THEIR OWN shortcomings. He first contested that these add-ons were delivered when in fact I had a video and picture of the delivery that proved to the contrary. When he finally consulted his staff (who I heard in the background confirm what I had stated), he NEVER once apologized for the omissions. Hence the 2 star rating. He only abruptly stated that he would refund me for the add-ons that he DID NOT deliver as if he were actually doing me a favor. It would be wrong to charge me for something I did not receive! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! There is another Edible Arrangement location, go to that one! This place is horrific. The bad reviews are accurate, and all have similar stories. I placed a $200 order for next day delivery, and received a confirmation email that the store received my order. The store opens at 9am, I received a call the next day at 130 pm that they will not be able to complete my order until tomorrow because the gal (who informed me is the only one that works there outside of her manager) showed up late and the delivery driver left. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said that she is never there so I will not be able to speak to her. I asked her why I was not informed earlier so I could have found a back up plan for a very important gift I needed to send, and she again said she was late to work. Based off the other reviews on here, BBB, and Facebook, it is clear there are no standards put into place at this establishment and my order was not fulfilled because by "late to work" she meant that she showed up around 1pm due to this business only opening when they feel like it - putting customers like me in terrible, inexcusable situations. I asked if she could put me in contact with a different Edible Arrangement so I could see if they could help and she said no, they are the only ones that would deliver to my location.
