Whole Being Cafe is a quaint Cafe, with a great staff. They all are friendly, observant, and helpful. I've only tried the raspberry scones, which was tasty, but they do offer a menu with a variety of options. I'll definitely be coming back, since they are not to far from where I live. Located on the main street in Flowery Branch by the railroad, this little coffee shop has a lot to offer. Beautiful old two-story building with indoor seating, lots of table or coach style seating on both floors, free Wi-Fi, park free by the railroad or in front of the coffee shop. Super Friendly staff, great breakfast served until 2 PM and lunch menu available. Coffee was excellent and muffins were fresh. Even got it warmed for me. Sad I hadn't found this place sooner! It isn't just about the delicious food and great service, it was the atmosphere. Subtle Christianity all around. We all left prayers on the prayer board. A lady by us was reading the Bible Recap, my table prayed before breakfast, Christian music. We commented how happy to see faith normalized. Waited over 30 minutes while attending the Gilmore Girls day event (which was half assed by the city). When I was about ten people away from the counter, I saw that they had THREE people working...during a major event. On top of that, aside from renaming some drinks and hanging one "No Phones" sign, they did nothing to make it special. They could have stamped the coffee sleeves with a Luke's logo or something. But nope. I got out of line and took pictures with the wrinkled, air bubble filled decal they threw on the window. Complete waste of time. I can't love this place more. The ambiance, the service, the food, even the other customers who come here. I absolutely love their coffee specials menu. I look forward to trying them all every month. Kevin and Gail are the most adorable couple. They're so warm and welcoming to everyone who comes in. Their staff is also amazing and they all make absolutely perfect coffees! It's become a thing now that we go every Saturday. We go for coffees and sometimes stay for breakfast. Randomly had to go to Flowery Branch for a funeral. A friend recommended this place for lunch. Everyone was so friendly and the sandwiches were delicious. Whole Being Café is such a lovely spot, located in the charming little square of Flowery Branch. I got a chai tea latte, which was absolutely delicious--perfectly spiced and comforting. I also had the chicken salad club, and it was just as tasty! The atmosphere is cozy, the service is great, and the prices are very reasonable. We made a trip to Flowery Branch, GA to camp. Stopped by Whole Being Cafe for breakfast one morning. We had met Kevin and Gail while in deployment with Mercy Chef's. They are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. Their coffee shop is on downtown Flowery Branch. The brick decor screams cafe!! Local made pastries tempt your senses when you walk in, mixed in with Nitro Brew in the background! We grabbed a coffee flight, strawberry smoothie, protein bowl and some cheese and brown toast. The food was amazing. Protein bowl was a very large portion, seasoning nicely. The cheese toast was toasted bread with seasoned butter and melted sharp cheddar. (Brought my childhood back) The brown toast was cinnamon sugar toast that melted in your mouth. My strawberry banana smoothie was better than any "corporate smoothie" shop. Fast of fresh strawberries and bananas hit the spot! The Nitro coffee flight was the star of the show! It included "Stout Truffle", "Strawberry Hibiscus", "Blonde Blueberry Basil" and "Peach Perfect"! Stout truffle will please any dark roast lover, blueberry basil was just amazing and my wife RAVED over the peach perfect! If you stop by, make sure to save plenty of time to hang out and savor the moment! The furniture and decor upstairs is an antique lover's dream! Kevin and Gail love their community and offer a discount for first time visitors. The also offer a "F.A.N." card. You can round up your bill to the next dollar or give a donation. Those proceeds go on the Feed A Neighbor card, that Whole Being uses to feed those that might come in needing a meal, but unable to afford it. Such a cute little cafe on the main strip in downtown Flowery Branch. Just go over the train tracks and make a right off Spout Spring rd. I got the BLT, with water and their flourless chocolate cake. The service is great and so is the food. Super fast and freindly. The water is communal and you can take as much as you want from the pitchers. The upstairs has additional seating where you can work and mingle with less noise on the cafe's main floor. I will be back to try more items and their DESSERTS! Try their coffees as well. read more

I want to ding them a star for the cost of a small black coffee being over $3, but the ambiance and the service was so awesome that I can't give them any less than 5 stars. I wish that this place was closer by to me, as it reminds me so much of my college studying days at the original Blue Sky coffee in Athens. Just a little dark and grungy, but a cool and hip vibe where you want to hang out. The staff was all so nice, and the coffee was good (not mind-blowing, but good still!) and I could definitely see myself hanging out in there with a book, or my sketchbook, or a friend. The little downtown Flowery Branch road that Whole Being is on is a little peculiar though. It's just screaming for more foot-traffic but there wasn't much around to browse and see, so upon getting a coffee, it was only a few minutes of up one sidewalk and down the other and then being done with the area. Maybe next time that I'm that way it will be during more mild temperatures and there will be activities going on, but so much of the businesses on the little strip were either empty or irrelevant for window-shopping or browsing - I think just one boutique gift shop and one antique shop was all there is. (Not that that has anything to do with Whole Being - just figured that I'd add that in as a reason to either get the coffee there to go unless you plan on sitting inside and enjoying it there.) read more

Place is very busy; both eat in and take out. We arrived around 10:30 AM on a Thursday. Parking is limited in this area on the street. We literally got the last parking spot on the street in front of the cafe. This place has a religious vibe to it, my wife liked that aspect. We ordered at the counter and our food was out in no time. I ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese burrito with a side of hashbrowns with coffee and a water. She ordered the Green Toast with eggs with a latte. When my burrito arrived, I asked about my hashbrowns, and she replied, they are in the burrito. Lesson learned a side of hashbrowns goes into the burrito. Not what I wanted, and she offered to take it back but, I was hungry, so I ate it as it came. Both meals were tasty. This little coffee shop is near our house. We've been to it a few times to really add this yelp review. Overall it's a quirky little coffee shop. Very relaxing to do school or work. The pricing is a little pricey ($48 for everything you see in this picture including a 15% tip) and the owner is nice but can seem very intense (but it is most likely due to her wanting to do her very best at her shop which is understandable.) overall it is a pleasant little place. It also seems like a they retain a lot of regulars and all of the workers are VERY hardworking. The food is decent and so are the drinks. read more

I don't think I have the words to describe how much I love this place. Such a friendly, welcoming environment and the employees are all so friendly. My auntie-- a regular here and is well-known and loved by everyone here-- told me to get the stout nitro brew so that's what I did and my god I was not disappointed. I also got the Lamont breakfast sandwich and it was incredible. My auntie was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer and my whole family is very torn up. We are all visiting from California and staying at my uncle's home and they told us we HAD to come here and try it out. After days of heartache, it was SO heartwarming to see these people so touched by Lara. They were quite literally some of the kindest people ever. Gail and Kevin rock!!!! They even created a drink in honor of my auntie called the Forever Lara drink. All proceeds from purchase of the Forever Lara drink go towards her go fund me for care and other expenses! read more
