I've ordered from here 3 times since April this year and experienced the best customer service at this location than at any other Edible Arrangements. I've done store pickup, curbside pickup and delivery. My orders were always ready when promised. I've gotten 3 fruit arrangements and they were all beautifully designed. The recipients loved it and enjoyed everything. The fruits were always fresh and sweet except for some of the pineapple, which were not ripe enough and sour but nonetheless, Edible Arrangements will always be my go-to spot for edible flower arrangements for gifting. Their chocolate dipped strawberries and bananas are so delicious! It's definitely worth the splurge to get some for yourself once in awhile. They also have treat boxes with 3, 6 or 12 pieces of chocolate dipped fruits and chocolate dipped fruits cone snack as well as fresh fruit salad and smoothies for on the go. To pay 48 Dollars for a flower arrangement that came with 6 flowers and an ugly large vase is beyond embarrassing and criminal!!! Yes the edible box was ok, that's what they are known for but don't offer a bouquet of flowers just to give us this garbage! Please don't waste your time losing money here. The woman at the shop was kind enough to offer me a discount in a future purchase but I doubt I'll ever order from them Again. She made me aware that the franchise owner allows such an arrangement knowing that it's sub par. Unacceptable! read more

Absolutely horrific customer service! "Said" they attempted delivery but no note was left saying they were there and then they "said" they waited for over 45 minutes outside waiting for me, however my neighbors camera say otherwise. Called to arrange for delivery and they promised it would be within a 3 hour window, which never happened and instead came over an hour past this time! They are worse than waiting for the phone company for service and they are even more rude on the phone. Avoid them at all cost!!! read more

Received a sympathy gift. The strawberries were not ripe and the chocolate didn't mask that fact. I called 3 different days, Saturday no answer, Monday I called twice and was told the manager would call back. Called again Tuesday--same thing. Manager never called even after I contacted Corporate. They lied about the delivery saying they left in front of my house. The ring door bell video proved they didn't. Extraordinarily rude delivery driver who mumbled insults at me, dropped my food, and walked away after I wouldn't open the door to him because I didn't know what the delivery was for in the first place and asked. Bro, I have a newborn in an apartment and there's a fucking pandemic. It's a gift--how the hell do I know who you are? Fix your damn attitude or find another job. Go work for FedEx with that shit attitude, because they apparently find it employable for 80% of their drivers. Received a Strawberry box for Mothers' Day. I want to say FINALLY. The fruit has always been good and the chocolate dip makes one want to keep eating. For years I have come up with creative ideas as to how to present it. When I would go into a location, (one of the many) I usually was told, oh no it has to follow Corporate format and nothing can be changed. Over the time they had added a few things, stuffed animals, cup/mugs and a bit of design. I have found them to be pricey and the sizes not conforming to the pictures of what you want to buy. So finally, someone or someones from PR got the realization that Presentation is a big part of it. So this time (and I expect the cost was paid for it ) it came in an adorably (I want to say- origami style) folded paper box in a strawberry shape that unfolds; to open to a mini Lazy Susan tray of two with dipped fruits of strawberry, banana and apple in chocolate of white and dark. This little item I could probably eat in one sitting, except I choose to pick a piece at a time and refrigerate it until finished as yes it is small enough to fit on a shelf. It came with their standard satisfactory, typed card of well wishes and the inside note. All in all it is a lovely presentation and kudos to the person who thought of it, presented it and got it processed to the powers that be. See its true that the product should taste good and also; as many culinary chefs would state, that it should look pretty in the presentation. (see pix) read more

First off, I spent 20 dollars for a HAND delivery to my wife, but they left it by the front door of her job. Second when my wife found the deliver it was missing the sloth hug warmies and replace it with a cheap teddy bear. never once did they contact me and tell me that they didn't have it I would have cancelled the bear. Finally, we call up we speak to a RUDE woman who told my wife that they always leave the packages by the front door (then why does the website say had delivered to who the receptionist?) we were refunded the money for the bear but we wanted to be compensated for the delivery which honestly, I never had this issue with any flower or deliver I sent my wife she always got it handed to her. when we finally got the manager his reasoning for the rudeness was that the women have been working nonstop for 3 days (isn't that what customer service does and shouldn't they do it in a professional manner if they don't maybe they shouldn't be doing customer service) and thatdelivery is what it is that is how they do deliveries basically blowing off our complains like we don't even matter. Ordered a birthday package for a friend a day in advance. I specifically put that it was being delivered to a business, and that it needed to be delivered before 5 PM the following day. It was a small order so I didn't see it being an issue. And the site ensured me I had given enough notice for the order to be successfully delivered. I checked on the status throughout the day of delivery, and it consistently said "out for delivery". I called at 5 o'clock when it's still had not been delivered and was put on hold for over 45 minutes, edible arrangements closed at 6pm and at that point I was never given the opportunity to speak to anyone. I left a voicemail. As of today have still not received any sort of communication. I called again this morning and they confirmed that they did not deliver it yesterday. I told him to cancel the order. What's the point of asking for a delivery date if you aren't going to accommodate it?? Worst experience. Worst customer service. The arrangement came out ok. It was delivered last so you could tell it was in the truck all day. This is very fragile thing, they should give 2 hour delivery window and deliver one batch and then go back to the store to get another fresh batch instead of loading everything in the truck in the morning. Called the day before. I needed a delivery within a tight timeframe. The employee on the phone was attentive and knowledgeable. He assured me that my order would be the first on the schedule. Sure enough, it was delivered exactly on time and exactly as described. The prices are steep, but not unexpectedly, based on the going rates for fresh fruit and the effort that must go into creating these products. read more
