Shortly after placing the order, I found out someone had already ordered two dozen bundtinis for the same event. I immediately called the store and asked if I could change the pickup date instead of getting a refund, since I would be ordering more for another event next month anyway. At first, the employee I spoke with was kind and allowed the date change. Unfortunately, I then received a call back saying the manager had decided it was "too late" because the bundtinis had already been prepped, even though my order had only been placed a short time earlier. I made it clear that I was not asking for my money back -- just to move the order to a later date. These were standard flavors that could easily be sold the next day, yet I was essentially told "too bad." The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to work with a paying customer. They would rather throw product away than show even minimal flexibility. Extremely disappointing experience and easily the worst customer service I've had in town. I will not be returning.

The pieces of eggplant was very flavorful. The sauce was very flavorful and the pizza crust was nice and soft but crispy enough on the bottom. Shakshuka- this came with 3 eggs. We thought this order was delicious. It came with a few slices of bread but it wasn't enough to sop up the sauce. Hubs brought it home to put it on top of his ramen. LOL. We also took home the tomatoes and cucumbers that came along with it as well. This place is a pleasant surprise. There were a lot of flies flying around the pizzas, but we were surprised that the flies didn't come towards us when we were eating. We were glad to not end up at the Jackson Diner.
