I recently placed a Mother's Day order, delivery on the Friday before. That day was not grayed out and I didn't leave any special instructions regarding delivery time, leaving a generous 8-hour delivery window. I was shocked to later learn that my delivery was made the following day, a day I intentionally avoided, knowing my mother would be out all day. I was not notified of this delivery change beforehand. As a result, no one was home to accept the delivery, so it was left out on the front porch in the hot Florida sun! My mother returned home to a disastrous mess at her front door - spoiled cheesecake and melted chocolate, covered in ants! Nothing Incredible, nor Edible about this thoroughly disappointing order! A one star rating is beyond generous. Needless to say, if I could give a rating of Zero or below, I would. Never again!!! read more

Got the "Holly Jolly Dipped Platter". Quality level is abysmal. Sad people fall prey to this "clip joint". A box of ten-dollar chocolates are more substantial than the nearly $80 paid for this joke. They dipped only half of the meager allotment in chocolate. The pineapple pieces were part of the core & mostly too hard to chew. Grapes were weirdly textured (treated with something? sprayed?) & w/o chocolate or anything else. I can put together a better platter (and organic) for 10 percent of the cost. I ordered a deluxe gift set with 2 dozen red, white and pink roses and chocolate covered strawberries. They were to be delivered before 5 pm on 02/14/2025. The delivery never arrived. I called the store 8 times. No one answered. I waited until 6:30 before leaving the office hoping they would arrive. I called throughout the weekend and got no response. Finally, after 11:30 Am on Monday 2/17/2025 I spoke with Julie who promised they would be delivered before 4. When they finally arrived, they weren't even roses!!! When you call a lady by the name of Julie answers to assist purchase, it all goes smooth, but after no one answers the phone sistem will tell you they are having a high call volume and cant leave a message, no delivery or call follow up when instructed to gonto the website it looks like your order is in transsit but is not also no attempt to make it up. The manager hides from customers, making it difficult for refunds. Employees lie, saying they don't have authority to refund, but when you get real upset, they find the way. After the first unsuccessful delivery attempt I called all day untill 7pm staying on hold unsuccessful with talking with anyone at the Lake Mary location. I was calling to give permission to leave. So I got deployed 2 days before my anniversary. I decided to send my wife something for our 21 anniversary that included balloons. I ordered 6 balloons and they only sent 2 and one said thank you. Great way to drop the ball Edible. Thank you for the wrong order and the "thank you" ballon. I tried to get this mistake fix to get them to send it for Valentine's Day but I'm sorry we don't go to your city. Keep in mind my house is only 10 mins from where the items were delivered. Disappointed. Walked in and it was a ghost town. A latino gentlemen was seated in a waiting chair he wasn't wearing an apron but I figured I'd ask anyway. He said "No" then we stood in ackward silence. I was getting ready to leave when a flustered looking young but heavy set caucasian came out. I said I'd like to place an order and he looked at me as if I had just shot his dog, the expression of lacking customer service was that noticable. He motioned for the latino man to come up to the counter, no words just a huffy sweaty gesture. Terrible service. I ordered a small basket of fruit flowers to be delivered to a friend on their birthday. The time of the delivery was between 11am-1pm, I stressed that the delivery was a surprise and needed to be delivered before 1:30pm. As 1:15pm came around there still was no delivery, I called to ask where the delivery was and one girl told me that it was on its way, I then had to call the Birthday boy and ruin the surprise for him because he had somewhere to be by 2pm. He waited till 2:30 and the delivery (that was on its way apparently) still hasn't shown up. I then called back, another girl then told me that the delivery was at the shop, I was angry, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager barely spoke English, was very very rude, and told me I was a liar for saying that I had called before. She did not take care of my order, instead she said she add a few more chocolate strawberries and would deliver it herself. Of course she was late to deliver the fruit arrangement and brought balloons that said "Happy Birthday Dad" instead of just "happy birthday". I will never order from them again and I'd highly recommend no one else would either, it ruined my gift to my friend. read more

I ordered a sympathy arrangement for someone this morning and scheduled the delivery for tomorrow. Worried about the warm Florida weather and their delivery policy, I requested that they call to schedule the delivery with the recipient as I'd hate for the arrangement to sit out all day and get ruined. I then found out that the recipient would be available most of the day today and decided to call the store to see if it would be possible (and hopefully easier on them) to delivery anytime today rather then wait around tomorrow for a good time to deliver. They understood and were able to accommodate this request. Not only that, but they delivered within a couple of hours from my call - talk about quick turn-around! Also had delivery issue like poster below. I received the call and no answer upon returning call. Dialed the store and they gave me the option of waiting between 11am-1pm on Sunday or 11-5pm Monday. I chose Sunday and waited home, no one showed. Called back next day and they said someone would ring me between 1pm and 5pm to assure delivery. I never write reviews but I was just shocked at the customer service I received from this store. I frequently order from edible arrangements via online, unfortunately I was having an issue with my computer on this particular day so I had to call to place my order. I called the 800# which transferred me over to the local Lake Mary store and a young lady by the name of Angelica answered the phone. During this call I could tell that there was an issue with comprehension or she was just being preoccupied on her end because she was constantly not understanding what I was saying although I patiently spelled out names and words for her. (No problem I gotta make this work because I was limited for time) We finally came to the portion for the message and she told me that she only had 2 lines for the message as opposed to the 300 characters online. I said ok, hey I just would have to work with the 2 lines and created a message. She still did not understand after everything I said smh!! At this point I just told her never mind and I'll just go online. Pressed for time I couldn't go back online and figure out what the issue was with my computer so I called the 800# and was transferred to her again and again. I finally attempted to place this order with her and she reviewed my name and the recipient's name which was completely absolutely wrong. I advised very polite that she would have to make sure that this was correct. Angelica at this point began to raise her voice and told me in a very sassy tone that I could go online and complete the order and that she only had 2 lines and that it is right. Wow!! Really I guess this is Angelica edible arrangements and I can tell from the way that she was confident and secure in the way she was speaking to me (which was the only point of the call she expressed any confidence) that this was not her first time speaking to a customer in this manner and besides I wasn't saying anything about a message only the correct spelling of the recipient's name how important it was for that to be correct. I asked to speak with a manager and she said no. I asked so you're telling me you're not going to let me speak with the manager she then replied she's busy. Knowing that she was trying to play a game at this point, a game I was not interested in playing I told her you have a nice day young lady and just ended the call. Later that evening I left a message informing edible arrangements of the experience. I received a call from the manager Meritza who had just as much of a nonchalant unprofessional attitude as her employee calling me with a fake, dry forced apology and quickly hung up the phone after she did so. I've ordered from edible arrangements many times for family, friends and co workers and this has been the worst customer service. If you don't know how to spell then don't pick up the phone or have a dictionary near by and besides that just learn how to be a bit more professional and courteous to customers. Very disappointed in the quality. I have ordered and picked up their chocolate covered strawberries several times from this location. Yesterday I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for pick. When I arrived there, I was asked to pay for them and they would bring them right out. When they brought the box out to me, I decided to look in the box and to my surprise the strawberries were half covered with chocolate, the past orders have always been at least 3/4 covered. The attendant explained that this is how it is supposed to be, however as I looked in the display case and the catalog, none showed half covered, but instead they were 3/4 covered with chocolate. I was so disappointed that I requested my money back on the spot and told them they were deceiving the public. So, watch out folks, another example of quality being sacrificed for cost savings.
