This was a convenient last minute birthday gift, but overall...Could've went to publix or wegmans for chocolate covered fruit at a more affordable price & purchased balloons and more for the amount spent here. When arriving my order was ready on time but there were no employees at the front..I waited a min and saw the items packaged in a fridge by the door & almost just grabbed my items & left but someone finally came out and just told me get my items and walked right back to back of the store. I could've honestly grabbed anything. The customer service is lacking.The inside is extremely basic but not expecting much..Once again, convenient but overpriced Grocery stores have better selection. read more

Ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my wife for Valentines day that were to be ordered February 13th. I called that day at 12:30am to let them know wife was getting off early and was told "order out for delivery will get their in time).......Order not received so I started leaving message for this store and left 5 between Friday and Saturday and another Monday, no calls returned. Called customer service held for 20 minutes asked for call back, that was 1.15 hours ago. Meantime I go to store 461 and first was told "left on porch" then after I said it in fact wasn't was told "left with security guard". I called my wife while still at store and she said they don't even have a security guard. Managed to get a partial credit but unprofessional store manager "Sam" said he credited what his system showed even after I showed him I was charged more than he credited. I would not recomment this place, never ever. No product, lying, refusal to return calls etc. You can undoubtedly do better elsewhere. read more

So not good My husband placed the order over a week before our anniversary which is also Valentines Day. Asked to have it delivered by 1:00. After NUMEROUS calls, he got a call at 9:30pm. Guaranteed to be delivered the next day by 1:00 and we will add something "to make it right". Next day I received a call I am on the way to be there by 1:00. Not. After 2:00 the gift arrived. Wrong flowers with no water in the vase and the majority are wilted. Three mylar balloons and two small bags of popcorn were the additions. Disappointed is not a strong enough word. Customer service was horrible! "Yes we overbooked." Cheesecake not that good. Wish I didn't have to give one star. Our anniversary is the 14th, not the next day. read more

Placed my order on Saturday for 930 am pickup for 2 arrangements, showed up, store is closed, even though they were supposed to open at 9. customer service tried to reach the manager and owner nobody answered the phone, customer service said give them till 12 and if it's not ready i can get a refund.. I drove 39 minutes from my home to get here for my order. This is the second time I have had issues with my order from this store. EDIT: I called around 1020 someone answered and said the store doesn't open till 10, yet google and the customer service HR representative said they were supposed to be open at 9, hence why i was given the option to place an order for a 930 pickup. read more

Ordered a package 3 days prior to have delivered on today. Package didn't come until almost 9 at night. Called the store was literally told he didn't know and didn't know what to tell me. I called multiple times and didn't even bother to pick up the phone. The strawberries came all thrown around and messed up. I was sent a beautiful and expensive arrangement for my birthday. It arrived at 6:51 pm. Now, I work from home ALL day but at that time, I was out being treated to a Bday dinner. The temp at 6:51 PM was 90 degrees. I was unaware of the delivery until I arrived home at 9:45 pm when it was 83 degrees. The tag said to keep fruit refrigerated. Perhaps the delivery person was not aware that they were delivering perishable food?? Needless to say, no one at that fruit. Tried to contact the store - phone goes to automated VM off-site. Sent an email to corporate and they said I should contact the store and gave the number - same one I had tried that never gets answered. Or to call their customer center. That was 30 minutes on hold before I gave up. I have used Edible Arrangements in other areas to send to various people. I have received them from the RIchmond store. I am so sad that this is the service you get from the Midlothian store. What a bummer of a gift. What a waste of someone's money! I had just written a review of this establishment until I realized that none of the packaging was as described in the pictures for a birthday and instead everything was sent as **thinking of you in red Packaging**. Wrong!!! I ordered this for my mother who is living in Midlothian for her 65th birthday. I live in California. My order was appx $220. Whb $230 without a small coupon I had. The summer Arrangement vase was red as opposed to turquoise which isn't a big deal but it's not Valentine's Day and this is a 65th female's birthday present. Also the balloons were "thinking of you" instead of "happy birthday and missing you" which I paid a pretty penny for. I would not recommend this store in the area if you live in Midlothian because they do not subscribe to the correct packaging as pictured. The boxes were all supposed to say happy birthday except for the berry box and the slide of Apple truffles. What irritates me the most is that I called the lady first thing in the morning to make sure that there was everything as described on the website for her to use in the store and she told me with 100% confidence everything was exactly as described instead of letting me know that she had no happy birthday balloons and everything would be delivered and non happy birthday Packaging. When I called later before the place closed she would not answer my calls I expect to be refunded by this establishment for the errors. read more

I am utterly disgusted, i ordered the arrangement for my wife, for her valentine gift, with a guarantee that it would be delivered, and now . here it is, 8:21, the day (Valentines) is ruined, i had to go spend more money to get her a gift she DIDNT want. Never again, I will NEVER order another thing from you guys, and I dont want your garbage a day later, so I will be calling and demanding a refund. Horrible service.. Horrible business . I placed an order on Dec. 15th for delivery on Monday, Dec. 20th. However, the recipient's never received the item. I tried calling the store ( Genito Crossing) a few minutes after 5pm but did not get an answer...a recording that stated someone would be with me shortly...ha ha! On hold for more than 25 mins with all the "noise' about EA being a happy place...I wasn't and am still not happy. Finally, a rep answered and said the store closed at 5 and @ 4:57PM, the store could not deliver my item. He wasn't sure of the reason but said it could be trouble w/ vehicles, refrigeration unit, etc. I understand that but couldn't someone take a second to notify me that the delivery would not take place as assumed? This is unacceptable and certainly not good business practice. The customer rep said I would be notified by the store today and would be compensated... No surprise, I haven't heard a word and you can't get an answer at the store #....goes directly into the overall ( I assume) customer service/ordering for Edible Arrangement Company ...not individual store. I had scheduled a pick up here. And I had to wait 30mins past my scheduled pick up time. I was very disappointed.

This business and the owner are awful. I truly wish I could give zero stars. The driver called me once he was already at my house. (I was not at home). He left a voicemail telling me he was at my house but he was going to bring the arrangement to the store. He did NOT specify which store that was. I tried calling back, no answer! I live 15+ minutes from two different stores. I drove to the one that was closest to my house by mileage and they told me it was not their store but the other store. By this time I had already wasted half an hour driving around. I called the Hull Street location to explain my story and had to wait two hours for the owner to call back, who was just plain rude and unaccommodating. She explained to me this wasn't even a temporary driver, but their normal driver which I thought made it sound even worse! Just wanted to say out of all other locations this Hull Street location is by far the best. Customer Service was fantastic. I was sent a delicious daisy with chocolate dipped strawberries and dipped pineapple which was fresh and scrumptious. I was very pleased and will definitely be doing business with them in the near future. read more
