This location is a scammer! I ordered for my mom a nice fruit bouquet sent to my bro and they sent a cheap platter! I called for a refund and they said they will refund. But they never really sent the refund to my mom. I will never order from this location ever again!!! I would highly NEVER recommend them too! They deserve negative stars! Had strawberries delivered by a friend, not sure why they came from 2.5 hours away but that has to do with online. The strawberries were just gross, and definitely not fresh. They were mushy and the leaves were browning. He emailed the company and had them send new ones a week later. They came from this same location, the second order was worse than the first and looked like they were probably made at the same time. The strawberries were even mushier and inedible and the leaves were crispy and brown. I ended up just throwing them away. You would think that they would strive to make things right after the first complaint. All in all we won't be ordering from edible arrangements again. This store lied about trying to deliver an arrangement I bought for a special birthday. They claimed to have left a note on door. However the person it was going to had a video recorder at front door. They didn't. They also said they left a voice message on phone. A review of phone showed that was another lie. I have ordered from this establishment for the past 3 years for my daughter that attends school at WVU. She has never been disappointed! The pickup order is always ready at the agreed time. The fruits and ingredients(chocolate) are always very fresh and delicious! The staff is also extremely helpful. I usually order online, but a few times i needed the staff's help in placing an order. They went above and beyond in making sure we got what we wanted. Thanks to all the staff that works so hard to make my daughter smile when she needs that chocolate covered fruit to get her through another semester!! read more

I ordered a large Holly Jolly Cheesecake and Dessert Bundle to be delivered. The local store of course did not realize that I would be present when the pathetic product was delivered! They created a bucket of kale, put some fruit in it (picture showed 20 strawberries & we had 3 and lots of oranges and honeydew) and completely didn't even give them the Chocolate Dessert & Cheesecake platter. ONLY BECAUSE I WAS PRESENT DID THESE THEIVES GET CAUGHT! I paid for one product (picture is there for all to see what you SHOULD be getting) and what I got was NOT AS SHOWN IN PHOTO! They did bring the platter UPON BEING CAUGHT but how many people ordering deliveries are actually there when the basket is delivered? NO ONE! THIS IS STEALING! I paid almost $170 and got the equivalent of a $50 basket and the OWNER of the store said 'complain all you want but people will still order and we will still deliver" so in other words THEY WILL STILL PRACTICE THEIR ROBBERIES ON CONSUMERS!!! read more

The delivery was on time as I requested for Valentines Day and my daughter absolutely loved the strawberries! She said they were fresh and delicious! This is the second year I have sent them to her for Valentines Day and so far I have not been disappointed! Thanks! read more

I am a repeat customer of many locations of Edible Arrangements, however this local store has disappointed me a few times. Most recently, for my birthday; my Mother ordered me an arrangement which was delivered the following day. When I unwrapped the fruit, it smelled of spoiled food. The melon was slimy and soft, and most definitely past its prime. I called the store, not looking for something in return, but rather to warn them in case they had made several arrangements from the same fruit, and was basically told I was lying or incorrect. Sad to say, we will have to figure something else out for birthdays in this family. read more

We have been the recipient of several Edible Arrangements from this local shop. I have always been underwhelmed. The fruit is even below the quality of our lesser stores and is usually not yet ripe enough to enjoy. The most recent delivery had a variety of fruit but all of it was particularly unripe and near tasteless. For what the senders spend on these I feel the they are not getting anywhere near their money's worth. I have never ordered an arrangement and, based on our experiences, never will. read more

We ordered arrangements and favors for our daughters Wedding Shower. They gave us an extra arrangements and 15 extra favors which were chocolates covered Strawberries. Everything was packed on ice and in coolers that we took back a couple days later. Everything was excellent I cannot say enough about how great they were. read more

Poor customer service. We had issues with this location with orders in the past, but our most recent order was disappointing. My husband ordered a gift for me, but I missed a call for a delivery at 8:45am. I promptly followed-up with the missed call numerous times without answer. I finally get through with the local store about my missed order. I was then told my order was delivered to an incorrect address at an "abandoned building," then I was told that my order was confirmed and SIGNED FOR at a different address at 9:33am after my missed delivery call. If I had not followed up, the sender would have never known that the order was not only paid for, but never received. They then continued to tell me I could pick-up in store even though the sender paid a delivery fee. Unprofessional and very disappointing to say the least. We will never order from this store again. My brothers and I wanted my mom to have something special, since we couldn't celebrate Mother's Day with her this year. Everyone had the same thought apparently, so we could only secure a delivery date for her chocolate covered strawberries the Friday before Mother's Day. We thought that was fine. She could enjoy them all weekend. Wrong. The first hint that something was wrong was the tracking information, or lack there of. It only ever said order pending. Nothing updated, not even the day of. On their site, it says that this happens when there's a lot of orders going out and that you shouldn't worry. Residential deliveries can arrive up til 9 pm. So I waited until after 9, and then asked my mom if she had gotten them. Nothing. I tried to call Edible Arrangements, and of course by then they were closed. Convenient. I called the next morning and spent hours on the phone with them (most of it on hold). First the corporate number, which said they would start working on a refund, but that I need to call the local store to see what happened to the order. I called the local store. They said they could do nothing. UPS had the order and only the corporate office could help me. So I called the corporate office again. They said they saw the order was delayed. I asked about the delay, worried about the freshness of the berries. They assured me that they would never deliver rotten berries. They offered to send another shipment a week later. I said go ahead, figuring this one just got lost. Fast forward to Tuesday morning. I get a call from my mom. The shipment (the Friday one) finally arrived at MIDNIGHT. The berries were crushed and rotten, as if someone had deliberately smashed them to a pulp. She stayed up hours cleaning, worried about possible contamination. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I immediately called Edible arrangements and cancelled the replacement shipment. We are no longer patrons of this company. Thank you for giving my mom the worst Mother's Day present ever. You should be ashamed of yourselves. read more
