One thing I regret is not reading the reviews before placing an online order for Mothers Day. Paid for delivery on Friday for Sunday.... What did my Mother in Law get you ask! A WHOLE LOT OF NOTHING. I started calling the store bright an early this morning and like many other reviews before me have stated, no one picked up. I was able to get ahold of someone at corporate who also called the store, still no answer. I was refunded with no issues BUT do not order from here. I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Save your money. I recently placed an order to be delivered the next day, which I confirmed they would be able to deliver to the desired location around noon...they said yes! The location was my wife's job and the time was two hours prior to her getting off work. Because what woman wouldn't want to get a surprise bouquet of edible arrangements at their job? Keep in mind the request for noon, here I am CALLING THEM to find out why my order was not delivered or I notified?? I heard it in the voice of the store worker, they didn't have a clue what was going on!! Then the excuses started...because of this and because of that...I had it up to my neck with these clowns. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she is at another store location. What kind of operation is the establishment owner running here, I asked myself? So, I called the manager at the Delran store and all I got was a load of excuses, did not try to rectify the situation and clearly did not have management skills. Honestly, Edible Arrangement HQ needs to look into this franchisee, because they have fallen well below company standards!! So, after a failed attempt to speak with a manager. They were going to deliver it to my home. 40 minutes later--FYI, I live less than 5 minutes from this store--and this was the saddest arrangement I've ever received or bought off the shelf from any of the Edible Arrangements from the countless stores I've walked into the past 10 years. It was truly disappointing after spending close to a hundred dollars and wanting a nice surprise, to be handed a basket with sweating fruit on a hot August day and the extra cost of a fruit shape number to be broken...truly unbelievable. When I saw it, I took it back to the store a demand a refund. My wife was upset because she love the surprise, but completely agreed they did not provide a quality product that we've had received from many other stores and even this one...just a a couple years ago!! Extremely rude. Do not use this service!!!!!Order was placed on Thursday evening for a Friday at noon pickup from store (not delivery). I continued to monitor the website to see if it would be ready. I called multiple times after the 12noon deadline to no answer. I left multiple messages asking for a return call back with no response. I called on Saturday at 11am to finally someone answering stating the order was ready yesterday on time all the while the website still states the order was not yet ready for pickup and that it was my fault I did not come pick up the order. How was I supposed to know it was ready????? I guess calling to ask or checking the website is not sufficient that I am only supposed to read their mind!!!! The lady on the phone at the store said she has no control over the website and I quote "I don't know why you are upset as the order was ready on time!?!?!?!?" On the day after it was supposed to be delivered, I hadn't heard from the recipient and I tried for 5 hours to call the location to find out the status of the delivery. I finally got a woman on the phone who was SO RUDE. She said a driver stole 10 orders yesterday and didn't feel obligated to let me know. She kept saying how back logged they were. On 8.28.21, I ordered a Delicious Birthday Wishes-large Just Because Bouquet--Chocolate dipped strawberries, semisweet chocolate (half dipped) balloon, Happy Birthday bundles--to be delivered this day. Since 9.1.21, I have called them at 1-609-518-5353 off and on all day since 9.1.21 up to 9.11.21, and they never answered the phone. Even the EA headquarters could not get them on the phone. They did not even respond to the Edible Arrangements headquarters messages to respond to me about my order delivery. When someone did finally pick up, it was a young man who had just started working there 2 days earlier and the manager refused to get on the phone. Ordered an arrangement with a balloon for my sisters birthday for May 23rd. Received a call late that day that they would not be able to deliver it until the following day. No apology or anything. I realize we are in the middle of a pandemic and an apology and a "let us make this up to you" with even a 5 dollar coupon would have been sufficient. But nothing. So I asked for partial reimbursement and was told that the manager was not available but she would get a message to her as she could not approve that. I never received a call back from the manager, and every time I do call, I receive a message stating the mailbox is full. My next step is corporate. Hello, Let me just start by saying don't, just don't! Def one of the worst experiences for me. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I made my order 4 days ahead of schedule just to be on the safe side. On the day of delivery, I called just to make sure everything was ok and my wife was going to be surprised. I called 16 times and when someone finally picked up they put me on hold, only to be disconnected. I called back and after several attempts I was finally able to speak to someone. I asked about time of delivery and staff straight up told me I don't know. I asked for a manager and it was the same response and annoyed demeaner "Its valentines day sir, we don't know when you'll get it!" Did I mention I only live 4 minutes away and chose delivery because I had work. Anyways I requested to pick up in store and they said that would be ok and they would refund me delivery. I received a call that my order would be ready in 15 and 50 mins later I arrive. The were completely unorganized, they had no system. They were scrambling to find my receipt or order, I provided every info they asked for and still ntn. They were searching for receipts and orders for people that came after me and still came up with ntn. I arrived at 11:30 and when I was escorted out by law enforcement @12:30 (yes they called the cops because I wouldn't leave without the head office #) they were still looking for receipts for the 6 people that came after me. Placed an order with this store - never again. The order arrived almost 2 days late and never got an apology from the owner. She is obviously ignorant and only cares about money. I then contacted the corporate number after I called the Mt Holly local number only to get some schmuck's voice on a cell phone telling me to hit "zero for an associate". No way to leave a message though. Very classy. Corporate told me I would receive a full refund (almost $200) for the late delivery, but it has yet to come. I have left several notes for the owner, and have not been called back. Not that I am surprised. Same thing with the corporate office. I one day spent an hour on the phone and had to hang up because I had things to do. I called the local store again only to be told the owner "was not available". She must have her employees well trained! I got through to corporate after 20 mins only to find out their systems were down. If zero stars was an option that would be my score. My husband placed an order the night before for an order of strawberries and balloon to be delivered November 19 for my birthday as a surprise knowing I had the day off and I would be home to accept the delivery. He received a call to tell him the delivery would be within a 2 hour window. He called back to confirm that they could do 12:30-2:30, he was told that it was possible and in the system. At 3:00 he called as there was no delivery, he was told it was still in their store but he could "come pick it up" (isn't that what he paid a delivery fee for?). At 3:30 I called as the delivery still wasn't here and I spoke with an employee who didn't seem to care at all about what was going on. Every question I asked was met with "I don't know" so I asked her to find me a manager who knew the answers. I was next put on the phone with a young man who had quite an attitude from the moment he picked up the phone and yet he didn't have any actual answers either just smart remarks. I asked if he was the manager I was told that their manager was in the Delran location and I could call her there. I found the number to the Delran location and called where a young lady by the name of Vicky answered and was very helpful in explaining to me their process, drivers hours and much more. She offered me options and was even proactive in taking down my information as the manager had already left the building. Vicky was able to change the delivery address for me as we were now going to be out for the evening ensuring that they get to a family member for me to pick up afterward. Everyone so far can learn a thing or two about customer service from Vicky. In the end, the delivery was made at 7:00 and upon our arrival to pick them up, we discovered that the balloon my husband paid $5.00 extra for was not delivered with the strawberries. I spent the afternoon of my birthday home waiting for a delivery that never came and then spent way too long on the phone getting to the bottom of poor customer service so at this point I've let me info with Delran for a manager to call me back, which I fully expect to hear back from promptly (with a resolution), or I'll definitely be following up with them regarding this horrendous experience and customer service. $60 for almost bad chocolate covered strawberries... I believe it was a $15 delivery fee (also known as a wasted afternoon) and $5 for a balloon that never showed. Weigh all options for refunds on that before contacting me back. read more

The store manager offered me new strawberries (to which I explained was a pointless gesture at this point and asked for a 50% refund.) they offered me $4. I escalated the complaint to corporate and the store never got back to me or corporate. Corporate pushed the store into giving me a full refund which the store finally did. The store never did contact me back. Posted 10/9/2018. Thanks for the response 18 months later, very helpful. What will replacement fruit do after the fact? After not hearing back from the store owner regarding the partial order, I contacted corporate and I am still waiting for a response. Horrible experience! I ordered 9 days before my delivery date. My order was deliver 2 days late completely ruining my Father's Day gift. I'm requesting a refund and have been calling the store and customer service for over a week now. Absolutely no one has gotten back to besides a customer service manager that says she can't even process a refund the store is responsible. So, the call back from her was completely pointless. I have used Edible Arrangements countless times. I have never used this location, and I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before doing so. I ordered on 12/16 for a 12/18 delivery date and as of today, no delivery (Today is 12/23) Not much help on the phone when inquiring, so I cancelled and just wrote a nice letter to Mr. Farid, Founder and CEO. These are franchised businesses; it's apparent this one must not need the business. A contact number was provided; there was no contact of any issues. My tracking number told me it was out for delivery for over 4 days. I cancelled. I highly recommend you NOT use this place. If the service is this bad, imagine what condition the product must be in. I put in an order at the Mount Holly location for a gift to be sent on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 20th, a woman called me and asked, because of it being close to the holidays WHICH I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND, if it's ok if my order was delivered first thing in the morning. I said that is fine. Well the next morning came, I did not get an update on my order, when i checked it said it was still being made when i tracked it, ok pissed off, so I called in the afternoon around 1:30pm and the woman Vicky, told me it was in transit. It is now Sunday and it still has not been received. I AM BEYOND PISSED. $70 for bad service, a gift that should of been there FRIDAY then promised next morning and now it's Sunday. I received a call this morning from the Manager Kelly who assured myself and the receipient it would be received this morning. (Yea ok) So after the morning passed and no deliver had been received STILL I called to check the status and spoke with Kelly again whom stated there was an accident and express very little empathy towards the situation. When asked if I would be credited or discounted for the inconvenience, I was told she can take off the charge for the balloons. Bruised fruit, withering strawberry crowns, mangled with skewer holes. My order was around 40 minutes late from the pickup time I scheduled (placed the order a week prior) and it took me multiple, aggressive conversations with the person behind the register to get them to remake it or replace some of the fruit in the tray. They gave me an entire stem of grapes with just one grape on it! If you want an edible arrangements, just order it at another store. It'll do better sitting in your hot car for the duration of the drive then in the hands of this store. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. My order was for the passing of a relative - it never went out and i was not notified. I called the store multiple times, no answer or notification they were closed. Tried to call a main number, kept getting routed to the store. Finally got someone by using a different zip code and they gave me a number of someone who handles out of state orders. Called that number and the girl told me her manager said that people like me need to call the main number. I tried to ask a question and she cut me off and said her manager wants me to call the main number and rudely hung up. I tried the main number and that person put me on hold. I waited a few minutes and another person picked up and I had to explain everything again. He told me he couldn't transfer my order to another store and that I needed to cancel it. He said the original store was closed due to covid. I can appreciate that but my order went into a black hole since no one was there and there was no way for me to know it.
