I have been using Richardson's for several years now, since our previous florist in Marlton was becoming pathetic at serving our holiday needs. We have always had great service, beautiful flowers delivered on time and with gorgeous arrangements, and on top of that, accommodation for our last minute requests. I don't think you could ask for much more. I called Dianne about 10 days prior to our event this past month, and she worked to meet our budget for a memorial service, and also using the color scheme we wanted. We were pleased to receive so many compliments from people who attended, how the flowers were 'perfect' and 'tasteful'. The flowers were delivered on time, and there were absolutely no issues. Although you might assume that what you see on the screen is a full bouquet, when it arrives, the whole back of the bouquet could be MISSING! That is, unlike what you might expect, and although it has the look of a big bunch of flowers, it's deceptive. Don't plan to put it on a table, it only works against a wall! read more

I ordered flowers for my Aunt and they got the address wrong so they called the house in the morning 10 ish and said they would be right over they were in Marlton and the need to be delivered to Medford.. she ended up waiting all day until 430 ish as she ended up being the last stop on the run and it was the 6 mos anniversary of my uncle passing.. I have been so disappointed with the discount online flower retailers. So for this valentine's day, I was willing to pay a little more money to shop at a local florist. The quality of the flowers I got from Richardson was such a dramatic improvement on what I have gotten elsewhere. My girlfriend was the envy of her workplace. People remarked on the not only how pretty the arrangement was, but also the size of the bouquet (I stuck with the "as shown" option). Not only were the flowers great, but I called - on Valentine's Day - to check the status of my delivery. I fully expected to have them be extremely busy and not interested in answering my question, but the woman on the phone was extremely warm and helpful. I send - and receive - flowers several times a year..... about 2 dozen times. Richardsons is part of floral marketing companies such as Teleflora and, unfortunately, this shows in what, as a gift, I have received from them. I love flowers. I have no particular preferences as to which flowers or colors and prefer to marvel at them and how the arrangement has been made: unfortunately, I don't think this business does. Is it the Teleflora influence? Is it something else? There seems to be little imagination - echoes of Teleflora perhaps. The quality is sometimes good and sometimes not .... I have received bruised roses which over time reveal brown marks and Aster which shattered within hours of receipt. The flowers used in what I have received are very ordinary. This may well not be their fault as the persons sending the flowers more that have chosen specific flowers..... but then again a look at their website indicates "typical" flowers .... the Teleflora influence? There are noticeably better florists in Medford and the area. read more
