She placed and paid for the order on May 6, but Edible Arrangements has not delivered anything as of 11 PM on Mother's Day. No call, text, or email either and we even at the delivery address all day. First experience with the company. The B-day arrangement was great - as advertised. The communication with the staff during the process was extremely disappointing. was encouraged to order online rather than in person, probably good in hindsight in that I at least have a record of the mis-steps. Had specific delivery instructions that weren't followed. Began checking on order delivery at 4:00 PM day of delivery. Was told it had just been completed ~ 20 mins prior & would be on next delivery. Called back at 5:00 - told they were very busy & would be on next delivery in 10 mins & would be first delivery. Follow up call was told 'they can only ask the driver to deliver next'. The delivery instructions stated that if delivery time couldn't be coordinated, I would pick up at the store when it was ready & stated so at 4:00 PM during first call. First delivery received 6:15 PM, missing part of order (B-day numbers); Those were delivered at 8:20 PM, see pic of condition. Kept hearing 'we're very busy' during each call with Store. Driver just doing their job ... it is store responsibility for customer experience... this store is "too busy" (usually a good thing for a business?) to get anymore orders from me. read more

Wish I could give this zero stars. I ordered 2/10 to have a delivery made on valentines day. I never received the order and called the store multiple times but they didn't answer. I walked in and there was a long line and nobody seemed to be in a rush to get anything done. I had to stop a worker and ask her if my order was in the pick up fridge and she looked and said "no sorry" and walked off. $130 down the drain. Terrible business practices. My husband ordered the $299 Valentine package on Tuesday, credit card was charged on Tuesday and NOTHING was received on Valentine's Day 3 days later. Order tracker shows it was never even started to be created. No notification of any kind. They did not answer the phone until the next day and said that management told them not to deny any orders even though they knew that they could not meet the demand. Fruit was fresh and delicious. The chocolate covering was excellent, and the strawberries were perfectly ripe. The packaging felt high quality. Service was good; I scheduled a pick up time and my order was ready even though I was late to pick it up. They even called me to remind me of pick up and to offer pick up for the next day if I wasn't able to pick it up in time for that day. My only comment for improvement is that none of the workers were wearing masks, even though there was a sign on the door that masks were required to enter the store. read more

My daughter ordered a birthday gift for her father 5 days before his birthday to be delivered on his birthday. The day it was to be delivered we both called a total of 7 times and never once was the phone answered (Ocala store). The delivery had not been made and it was now 5pm! I had to physically go to the store to pick it up! When I got there I was told all they had left to do was fill the birthday balloon she had ordered to go with it. Guess what they were out of birthday balloons, so instead I got a heart balloon and had to write Happy Birthday Dad on it myself at the store. After waiting for them to what I can only assume was finish putting it together, I left and that was that. Then my daughter gets an email later on that evening saying "your order was successfully delivery" Yeah by ME! Today I tried to email them to get her money back for it not being delivered, for them not having the correct product and just overall terrible customer service and no quality control. Well after typing all this out the submit button on the site doesn't work, so I tried chatting as of right now I have been holding for 10 min on CHAT. I ordered some fruit platters a week before Christmas. Put delivery for 12/24. I kept checking the status online but it wasn't saying anything except that the order was received. I finally called at 6:15 PM on 12/24 and the girl said that they planned on delivering after 7 PM that night because we were a residence. I said that's fine, I'll wait all evening if I have to as long it it's here for Christmas day. Guess what? It's Christmas & I am out a fruit platter for my guests. So first thing first they pay attention to detail and are very caring. Brenda M is quick with her craft and Arelin P was very sweet and helpful as well, she also assisted me with choosing certain things I wasn't sure about. I would definitely be doing business with them again. Also this was a last minute thing and they're the only 2 working orders and got mine out same day with no extra charge you really cannot beat this service plus it's like healthy catering. Ordered days in advance for the day before Valentine's day. Order didn't show. I tried to call all day and no pick up. Called on vday and asked again and it wasn't going to be delivered until nighttime. I asked to pick it up because the business closes early Friday instead and they said ok. Horrible service. I placed an order online for a Valentine's Day delivery for my grandmother. I was charged for the arrangement, and the delivery was never completed. To confirm delivery on Valentine's Day, I called the store multiple times and my call was never answered. It is now a day after the delivery was scheduled to occur. I called the store to inquire as to the status of the order, and was offered the ability to redeliver or to obtain a refund. When I asked for a refund, I was told the store manager is busy and I had the option of holding on the line for 5 minutes or to receive a call back. I've been on hold for 10 min and counting... Can I give them a sixth star? This team goes above and beyond. For both my parents' birthdays, Mother's Day and Father's Day it has become a tradition for me to send them an edible bouquet. They love the fresh fruit and unlike most gifts it doesn't die in a vase or turn into something for her to dust. This year, for mom's birthday, which falls right before Valentine's Day, there were problems with delivery. They attempted at least twice before contacting me directly. I had to make a couple phone calls to find out which neighbors would be home to receive on their behalf. It took a series of phone calls between the store and I, but eventually we got it delivered to a neighbor. For Mother's Day, once again we had a problem. My parents are just too social. This time we arranged for my parents to drop by the shop and pick them up because they just could not wait for a second delivery attempt. Now as Father's Day arrives, I scheduled to arrive the day before Father's Day now as Father's Day arrives, I scheduled to arrive the day before the holiday. Unfortunately, my father went to the hospital 2 days before the holiday. It did not occur to me until very early the morning of the scheduled delivery that nobody would be there for delivery and as mom would be with him at the hospital most of the day, nobody would be home to enjoy it anyway. I emailed through the stores website asking if we could either reschedule or deliver to the hospital. Little did I know that my mother would think of that and called the store on her own to reschedule. Once again the staff at the store were fabulous and have assured us that they will hold off on delivery for a few days and if he is still unwell and unable to come home on the new schedule date they will simply reschedule again and again until he can enjoy it. Every time my parents receive one of these bouquets they go on and on about how much they love them. The fruit always seems to be perfectly ripened and it's just the right size for the two of them to enjoy for a couple of days. Absolutely would recommend and plan on continuing to use them four times a year. read more

I am in complete discuss with this company Edible Arrangements in Ocala! Back in February my husband ordered me a dozen of chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day. I bit into a strawberry and to my surprise there was a piece of hair in bedded in the chocolate. I let it go knowing that mistakes do happen. This time he ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. I am so disgusted with this company there was a hair in my strawberries again!!! I have tried calling 3 times to speak to the manager who does not return my calls. The Manager obviously doesn't care about customers and cleanliness of their shop!! I ordered Chocolate Covered Strawberries well in advance of my wedding day. I called to confirm the day before and was told my order would be ready by 12:00 noon as I requested on my order. Went to pick them up aound 1:30 and the staff acted like they were shocked I was there. I told them I confirmed the day before and they told be they needed another 30 minutes to complete my order. I needed to be at the venue but I changed my schedule around, did some errands and then came back around 3:00. I was told at that time that they had just finished them and they would need refrigerating for a couple of hours before they could be served. Fortunately the caterers at my venue were able to do that for me. BUT...IN MY OPINION their attitude toward me was like they were doing me a favor, and IN MY OPINION I wish I had just canceled my order and got my money returned when they breached my contract by not having them ready of time.
