This is such a great spot. They have some delicious drinks and a variety too! I tried one of their fall drinks and it was really good. Wish they were closer so I could go back to get another. This little gem on Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala is such a nice delight!!! Their coffees are so delicious! I got a Mocha with extra whipped cream and a cheese Danish and both tasted soooooo great!! The service was amazing and even though my cashier was in training she did great job and had fantastic customer service! This coffee shop is comfortable and quiet. They have inside and outside seats as well. It's a great place to sit and enjoy your coffee on a morning that you just want to relax,Nobody is rushing you or anything. They source locally roasted beans, and bake the absolute shit out of some breakfast pastries. Super cute, cozy coffee shop. We had 1 iced and 1 hot caramel macchiato and both were great. My daughter said it was better than Starbucks. We ordered an avocado with egg white bagel sandwich, a raspberry white chocolate scone and biscuits and gravy. The scone was more cake-like, than scone-like but it was still amazing! The bagel sandwich was so fresh and good with lots of greens, onions and fully stuffed (they don't skimp). The biscuits and gravy were so good. Some places have good gravy but subpar biscuits and I can tell. Not this place. The biscuits were flaky and soft and I could tell they were probably good all by themselves. The coffee is always consistent, and I judge breakfast spots on their coffee. They get 5 stars, better than Starbucks in my opinion. It also doesn't hurt that the staff is so genuine and nice. We came every single morning for 7 days and each day was just as good as the day before. The staff is friendly and the coffee and food is well priced and made to order. We tried the iced caramel macchiato and iced mocha. Both were delicious. For those that have issues with coffee and milk mixtures, they offer almond milk which is great. A MUST-SEE breakfast location in Ocala.... My family and I woke up on Sunday morning with a serious hankering for quality bagels (not dunkin...not Panera...). My family and I ate breakfast at Chelsea around 945AM and spoiler alert -- it's our new favorite spot for breakfast. The line to order at the counter only had one person ahead of us, and we were met with cheerful, patient customer service. After admiring the menu and freshly baked items in the case, we ordered and the nice young lady taking our order guided me towards a sun-dried tomato bagel, and asked if I wanted any eggs or protein on it. OF COURSE I DID! I put sausage, egg and cheese on it. It was amazing. The bagel, meat and cheese combo were packed with all the right flavors and quality ingredients. My daughter loved her cinnamon roll which was one of the best I've ever tasted (had to steal a bite), and my wife was over the moon about her iced chai tea latte. We can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. 10/10 read more

I ordered a mocha with espresso infused whipped cream which was delicious! Also had an asiago bagel which was warm and soft. Everything was brought out with warm smiles, so the customer service here is really wonderful. There are other customers here which you can tell are regulars. If I lived in Ocala I'd definitely come back. This place is way better than Symmetry Coffee, which had been recommended as well.
