I have ordered the indulgence platter, which is an excellent gift to send because it includes a wonderful variety of chocolate-dipped and non-chocolate-dipped fruit, including strawberries, pineapple, apples, and grapes. I placed an order online and quickly realized there was a mistake on the message after I placed it. I called the store and spoke with Shawna- the manager. She said the order did not come through yet and that she would call me when it did. She never called me. 2 hours later I called back and spoke with Shawna and she said she will fix the error on the card for me. Later in the day, my sister Facetimed me that she got her birthday delivery and I was so shocked and taken back that the delivery was not at all what I ordered. I ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries with drizzle and she received 4 chocolate covered strawberries, 4 bananas, and 4 apples. Not even close to what I ordered. I was even more mortified to find out that the error on the card was still there! Do not order from this place! Yes, they did send out the strawberries after I called but if you want to save yourself the headache and embarrassment don't order from them. Note-edit: yes Irina did refund me my delivery fee. But when I spoke with her about my issues specifically about the message not being fixed- she said "oh she must've been having a day" like that's my problem nor any type of an excuse for a job not done. I recently purchased an "Orange Blossom" arrangement from this store. For every orange blossom purchased from an MA & NH store before 9/30/11, they're donating $5 to the National MS Society, so that swayed me to pick the Orange Blossom over other arrangements. The staff was friendly and had my order ready and waiting in the fridge for me when I arrived. Yes, the arrangements are too pricey for anything other than a special occasion, but I'll be back the next time I need a "thank you" gift or something to bring to a holiday party. read more

I ordered 12 count dipped strawberries for my family member in E Weymouth. Delivery was delivered to wrong house and they were left outside all night. Called to leave a message on phone line customer service and could not leave a message. Yesterday called and was promised redeliver to correct address which a problem was encountered. I was very disappointed, I have received many edible arrangements from this store in the past, without complaint, but this one was really bad! The pineapple was definitely overripe , and the other fruit was UNDERRIPE. Some of the cantaloupe was overripe, or maybe frozen and then thawed, and the honeydew and strawberries had NO taste at all, because they were under ripe. this was a gift from my Son for my birthday, I am sure he spent a lot of $$ on it. What a Joke!!! I placed a $100.00 order. And it was Never delivered for my mother's birthday, she waited All Day Long. And I tracked it ,it said delivery unsuccessful. Total BS. I continuously called and texted driver No Answer No response. I called the store and the girl who never said her name.,said hold on I'll get on touch with driver. She put me on Hold and Never came back and then of course the store closed. Such Horrible Unprofessional Terrible business, all the way around. I live out West, and I called to place an order to have sent to my family in Quincy for Christmas, I dont have the gals name in front of me but she runs the place (I will add later) walked me through EVERY holiday arrangement she had AVAILABLE in the store, still mine was delivered WITHOUT THE CHRISTMAS TIN I PAID FOR.. So upsetting!!! You cant tell me it wasnt available I specifically choose that one because you had it in store. I have ordered here before, I wont be ordering again, that was plain shady! I sent a St. Patrick's Day fruit bouquet to a cousin in Braintree, MA via the Quincy, MA store. My cousin has been dealing with the 3 blizzards and a husband who is ill. She told me that the bouquet made her St. Patrick's Day and that how did I know she needed cheering up on this special day. We are both from strong Irish families. I have visited this location a few times but my most recent trip there was last week. My co-worker and good friend recently had surgery and would be out of the office for many weeks. We all agreed in my department that an edible arrangement was in order. I offered to coordinate so i walked down to the store and was immediately greeted by a friendly employee and a tray of chocolate covered fruit. I stood drooling over the amazing treats before me and chose the chocolate covered banana. Oh. My. God. it was SO good! Half white chocolate, half milk chocolate and i think there was a little peanut butter in there. If I ever fall ill (knock on wood), take note of my chocolate covered fruit choice. She offered advice and showed me a catalog with well displayed pictures and I made my choice. My friend lived in southern MA so she took my order and transferred it to the closest Edible Arrangements to the town she lived in. She even told me that she would follow up with them later that day to ensure they received the order. I went back to the order and we decided we should delay the delivery a few days just in case she wasnt up to eating yet. i called back and spoke to the same friendly girl and asked if I should call the branch she transferred the order to. She said "not a problem I'll take care of it". And she did. It arrived today without a problem and my friend said it made her day. read more

I came in last Friday afternoon on a whim. I was walking back home with my 4 year old daughter when I saw a sign in their window that said "in-store sale." I walked in and asked about what they had that was already made. The girl at the counter was very nice and showed me my options. The manager and another store employee came out from the back and greeted me and my daughter as well. They were very sweet to my daughter who had just gotten shots at the doctor. The manager gave her a free chocolate dipped pineapple cupcake. Although my daughter was shy, that made her day! The strawberries and pineapple were delicious! The fruit is not like the picture at all and it is not as good as in year past at all Hi, We used to get your products at my work place for years and it was great. This is the second time this year that I have been a recipient of your product and it was not satisfactory. the last time I told the person who gave it to me it was great. It was okay , This time it was not even okay. The packaging is not appealing once you the bosx trawberries (six in all) consist of one big one and 5 little ones. The last time the strawberries were big. The green apples are all tiny. All six of them and the chocolate is very skimpy. very skimpy. And what is with the cupcake holders? If it is to hold extra chocolate .... they are all very clean. Also. It was delivered after dark. I would much rather get it during the day. The last time someone called first, this time just a knock at the door. I put the order number in 3 times. I don't know if the zeros are numbers or the letter O. I tried both...no luck. I am not happy and I would not reccommend EA anymore. I am waiting for the company to contact me. I wish I could attach a picture here of the one big strawberry and all the rest little ..... and the tiny green apple slices.....EACH PIECE COST OVER WELL OVER 4 BUCKS I WILL LET VIEWERS KNOW IF THE COMPANY RESPONDS The company did respond in a timely fashion. The recipient raved about the quality of the fruit and mentioned to me that it was beautifully arranged in a pretty box. I ordered this for my sister as a Welcome Home from the hospital gift. There were a lot of options to choose from online. I was even able to add a little something on for my brother-in-law. RUDE,RUDE,RUDE...it seems to be their motto. They didn't deliver when they said they would and when I called, they said it would be the next day (two days after delivery was scheduled) before they would deliver. Horrible service all the way around. I've used other Edible Arrangements around the country and although the prices are outrageous, my grandchildren love them. Unforutnately, the g'kids in Boston won't be getting another.....I'd have to be crazy to order from the Qunicy store again. Beware using the Quincy store! read more
