I am very disappointed in my delivery today. I know it's Valentine's Day and is a busy day for deliveries but I received my order and it looked a mess inside the box.... like it was either dropped or had shifted while driving. I have pictures to show how it looked when I opened the box. We always order from Edible Arrangements for special occasions using their delivery service and never had a problem in the past but today I am not happy. Wheeew! My husband sent me some chocolate covered strawberries as a surprise. The damn strawberries are OLD. They are so old that one had the audacity to have mold on it. I only checked the strawberries because the one I ate was mushy! This is unacceptable. They offered to send new ones and I said no. Awesome attitude with awesome customer service deserves five stars. We were not home for the initial delivery. They called we set a time, 5 pm, for redelivery. I realized that i would be home by 4:05 pm. I called and rescheduled to earlier. The delivery was made within 10 minutes. I can not say enough about how they accommodated my schefule. My husband ordered me some chocolate covered strawberries from here for my Birthday first off the drive left the flowers at the store so he had to go back and get them, the strawberries where not fresh I called the manager and she had the nerve to tell me there is nothing we can do about it they where fresh when we made them. I've used Edible Arrangements Shreveport many times in spent probably $500 dollars in arrangements in the past 2 years. So, I would expect that they would keep doing the professionalism I have come to expect especially for Valentine's Day. But it didn't happen I did 2 orders one arrived on a Saturday an they placed it on the ground after talking to the person who was home an ants got into it. Then the second delivery on Valentine's Day NEVER ARRIVED !!!! I tried contacting the store several times and I live in Alaska so I made sure to call when they were open. They showed me no respect by not calling back or answering. For this don't worry I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM YOUR SHOP!!!! Today, August 8, 2020 I received a gift box from the Edible Arrangements on Youree Drive, Shreveport,La. The delivery man did not ring my bell, but the package was not on my porch long as I was expecting a shipment from somewhere else and kept checking. Inside, what I found was disgusting. All the contents of the box were pushed to the side, the fruit was spoiled and had a pungent odor, the chocolate was melted everywhere and then rehardened. I know my friends spent a lot of money on this gift as I have ordered from this company before for others. I called the store where it was sent from and spoke to "HANNAH". She told me that it is NOT the store's problem and to call corporate. I did, after listening to and following prompts, it hangs up on you....maybe because it was a Saturday, I don't know. I posted my review on the company's local FB page and it has disappeared along with my one star rating. I posted my experience on my personal FB page wherein others are telling of similar experiences. I posted pictures which are pretty disgusting. I feel sorry for my friends who took the time and effort to try and send me something nice BUT were wholly taken advantage of and now will have to try to get their money back. All of the positive reviews on their local FB page are from 2018 or 2017. I guess negative reviews like mine are erased. I would NOT recommend. UPDATE: The store owner did contact me personally on Monday, August 10,2020 and apologized. He did everything he could and then some to rectify the situation and make me happy. I am very satisfied as to the outcome. Moral of the story: Don't speak to a store employee, ask for the owner! He turned out to be a very nice man. read more

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would, I ordered this package almost a month in advance for Valentine's Day. I specially ordered it on February 13 so it would be here a day early plus they don't deliver on Sunday's. Friday February 12 I searched my order via the tracking number and it still said pending pickup, so I decided to give them a call and the lady I talked to said it would be picked up Friday by 7 and guaranteed it would be at my door the next day Saturday February 13 and if not they were delivering Sunday due to valentines. We'll it wasn't and I figured it would Sunday bc where I'm from I haven't seen FedEx, UPS or USPS deliver. I get the package a week later on the February 20th and as you can see on the pictures below this is how the chocolate covered strawberries came and the flowers as well. Moral of the story is I will not being going to any edible arrangements after this and would not recommend anyone ever to buy from them online. read more

I really enjoy getting people original ideas for presents and this is by far one of my favorite. To be able to give someone an arrangement edible fruits is quite brilliant. A few months ago when it was my anniversary I gave my girlfriend this and she just loved it. I plan on buying more of these Arrangements in the future for things like birthdays and parties. Ordered two dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my work colleagues for Christmas since I could not be there in person to celebrate.
