I chose the left side of the store because I tend to like the softer jerkies. They have a variety of different meats such as beef, bison, alligator, kangaroo and salmon jerkies! Not only do they have a variety of meats, but you can try a sample of each jerky before you buy it, which is a PLUS for me! I was surprised at the color of the gravy but it was fantastic, just enough sweet garlic and tomato flavor to linger in the mouth. We had the in-house garlic bread. The bread is infused with real garlic and is tender and just enough chew to be satisfying. The crust is crunchy and has a mild smoky flavor. My only complaint for the whole experience was the warm baked bread came with a pat of FROZEN butter. A little jarring but the bread was warm enough to melt it a little, eventually. We got to-go boxes and took home as much as we ate. Get extra bread to go, it's that good (bring your own warm butter). Highly recommend this place and in person. I will be back!
