5 STARS! I received Edible Arrangements as a birthday gift and everything was on point. The fruit was delicious and fresh and was so much it took me days to eat. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the fruit held and didn't go bad. Some items I kept in its original package, others I did as was suggested. The little personal cheesecakes were so cute and tasty. The fresh fruit salad had different types of fruits and all were so delicious! Not sure if you're able to choose which fruits are added but I was pretty happy with getting a variety. It came with grapes, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, and pineapples. Yum! The apple truffles were so good too! They were little apple balls dipped in milk chocolate with a white chocolate drizzle. Came 15 total. The customer fruit box was SO GOOD! 12-count, chocolate covered pineapples with white chocolate drizzle, half white chocolate, half milk chocolate banana dipped in almonds, milk chocolate strawberries with almonds, and milk chocolate apples with almonds. I'm sure you can customize them however you like. Surprisingly the bananas tasted a lot better than I thought they would. The pineapples were exceptionally tasty as well. This was one of the highlights to the day and everything was so good! I would definitely order from this location in the future. read more

I ordered an Edible Arrangements in December with no issues, however, I placed an order for Valentine's Day, and although the company attempted a delivery twice, my daughter was not home. I reached out to the company to request a refund or a credit for an Easter Edible Arrangements . I spoke to Ashley who stated she was the manager and there would be no refunds and no Easter credit. She stated that my daughter would have to come to the store to pick up an Edible Arrangement which is not possible because my daughter works very long hours. Today is 12-21-2023, I placed an Order the night before, 12-20-2023, for a delivery to a person who is going through a rough time. I then called this morning, 12-21-2023 to the Stafford location that the order was assigned to make sure the order is delivered before noon because Edible Arrangements have a 1 hour delivery and my person would be leaving. I spoke with a young lady name Aubrey. Aubrey said the fruit would be on the truck and they cant guarantee delivery, although I am paying an extra $14.99 for the one hour delivery. She was very RUDE and cancelled my order. I know you are busy for the Christmas Season but when an order is placed the day before. IT should not be a problem AUBREY you need a customer service training. And you have further made the person I was trying to cheer up worse. read more

This location was out of electricity for a week and they kindly informed me that they can refund my money or get my order in by the next week. It's almost a shame to take the arrangements apart but who could resist eating them? Chocolate covered fruit is also an option. My favorite are the large, ripe, plump and juicy sweet strawberries. For non chocolate covered I love the amazing pineapple. Perfect! I was craving for an edible arrangement smoothie and I know they're having a promotion going on right now but I don't live in the area so I had to search for one near by. Let me just tell you I am beyond happy that I came across this location. The staff here are amazing!!! Especially Ms. Shay, she went above and beyond to really help me. I ordered a fruit bouquet for me and my girlfriend's anniversary. I ordered it a couple of days before our anniversary. They delivered it BEFORE I requested it to be delivered so it came before our anniversary. It ruined the surprise and I spent over $100 on the fruit bouquet! When they delivered the fruit bouquet, I told the driver that it wasn't supposed to be delivered today it was supposed to be delivered in a couple of days. She told me they weren't allowed to bring it back, but I don't think that it's true because what if they aren't home are they just going to leave the fruit out in the heat? When I received, the fruit looked like they were about to mold and weren't even fresh! I called them to make a complaint and they were so rude. This is a good store, but I warn you, its better to order online and pick it up rather than going to the store and making an order. There's a woman in this store I really didnt like for her lack of social etiquette and for being cranky on my first visit, it was fine with me.. thinking she's just having a bad day.. BUT when I went to pick up my order she was still cranky as ever, not a single smile or how-are-you, didnt even get my order right and own up to her mistake. I would've accepted the mistake and just tell me sorry for the inconvenience instead of blaming it to the company not being able to assure everybody that they'll get the container they ordered.
