    Store hours as per website
    Corrin Y.

I wish there was a way to leave 0 stars because that is what this location deserves! I ordered a birthday arrangement for a coworker to be picked up the day before her birthday so I can bring it into work with me the next day. At about 1:50pm I get a call from the store asking if I could come pick up the arrangement early because my order was the last one they had waiting for pick-up and they would like to close the store early. I told them that would not be possible as I was at work and I work in the city. They said well the store is closing early and I would need to get there by 4 if I wanted my arrangement and if not I would have to pick it up tomorrow. I said that wouldn't work as I have to be at work by 6am and need the arrangement to go with me. I suggested that they deliver it to my home as my kids were home to receive it. They told me that would be. $14.99 charge. I said don't you think you should waive the fee considering they were the cause of the inconvenience. They said that is not possible as per the boss. I said in that case have your boss call me. A woman called name Shaza claiming to be the owner. She told me that the employee told her I wanted to come at 5:30pm which I never said. I told them that my original pick up time is 4:30 and also the website says they don't close until 7pm so I shouldn't be rushed to pick up at 4 as they were trying to do. She said the website was wrong and they have a sign on the door saying they close at 5pm. I said I ordered online, how on earth would I know what time the sign on the door says? I also told her what they were doing was not right and unprofessional. At that point she lost it! She yelled and screamed at me like a psycho, telling me it was her store and she'd close it whenever the hell she wants and HUNG UP ON ME. Then I get a voice-mail stating from Shaza saying they were canceling my order, calling me a problem customer and to take my business somewhere else. I called back asking for the corporate number to make a complaint and was hung up on by another employee who refused to give his name before doing so. I tried calling back but they now were not answering. THEEEN I received a call from a man also claiming to be the owner. I thought that he was calling to help resolve the matter, boy was I wrong! He started yelling at me as well saying that I was harassing the employee!! I said this is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever had the misfortune to do business with and he responded by calling ME the unprofessional one! Huh?! You're the business, I'm the customer! I told them what a huge inconvenience they had caused as I had left work early by this time trying to make it to the store before they closed it only for them to cancel my order! He yelled that he didn't care, that was "too bad" and I'd better not call again or he'd call the police!!?! They are unhinged in this location and I'd highly suggest you go to ANY other location. It can't possibly be as bad as this one.

WARNING They have delivery issues. I was told that they don't have a driver available and it's too far to deliver. I guess it's probably the rise in gas prices, but I don't know. I picked up the fruit basket the next day. I was told it would be ready by 1pm. I got there at 1:30pm and had to wait 25 minutes for it. They gave me $10 back for the delivery fee. Same day delivery is not guaranteed. The staff were nice, and the store is clean. However, They definitely need more employees though.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! The absolute worst customer service, the owner actually hung the phone up on me! My order was apparently undeliverable due to the recipient not being home. I received an email that stated "delivery attempt unsuccessful, but we are going to try again, we will attempt to get in touch with the recipient to RESCHEDULE DELIVERY." By the time I saw this email the store was closed for the day. The next day they called me asking if I was going to be picking up the order, I said no, I would like it redelivered. I got the run around "I only make the fruit, the owner will call you back." I stated I do not need the owner to call me back, just resend it as per your policy. The owner calls me back, exceptionally hostile. She informs me she has two witnesses with her as she makes this phone call. I explained how I want the order redelivered. She went on a tangent stating that since the recipient wasn't there it's not in their policy to leave it at the door due to the heat. I said then why didn't anytimecall me? The owner insisted that the driver has worked there for 14 years and he is great, so she knows he called and left a message. There was no call or message. This woman cut me off mid sentence repeating my name like I was a child being reprimanded. She told me if I wanted the fruit redelivered I would have to pay 14.99. I told her I was declining the order- she went ballistic and hung up on me! The absolute worst customer service. I will never give this location my business again.

I struggled with the rating to give for this review because I know how hard it is to run a business…read moreand I never like to give anyone a less than stellar review, but we did have some issues when they provided the flowers for our wedding. We got married at Coindre hall and this was the vendor that came with the package we selected. We saw the flowers on their Instagram page and they were beautiful, so we felt comfortable using them. When we met with them to go over the colors/floral design for the wedding the girl we met with was super nice, showed us live examples of the color flowers we would be using and some example photos. We also shared our inspiration photos and discussed exactly what we wanted for our wedding. I felt fairly confident after that meeting that we would have beautiful flowers for the wedding. The colors we agreed upon were ivory, blush, and terracotta roses. Some of my inspiration photos had flowers other than roses, and we had discussed that I didn't mind other types of flowers as long as they were within that color scheme. My MOH had a terracotta colored dress, so we wanted everything to tie in. This is all written on the contract that we signed so we assumed it was clear. I was so excited to see our bouquets for the wedding, but when we arrived at the venue I was rather shocked and honestly deeply disappointed to see that both mine and my MOH's bouquets had no terracotta roses at all, but instead had large mustard yellow and brown mums throughout with the blush and ivory roses. For starters, I would have liked it to be discussed with me if you plan to leave out a flower/color we specifically agreed upon and add in its place a flower in a color outside of the scheme that we agreed on, but also to choose such a very specific style of flower that looked NOTHING like any of my inspiration photos was a wild choice. I personally do not like mums, and found the color of these to be ugly (mustard yellow is probably my least favorite color and was not anywhere else in our decor for the wedding). Especially since this bouquet is in pretty much all of my photos it was particularly upsetting to dislike it so much and have it not be anything like what we agreed on. We also selected terracotta roses for the boutonnieres for both my father and the best man so they would match our bouquets, but now they no longer matched at all. My MOH agreed that it was not anything like what we discussed and that she didn't like it much either, but we tried not to dwell on it and move on since there was nothing we could do. I was also disappointed that the large floral arrangements we paid a lot extra for to be placed in the urns at the entry of the venue were mostly made up of these ugly yellow/brown mums, and they were the first thing that people saw when entering. Additionally, because it rained on our wedding day, most of our photos were in front of the fireplace they were flanking and therefore we have those flowers in the background of almost every posed photo. The mums were also in the arrangement of our chuppah, although they also had the beautiful terracotta roses we agreed on, so clearly they had them available. These mums were very large and became a focal point of every arrangement they were in, so I still do not understand why they were selected without consulting us first since they were not discussed at any point, were not a color we talked about or agreed on, and were not in nor looked like any of our inspiration photos. The flowers on our cake and in our centerpieces looked exactly as we asked, were the colors we agreed on and looked very much like our inspiration photos, so clearly they were capable of doing this. I just don't understand where the disconnect was with the rest of the flowers. The other issue we ran into is that we paid extra for an arrangement of flowers to decorate the welcome sign we had set up, and they did not make or bring them, and by the time we noticed it was too late. The venue called the florist and they said they wouldn't make it back in time to decorate it before our guests came, and said they would "take it off our bill". I am not sure how they planned to do so since we had to pay in full in cash two weeks prior to the wedding date, so the bill was long since settled. Thankfully the venue had a swag of fake flowers they could lend us, but they did not match our color scheme and it really bothered me that they did not make something we specifically paid extra for (not included in our package). Overall it was a very mixed experience, so I think an "ok" is a fair rating. I had planned to preserve my bouquet and I disliked it so much that i just threw most of the flowers out after the wedding. That really disappointed me since it was something I was really looking forward to doing. I would recommend being VERY specific about what you want and also don't want. I didn't think I needed to be more specific than I was, but clearly something got lost in translation.

Overall - extremely disappointed & hurt…read more I used Sugar Magnolias for my wedding flowers. Right off the bat, walking into my venue space (after almost two years of planning) I couldn't believe my eyes. After numerous emails back and forth, an in person meeting, multiple PowerPoint slides with photos representing exactly what I wanted... I was shocked to see the end result. Many flowers were dead/ wilted, my bridal bouquets were not even close to what was described & in general - the arrangements were filled with mostly greenery, I believe to overcompensate for the lack of actual flowers used. This right here is what upsets me the most, I wanted my flowers to be exactly that, actual flowers with a lot of color and that's not what I got. Specifics include Heidi using a completely different vase than what was originally described/ picked out. My entry table arrangement was supposed to be a moment when everyone first walked in (ie. tall in height, branching out, dramatic) but it was identical to the reception table arrangements, literally I don't believe the arrangements were even different? They were supposed have similarities, not be the exact same. Also, I mentioned from Day 1 I didn't want 'Eucalyptus' used anywhere - and for some reason it was used in every single arrangement. Also Carnations we're used, which weren't stated anywhere on my write-up, isn't that a funeral flower? The bridesmaid bouquets I was hoping for were supposed to be small, colorful and playful for the bridesmaids and for me the bride - structured Pinkish White Calla Lilies with some greenery. I was expecting the bouquet to be exactly like the inspiration photo I sent to her with an addition of a couple green leaves to help match mine to all of the more relaxed bridesmaid bouquets but instead, they were massive, bush-like, weedy & again mostly filled up with greenery. My lilies were also white and deep purple/blue - which was the wrong color. A week before the event she sends me a final invoice, increasing the prices of some items, without even pointing it out to me. Almost as if she was hoping I wouldn't notice? Her response to me asking about the price change was extremely argumentative. I honestly hate that I have to spend time writing this and in full detail - but there were just so many things wrong. She emailed my sister day-of, blaming it on 'Supply Issues' - when none of this was directly communicated to me beforehand, aside from her sending me a generic PDF she sent to all of her brides basically stating 'she had issues getting hard goods and flowers were more expensive.' But also....to not stress, she's been doing this for 40 years and is going to stick to color schemes and make sure everything is done as expected' so why would I be worried - she said she had it covered regardless? If she communicated this to me before my wedding (let's say about the entry urn specifically) I would've took it upon myself to buy / source one separately - she basically had 2 years to find 1 Urn!? I had a large Rehearsal dinner the night before, using a different florist, and ran into zero issues. Which leads me to believe that Heidis actions/ reasonings aren't industry standards. I tried to not let this whole shebang bother me at my wedding. It took her 4 days to respond to my email. In her email, she had the nerve to say she wanted to blow me off?! Her explanation was extremely defensive, basically blaming everything on Covid-19 & only addressed 1 of my concerns (the greenery to my bridal bouquet) - nothing else! $8k later and zero accountability. I hope this is helpful for other brides, as you only get married once and deserve what you want, ask for and are promised. Covid-19 took so much from all of us (especially those who have been planning a wedding) don't let it ruin yours!
