My partner placed an order Feb 10th for Valentines Day there was absolutely no update on the website and when you try calling they automatically direct you to the website or hang up on you. No actual person ever contacted him or me with an update. At 5pm on Valentine's Day I get a call from them saying that the delivery driver is at my place of residence with the order but since there was no update on the website or a call even before they sent out the order I went to do things I needed to do. I told the lady all of this and she responded with "well he's there now." Told her that I was not available and she said she will reach out for another delivery date. It's been 3 days no call. Horrible service and horrible communication. This place is being ran into the ground. read more

I can't thank Surprise Edible Arrangements enough for going above and beyond to make things right! I had a delivery issue for Valentine's Day where the chocolates were melted, and despite several promises from another store, I was left waiting for 8 days with unfilled promises. However, Shirley and Enriquetta took charge and truly made up for the mistakes of another store. They tracked down the store that caused the problem, had their driver, Willy, deliver my order immediately, and my new arrangement was absolutely perfect. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, and the chocolate-covered strawberries were amazing! The whole family loved them and even wanted to place another order (with the surprise store, of course). Their dedication to customer service is unmatched, and I'm incredibly grateful for how they handled the situation. Highly recommend--these three employees know how to turn a bad experience into a memorable one! 5+ stars! Thank you! A goodfriend sent my 92 yo mom a gift. they grossly misspelled my mom's name and the sender's name. COLLINS (my mom) was misspelled as "POLLINF". And JUNE , the sender's name was misspelled as "JINE". Quality work is what people pay for and what we all should expect. read more

I've happily and gladly used Edible Arrangements for years, but sadly this was the very last time. I usually pick-up my orders in-store, but this year -due to numerous store closures, I opted for delivery. I ordered online nearly a week in advance and got an immediate confirmation of the order. Made the arrangement for a Mother's Day delivery. The website states that the delivery will arrive by 7:00pm. An email confirmation allows you to "track your order" but it never updates beyond acknowledging the store received your order. Now I'm calling the store and cannot get an answer to acknowledge whether my order is still active or in process. They took my order and my money, but haven't delivered any order. I'm definitely going to contact the corporate office for restitution first thing in the morning. And I'll sadly NEVER patronize this business EVER... lesson learned. read more

I had a great experience here this evening. The Edible Arrangements driver attempted to deliver my arrangement this afternoon, but I was in the shower and missed it. I was planning on calling and figuring out what the next steps were when I got off work, but the manager beat me to it and called me around 5:15. She said I could come pick it up or they could redeliver. I explained that I had to get changed and ready and she replied that she'd wait for me at the store past closing! I'd never heard of something like that in today's day. Needless to say, her gesture was appreciated and I have been united with my arrangement once and for all. And it's delicious. read more

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! I received a large edible fruit arrangement as a birthday gift from a relative from the Surprise AZ store #474 on Bell Road near Kohl's. The chocolate dipped strawberries were rotten. Pineapple hard and tart no sweetness, cantaloupe and honeydew melon not sweet at all, not ripe too hard not edible. Called store left voicemail, no response. Stopped by store spoke to manager Enriquetta she treated me as if I did something wrong because we didn't open it to eat it til two days later. She offered a partial replacement or a "smaller arrangement replacement while telling me she couldn't refund with a take it or leave it attitude. After noticing very stale sun damaged chocolates in display case and wilted flowers in other case and hearing an earful of just how difficult it is for the owner to get ripe in season fruit and other problems they face it became clear that they are not concerned about customer satisfaction. My calls to the owner Tana have been ignored for couple more days. The gal I talked to today at Surprise store was very rude, she said the "owner" offered me a solution which isn't true, and I was confused by, since Tana never bothered to return my two voicemails. When I asked for clarification, she just hung up on me. Not once, not twice but three times. I was polite and persistent and she had no intention of even honoring their offer to give just a partial replacement which is what I had left a voicemail saying I would like them to go ahead and do. She was dismissive and rude and said call corporate and stop calling and harassing their store. Hahahahahaha. What a joke, I have never dealt with a business with so little concern for their customer's experience. We came in to place an order and grab a treat for the girls. There was a sign about everything coming in contact with wheat, soy and other allergens so we just stuck to the order. My mom's audiologist has really taken good care of her. She wanted to show her appreciation to their office so she decided to go with an Edible Arrangement. The gal who helped is was friendly and made The "Doubly m Delicious" was the perfect choice as it had some fruit with chocolate amd plenty of a selection of just fruit in case anyone there had any allergies. The office really enjoyed and my mom was happy with the communication and timeliness for the order. read more

I'm very happy with the delivery I ordered for my family living in Sun City, since I live in CA. I was wholeheartedly relying on a timely delivery of a delicious product and they achieved my highest expectations. I called Saturday to confirm the delivery, just in case it was delayed I could let my loved ones know. I was pleasantly greeted by a very friendly and confident representative that confirmed my order was in line for the delivery truck and informed me of the delivery time frame for the day. That made me very happy and put my mind at ease. Within a few hours, my loved ones informed me how wonderful the arrangement was. My grandson, 2 years old, was enjoying the grapes and had his eyes on strawberries next. The grandfather said the honey dew was the sweetest and most delicious he'd ever had. I use edible arrangements for all special occasions throughout the year, but unfortunately they lost my business going forward. I would give 0 stars if I could. This was the worst customer service I've dealt with. I ordered a delivery for my mother in law for Mother's Day. By the evening she said she hadn't received it, so I started calling. There was no answer. My email showed the order and when I clicked on tracking, it showed received but never showed that it was made or out for delivery. I called the store multiple times through out the week, I was on hold for over an hour one time. I requested call backs on their automated system, but never heard back. I called corporate and had the same issue. I even messaged them on Facebook and heard nothing back. Finally 7 days later I called again, and the store answered. She was a little (very little) apologetic after I explained but she also seemed annoyed and not to care. She said she refunded my money, but I have yet to see a refund in my bank, and it's been 9 days. She claims they got so busy that the driver stopped driving at 9 pm because customers were getting mad about late deliveries. If they could have called me and said "we're really busy, can we deliver tomorrow?" that would have been fine. ANY communication and I would have been understanding but I got absolutely nothing, and she acted like she is doing me a favor by refunding an order I never got!! Not to mention, I have yet to actually get a refund. It's so disappointing to have something special sent to your family on Mother's Day, and they get nothing. Also, the woman on the phone hung up on me midway through our call. I didn't bother calling back that day because there was no point, she was so not helpful. I will NEVER use this company again, and neither will my family and friends. You lost a lot of business from us because such horrible customer service. I called the store multiple times on Saturday and Sunday as I preordered this delivery 2 weeks prior. No status update online, no phone call, nothing. This company should hire drivers that speak English. I had an awful experience due to lack of communication with the company and their driver. I was not at home when my delivery came and to make it easier on them, my bad, I had them take my order to my next door neighbor who assumed I was regifting my gift. The company takes no responsibility for this event and blames me for releasing their liability for properly delivering my gift. If the driver had spoken English I believe this could have turned out differently as she could have told my neighbor the situation. She had the attitude that since they had "tried" twice - which I do not believe - since my daughter & children were sick at home that was good enough. She kept talking over me and would NOT listen. At one point she stated that since I did not know the "store" was not in a grocery store, I did not know what I was doing. I tried again to get information on her supervisor and that is when she hung up. I called back, she did not answer. I got a recording that after waiting several minutes was answered by a man at "corporate" named Oliver. I discussed the situation with him and he said the store would be contacted about my complaint. He also arranged for a refund. I informed him that despite the refund I wanted the lady talked to about her lack of customer service skills. He agreed and set ups a "Case Number". The arrangement was delivered with broken pieces and the $26 box of chocolates never made it. The lady who delivered the arrangement was extremely rude. Come to find out she was Bonnie the store manager. I called the following day to inquire about the chocolates spoke to Bonnie who insisted the chocolates were delivered by her personally, say's she gave them to someone walking into the house. Not only is she lying but why would you give the delivery to a stranger and not directly to the front door. Manger is disgraceful and and embarrassment. I wanted to send an arrangement to my niece for her birthday, but I needed it delivered between 3:00-4:30 as my niece would not be home the entire day. I knew this order was "last minute" so prior to ordering I called the store, (about 1:30pm) and spoke to an employee who told me that they could deliver in that window. She directed me to write the request in the "delivery instructions" box. I then ordered a $107 fruit bouquet. At 4:23 no delivery had been made. I called the store (the same employee answered) and I asked the ETA of my delivery. She informed me that the order would be late because their van broke down, I requested a refund and the employee said she'd have the manager call me. The "manager" called me and when I answered she instantly started yelling at me. She accused me of being unreasonable and having ridiculous expectations. She said I wouldn't get a refund because the delivery isn't running "that late". The "manager" clearly likes to hear herself talk because I had to wait for her to take a breath from her disgusting word vomit in order to answer her questions. But it didn't matter what I said because I quickly realized she has limited understanding of reason and a serious inability to act professional. Prior to hanging up on me she said the store owner would call me (no surprise that never happened) But not before she refused to give me her name or the owners name.
