The customer service wasn't good for starters, they said they would call to tell me when to pick up the 2 small platters I bought (for $135) and they never did. BEST SERVICE EVER!! I love going to this location to buy any type of chocolate covered fruits. Michelle has been one of the nicest business owners around here who has been very welcoming when you walk in into her store. Not only that, they have a great selection of chocolate covered fruits that are already made for you to purchase daily. My favorite are the chocolate covered apple donuts with sprinkles and the chocolate covered pineapple cakes. Jessica, who is a employee there, has always been a very helpful person who gives great advice when you are looking to purchase an edible arrangement for any occasion. My favorite time to go to the store is anywhere from 3 PM to 5 PM since they have berry break; if you purchase any chocolate covered fruits that are already made, you get another piece of fruit for free. My bosses ordered dipped fruit and a fruit basket for each employee (I'm the only CA based employee). Being in the Central Valley, I thought I'd receive the best selection of fruit, boy was I wrong. I was very disappointed to see that I had received a rotten orange in my fruit basket. We grow some of the best citrus fruits in the valley so to receive a bad one, is just disappointing. Although I didn't make the purchase, I looked up the price and for the same price I could've gotten much more fruit/veggies from Sandoval Produce in Hanford (I'm not associated with them in anyway--just noting that produce box deliveries may be a better investment). I normally don't like to write negative reviews, but I had a very disappointing experience.I called on 5/9/2014 to have an arrangement for Mothers day and while on hold their company hold serve had message that said if I place an order over $65.00 shipping is free and there was no mention of an expiration date. Well when the rep finally answered my call he took my order but then said he couldn't have the arrangement delivered at no fee, needless to say my girlfriend lives less than a mile away from their location, so I was placed on hold and a lady picked up my call and said that the message that I heard was a mistake and it was supposed to expire on the 6th of May. Then I told her that if there was anything that could be done since it wasn't my fault and the information on the message was still there and I was happy i was getting an incentive to order with free delivery..She said "no," what would you like to do?" She Didn't even apologize?! or show any concern, I live in Torrance! that's 3 hours away which means I would use their services for Mothers day, birthdays,children's b days, graduations, anniversaries, holidays , and other special occasions. $12.00 delivery fee cost them over $1,000 in future sales.
