Ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day and it never got delivered even though I received a delivered message. Contacted they and they remade to be delivered the next day and when it was delivered the fruit was soggy and saturated with water in the base. Had to be thrown away. read more

I ordered an arrangement online. The process was easy. I was able to pick the day it was delivered. On the day it was to be delivered, I had a question and was able to leave a message online. The staff called me and were very professional and answered my question. Most importantly, my sister loved the gift. read more

This is store #1611, and the customer service is generally horrible. Two years in a row, I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for Valentine's Day. Neither was delivered per the order. In 2024 the order finally showed up about 4-5 days later, after multiple phone calls, and only because the delivery driver went above and beyond to make it happen. At one point I even drove 2 hours to the store because I couldn't get anyone on the phone -- found the store closed during regular business hours, with no sign in the window explaining why. In 2025 I placed the order in early February for delivery February 14; it was not delivered. As of February 15 the order is shown as "being crafted," but no one at the store answered the phone. I then tried calling the main (corporate) number, and got a recording telling me the order was being crafted, and I should call back later for an update. That was enough: I canceled the order online. I'm willing to bet Edible Arrangements drags its feet on giving me a refund, but I'm prepared, with a screen shot of the cancellation request. I do like their products, even though the prices are a bit high, but after two fiascoes in a row I'm done. read more

ordered flowers/fruit on January 31 for delivery Feb 14, 2024. tried calling Tuesday, Feb 13 and Wednesday morning to make sure we were good. Wednesday, Super Bowl of Flowers Day, by 4 PM I knew order would not be delivered- app still showed received by store. I'm screwed- out of town and no way to recover. Tried to contact via the web site - no response. Tried to call, probably along with thousands of others, no answer. I get staff shortages but 2 weeks notice for delivery someone could have called to say we can't manage orders that day- go somewhere else. Would have been better than what I got which was nothing. Hard for a person to recover on Valentine's Day when the person you sent flowers to doesn't receive them. Super Bowl of flowers day and Edible Arrangements left me hanging. So, it's just flowers and there will be another Valentines Day, and if you really need that very special delivery I recommend going someplace else. Horrible!!!! Father's Day disaster!! Our daughter ordered a fruit arrangement for Father's Day that included 3 dipped pineapple and Dad spelled out in the arrangement. What was delivered was 3 bakery doughnuts purchased from Martin's grocery store ($1.00 each) in an Edible gift box. Later that evening my daughter received a text stating the order would be delivered. Unfortunately the order was delivered to an incorrect address which the house number does not exist on our street. We made a trip to the store with the 3 doughnuts and gift box. We did receive a refund and I asked that the store Manager David call me regarding the delivery. It's been 5 days and no call from David!!! read more

Fist they wouldn't deliver the order I was receiving, second they gave the option to call and pickup curbside and the three ladies working around 4:23pm on 2.14.2022 refused to do curbside and said I can come in a pickup it up myself when I arrived and called to pickup. The manager called me back to assure me while they don't guarantee a particular time frame of delivery, they would make sure to get it out in the earlier part of the day as to not miss my friend being at the delivery location! I was out of town and decided to surprise my wife on Valentine's Day with an edible arrangement. I ordered the arrangement on 21 January expecting that was early enough to ensure a same-day delivery. The 14th of February came and went with no delivery. On the 14th I tried to call the establishment and was caught in a never-ending phone loop and never talked to a real person. I also left several messages to inquire as to why my delivery did not happen on time. My daughter even showed up the next morning at 0800, when their hours online were posted and no one was there. She came back at 0900 and the only people in the shop were the delivery drivers who took her information and promised someone would get back to her. The delivery did finally happen but not till 1730 the next evening, we were lucky someone was home. Still have never heard from the establishment and this will be the last time I order an arrangement. Very poor customer relations. read more

I wish I could give zero stars for the poor customer service received. But instead I will tell you my story. Our granddaughter was here from Louisiana and it was her birthday. She doesn't like cake-would prefer fruit. So we ordered her a fruit arrangement. Easy enough online with a Thursday delivery date. The day of delivery we called that morning to just get an estimated time of delivery. Evan answered the phone and immediately went into attack mode-discussing that they were short staffed and they have a lot of orders today. All not my problem but I allowed him to vent. Then asked again, "could I just have an estimated time of delivery?" Which was 1-5pm. We were absolutely fine with that as we could go swimming from 11-1pm and then be home for her to receive the arrangement. 5pm came and went so my husband called. Spoke to a young lady who then gave the phone to Evan. Who chose to yell at my husband. Moments later I received a call from Evan who proceeded to yell at me as well. I will not belittle the company any more than that-but there were raised voices by Evan as well as cursing. I maintained my professional voice and hung up after receiving numerous belittlements. We received the arrangement at about 5:15 from a very nice delivery guy. The only positive of the entire encounter. Do not use them. Buy some bananas, pineapple and apples and make one yourself. Never never again. We were treated like the worst of the worst and did not deserve it. read more

These people went above and beyond my expectations I am so very glad that them. Very good friend of mine just had a baby and I wanted to send her something sweet to the hospital to welcome the sweet new baby. Edible arrangements contacted me to let me know she was out of the hospital and that the contact number they had for her was not good I told him I would contact him back immediately with a new address if they could just drop it off at the new address. Not only are they dropping it off at the new address but they are dropping it off this evening I cannot express my sincere Appreciation for these people they went above and beyond and that is what customer service is about keep it up guys and thank you so much for being awesome read more

I will never order from this location again!! I placed an order for my mother's anniversary with her husband who passed away a few years ago. Online, it said I could place my order and it would be delivered on the same day. So, I placed my order, paying $112 total. 5 minutes later, I received a call from a lady at the store stating the delivery driver had already left and that she would not make it back in time to pick my order up before the store closes and drop it off the same day. They said they could deliver tomorrow and would throw in 6 strawberries for the hassle. Totally unacceptable!! My mothers' anniversary is today, not tomorrow. I called around a few other places with no luck so called this company back. A male answered this time and I asked if anyone at all would be willing to drive the gift to my mother, who lived 14min away, and that I would pay the person $20 to go. He said he was the only person left at the office, that everyone else had left for the day; mind you, this is 3 hours before they are supposed to close. So, he told me he wouldn't be able to accommodate that for me. So I said okay, I will call back. I ended up having to call my mother and ask to go pick up her own gift. I called the company back to advise them that my mother was coming and guess what, a lady answered, after I was just told by the gentleman that he was the only one there. So he straight up lied!! I will not complain about the company itself since I have had good experiences with other locations but this particular location is one I will never order from again, and that's sad to say considering I send my mother a gift each year on this day and now I need to find another company close to her...
