I got an arrangement from this location. I wasn't expecting it. Guess that night went over pretty well! Wink wink say no more! HA. Anyhow so Monday I get a voicemail from "Medical Arrangements" saying they have a delivery for me. Medical Arrangements? What's that? I google it, and find nothing. I'm scared, thinking, what is this - copies of my medical records or some life-sustaining drug I need given my various medical issues that doctors have no clue about? I google the # the guy left and found this place - EDIBLE Arrangements. Now I'm even MORE worried - who is sending me a cold wrapped in cellophane? What did I do wrong? What did I do RIGHT (several times, apparently)? The delivery guys' message said he would be happy to deliver it the next day between 9 and 5. Someone please tell me why people think ANYONE would be home during WORK hours??? I have this thing called a JOB, maybe you've heard of it? Luckily, I have an alternate address on hand for just such an occasion. I called up, and they had it delivered to the other address that day. When I finally got my mitts on this thing, the note just said "Thank You", with no indication who sent it. But, when I was speaking to the lady to have it re-routed, I asked who it was from. So if you do get one and need to know who sent it, just call them up. I like edible arrangements, despite the risk of catching the flu every time I eat it (I assume they use their hands making these things). It was a nice arrangement and I enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the order was not able to be delivered and was a bit frustrated as I was not called in the moment as I have in the past. It's now 3:37pm and he cannot find the arrangement because they probably marked it as delivered and haven't delivered it yet. I'll be calling my credit card company and requesting a refund. Horrible location. I placed an order a week in advance for my friends birthday. They did not deliver on the day I requested and sent me an email saying "delivery unsuccessful." They never called me to say no one was home, but my friend was home and also has cameras. No one ever came to her door. I tried to call to see what happened and no one answered until the next morning. She finally got them the next day, but they looked NOTHING like the photo. Unfortunately, they did not provide me the same level(expected) service that she got by fulfilling the order at no cost. They said I could order it for delivery for a future date. This was intended to be a Valentine's gift for my wife, 4-year-old daughter, and 2-year old daughter. Kept telling the girls, I have a surprise for you...imagine the disappointment after waiting all day. I never received a call or anything to say late or not coming. I've worked customer service before and would have expected a better result than the order in the future and we'll give you a discount(without knowing what that actually entailed). Could not be happier with the customer service from Paul at Edible Arrangements in Woburn, Ma. I had a delivery arranged to the hospital for someone who had just had a critical surgery. Since he was in the ICU they were not able to accept the delivery. Paul called me personally to let me know that he had left the delivery to be passed to visiting family or the nurses and doctors, and that he would create and re-deliver my bouquet once the recipient had been moved to a regular room. I was supposed to get a delivery 9/4/21, was given a door tag saying the delivery was left with a neighbor but not told what one. Corporate the next day said it was not delivered so the driver lied. I requested it be delivered before 12 because he was only in the area for a short period of time. I ordered a brownie bouquet and 6 chocolate covered fruits. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered from Woburn to staff on site in Burlington. I ordered the fruit arrangement 2 days prior to the delivery date. There was a note on line order "deliver before noon" the fruit arrived at 4:39pm the office closes at 5PM! The Woburn, MA Edible Arrangements provided fast and efficient service on a last minute order. The fresh arrangement arrived without problem and the recipients were thrilled with the unexpected and tasty surprise. It made a memorable and special gift. It took me a while to write this review but I had every intention of doing so. My only complaint is the numerous follow-up emails asking me to write a Google review. This was annoying since not everyone has Gmail or wants to participate in Google reviews. I've also received many Edible Arrangements ads since ordering, but they are too pricey for me to choose on a regular basis. They were very pleasant and professional. We agreed Wednesday was a better day for delivery. The family loved it. It was fresh and delicious. They forgot to include the balloon at delivery, so they refunded the delivery charge. I ordered "Fresh Fruit Feast" @ $92. Yes I would use them again!! I received a 'successfully delivered' Email when the recipient did not receive the gift and without any phone call attempts. 2. Customer service had no interest of apologizing for the situation. 3. I had the same experience on Mother's Day as some other people on here. Ordered a delivery of chocolate covered strawberries and a box of chocolates for Mother's Day, spent an extra 19.99 on shipping too. On Mother's Day the delivery never showed up to my moms house- we got no call, email or any contact whatsoever from the store. The next day I tried calling the store directly all day- they took the phone off the hook as it rang busy all 20 or so times I called the store over the course of the day. They also charged my credit card the full amount including the delivery fee and offered no refund or estimate on when or if my delivery would ever arrive. After that the following day I called again a few times and same thing no answer. I have had to file a claim against them through my credit card company to try to recoup my money. This place is stealing money from people. read more

OK by far I've had the worst experience with edible arrangement. It first started when I placed my order to have ready for Mother's Day, first I was told I could not have the order ready for Mother's Day so I had to choose the day after Mother's Day. Then three days later I tried to cancel my order by calling the Woburn location multiple times on multiple different days with no answer. So assuming no one answered my calls and no one answered my email, I assumed by Monday my order would be at my house. I was wrong my email said my package was delivered but it was not. I never got my order but paid for it. I have now tried calling edible arrangements twice again with no answer. I will never be using edible arrangements ever again and now I want my money back on top of some kind of compensation. I placed an order on Valentine's morning. The order never came and I could not get through to the phone number listed or the corporate number to figure out what was going on. I waited until 10 p.m. and no order had arrived. I called the next day and spoke to a woman who was extremely apologetic about a malfunction with the system which I can relate to. She went above and beyond to refund my money and still have the delivery come as it was a Valentine's gift for my fiance. Again, that order did not arrive and I could not get through to the store. I was under the assumption that they were still having problems since I could not reach them. Today is now Sunday and I had spoke to a wonderful man named Paul who ran through the dysfunction and malfunction of the system that caused many not to receive their order. Again I can completely relate because technology is awful. He could not find a note left by the probably overwhelmed young woman I spoke to the day before but he insured me I will receive my delivery tomorrow. They did not have to do that, some companies wouldn't do it and wouldn't even offer to do it. So I am grateful for them sending this out to us and I know it's going to be perfect like all of my Edible Arrangements I have ordered before. I would like to thank Paul and his professionalism on how he handled this matter as I probably wasn't the most friendly person to place a phone call and I'm sure he had to deal with many phone calls. The most ridiculous customer service! Ordered an arrangement for colleagues at work - the day it was suppose to be delivered it was nowhere near. Had to call and inquire where the order is and they still could not tell me when it will be deliver. I had to request that it is delivered next day first thing in the morning and still nothing. Right now sitting on hold for over 10 minutes to get answers. This is absolutely the last time I am ordering from this store. I used other stores in the past and never had so many issues. If you really need to get arrangement to a Woburn location, check your other options besides this store in Woburn or their sister store in Wilimington. I ordered it the same day we were expecting a blizzard in our area and a very kind gentleman called me to ask if it was OK to deliver the arrangement a day early since all cars were expected to be off the road the following day due to the weather. I am not someone to every write a review, and would never write a bad one until now. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at edible arrangements! I am comforted to know that I am not the only one by looking at previous reviews. Lets talk about mothers day first, my mom received the wrong order and was not able to enjoy her gift because she was allergic to what came. I sent my friend a graduation gift and I ordered to pineapple drip cakes. Something that looks amazing online and that I have received in the past. The order was awful and looked like my little brother made them. I know they have been hiring people under the table to make these arrangements and it SHOWS. I could not get in contact with anyone at the store the week after mothers day. I was finally able to call and get in contact with the store today. The worst customer services on ALL LEVELS... employees, 'manager', and OWNER. After going back and forth and being ping ponged from one person to another they finally gave me my refund, but of course while being rude to me. The owner refused to give me the corporate number or any names because he was afraid of what would happen and knows he is not running a good business. I have been loyal to this company, but will not be ordering from them again. All of this just to get a refund for both of my orders that were wrong. Absolutely top notch A+ service delivered by Paul, whom I spoke to after my order did not reach the destination on the initial attempt. This was to no fault of theirs, the gift was for someone who was sick and did not hear them when they came, and I thought this would be a big pain to straighten out - I was wrong. I called and same day Paul sent someone out, customized the balloon special to my request and made the arrangement extra special for her, which was so incredibly nice of him to do and totally unexpected. This type of stuff is what helps you to remember there are some good seeds still out there, and that is awesome considering I am out of state and like to send these for birthdays etc. This experience is one that makes you want to return business to a company like this and I will be doing just that. There was some initial problem with this location with regard to an order delay. My delivery did not get there the day that it was due (unfortunate as it was her graduation day), and they were not very helpful by phone. That being said, once a complaint was filed - they went above and beyond to make it right. If I was was rating then before they started to fix it, they would be a "2". Then after, they were a "5". Not sure what would happen with a new order but they did fix what went wrong and the quality of the order delivered was excellent. read more
