I work for a non-profit agency and use tax exempt forms for all business purchases. I called the sales associate before I made the online purchases and advised her of my non profit status. She said it was okay and advised me to fax the form. I did and I was still charged taxes. Unacceptable I use this form all the time with reputable companies. This is not rocket science. I called and she sounds frantic out of breath and asked that I fax the form again. Really? I'm disputing the charges with my business manager and calling the corporate office immediately. I just purchased over $300 worth of arrangements are you serious! They get one star...yes one. The arrangements were beautiful, however the driver unapologetically arrived late. No apologies for the delay. Nothing. We're done. I will never ever do business with this location again. This was worst experience ever. I gave instructions and they couldn't even do simple delivery to a place of business. I ordered the day before and was told my order would be out for early delivery, that was not the case. When I called the store Edible Arrangements - 313 958 Broadway Woodmere, NY 11598 they didn't know what they were doing, I had my order form and order#. The manager was nasty, disrespectful and unprofessional. I had to tell him to look at the order form from the website. Then the manager admitted my delivery went out 1 pm and wouldn't be there until after 4pm. This was a delivery to a place of business and now the person is gone. If I could give zero stars I would!! Horrible Mother's Day experience! Called the store and was advised by Will and Mario that they do not have managers only a "boss"!! Was also told that they use unprofessional random people to do deliveries and they can not control the Drivers... driver totally ignored notes from the store about delivery and order was not delivered!! Where do I start... My mother was sent an arrangement from this location for her 65th birthday. The arrangement was left outside alone in our drive way in 90+ degree weather (wish I was making this up). If that was insulting enough to find once we got up to the delivery the very vase carrying the arrangement was broken and the arrangement was melted. The saddest thing about the entire situation was my mother was home nobody can to ring the front be or the side door it was as if the just pulled up to the house and literally dumped it off. My 93 year old grandmother called from the Virgin Islands to make this order special for my mom. They did not even have a valid reason as to why of how this happened. NEGATIVE STARS. I had ordered an arrangement on a wed, to be delivered on Thursday. Thursday comes and no arrangement was delivered to the home, where many people were in the house all day long. They said they had went twice and no one had answered the door, which is a complete lie. So I call the next day which is Friday. I had complained and the responses I were receiving were like the staff didn't even care if my family member received her gift or not. I was told it was going to be delivered by 4:30pm, I had called twice within the early afternoon hours to double check and they had told me in was "in transit" it is 6:30 and still no delivery. The staff is of no help and they do not care about customer service. I would not order from here again, nor would I recommend this store to ANYONE. I BETTER GET A FULL REFUND. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I placed an order for Father's Day to my dad and uncle. Whoever delivered it did not knock or ring the doorbell and simply left the arrangement outside on a 90 degree day. The store took days to call me back and would not refund me for my purchase. Whoever answered the phone said I was lying and that their delivery driver wouldn't just leave a package. People were home all day at the house and not one of those 3 people heard a knock or ring at the door. It's absolutely shameful that this company thinks they can rip off their customers especially during a pandemic. Easter Sunday... fruit arrived at 7:25!! I called numerous times and was put on hold for 15 minutes each time and the person at the store was nasty! wonderful, wonderful employees i placed an order for my grandson's party and the arrangement's were absolutely beautiful. the fruit taste amazing. i ordered 2 delicious party xl banquets and let me tell you at the of the event it was all gone. i was bit skeptical with placing my order with this location because of the reviews i read, but i spoke with one off the fruit designers angel he reassured me that their under new management and i should not worry. ten stars!!!! read more

I ordered a gift for my friends birthday. I get a call on the day they were supposed to be delivered I answer to some man I couldn't understand him he was calling me "mami" so I hung up on him. I called edible arrangements telling them I wanted my friend to recieve her gift it was a hassle calling this store and corporate back and forth for an hour! she received her gift the next day, I was never offered and money back or coupons nothing. So my friends surprise gift was ruined. This happened to me a year ago when I ordered my cousin a gift from this company she lived in Virginia at the time and she never got her gift and didn't recieve it until a week later than it was expected! read more
