Honestly this place isn't amazing but I always find myself coming back because of the BOGO deals on Saturdays and Tuesdays. I love how they have so many flavor options but it can be very overwhelming to order because it's such a tight space and you can only try two flavors. Overcrowded yogurt shop. Extremely cramped when you walk in, I felt an overwhelming feeling that I didn't belong. However, after some people pushing and shoving their way to get out, the line was a bit more bearable.. until I got to the cashier. I'm taking a star off simply because the customers that come to this yogurt shop don't know any manner and they cut people off when they're talking and they stand in front of people when they are just trying to get their yogurt. I can't imagine what it would be like on the buy one get one free days.. The yogurt: I forgot which one I got but I got the yogurt with Oreos and graham crackers and it hit the spot. The portion was fairly big for a yogurt shop, it came in a plastic cup where people usually put lattes in. This place is good but here is where my stars went down to a two. I ordered 2 Açai bowls and one of them was perfectly fine just what I wanted. Then my friends was frozen solid it took over an hour to defrost perfectly and we were wanting an Açai bowl so bad so I don't prefer it because of how frozen it was I would not order form here again and also the fruits were all soggy when it defrosted. I have been going to this place for about 15 years, if not more. Despite the HORRIBLE service, I continued to support them because the product is good. I am not one that just goes for the buy one get one free. I always get hewlees which aren't included in that. The workers are nasty, never smile, and are rude. I even made sure to support the business through the pandemic and I have always tipped the workers even when they weren't ALLOWED to have a tip jar. Tonight was the final straw for me. The girl helping me was nasty, had an attitude and actually rolled her eyes because she couldn't hear me. When I paid, NYE order came to $11. I handed her $12. She counted it below the window glanced at me taking my stuff and said "okay, you're good". So, if I had accidentally gave her an extra dollar, she wasn't going to tell me. I said, "actually, I gave you extra. For a tip" she said "oh. Alright". I have sent so many people here and they always come back saying the frozen yogurt is great but they cannot tolerate the staff. One of the most overrated places in Hewlett. Hewlett Station, though a hot spot of Hewlett, with it's Hewlee and two for one yogurts on select days; there are far better options out there. I've had a number of their flavors and they are all for the most part bland. I mean I'm sure you could find worse if you really looked but it really is not worth your time. Judge for yourself but this customer would rather have a yogurt that actually tasted well... like quality yogurt. Not to mention this place gets very crowded and loud quickly so the ambience is far from pleasing. If you need your fat free frozen yogurt fix then check out the nearby Berrylicious in Lawrence. I have been here many times over the past 10 years as a fan of frozen yogurt. However, I don't believe myself or any of my friends will be returning. We stopped in around 7pm last night and it was extremely crowded. (We later learned it was buy 1 get 1 free night). We waited about 15 minutes until we got to the counter. The numerous amount of people and groups before us each ordered about 20 to go Frozen Yogurts. (Yes, they really did). Each had bags and bags of yogurt. I ordered a simple twist (vanilla and chocolate) cone with rainbow sprinkles. My friends had plain vanilla cones (which they threw out after one bite). The young female associate was very friendly...However, the young adult gentlemen who was helping other people next to us was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. The people next to us kept asking for ice cream (an honest mistake), and every single time, the young man said, "It's not ice cream, it's yogurt. Don't you understand? It doesn't really matter anyway, but get it right." He said this about five times in the 2 minutes we were at the counter. Anyways, my cone was just okay, the vanilla tasted like whipped cream and the chocolate was nothing special. We will not be returning as the management has clearly lowered there standards, not trained staff properly and most of all the ice cream was simply not worth $5 for a small cone. read more

Not one of your major 50+ flavor places, it's a pretty small shop with very limited seating and no parking if you happen to be there during the day as it is adjacent to a busy LIRR train station, night parking however is plentiful. If you're looking for some basic staples of a frozen yogurt shop, I would recommend stopping by this place. I'm more of the vanilla type of guy in this regard but it is pretty good. Many toppings to choose from and in the event that you are taking it home, they'll put the hot fudge (or other warm toppings) in a separate cup as not to melt everything in transit. 2 for 1 on Saturday night (open late Saturday) and I believe Tuesday as well. The kids have told me the other flavors are good as well, so if you happen to be in the area, give it a shot, even if you aren't thrilled, you won't be disappointed. One note, if you happen to go on the 2 for 1 days, you will have a bit of a wait, not 30 minutes but you can wait for 15-20 minutes or so while the indecisive people in front of you try every flavor they have while speaking to their friends to compare and playing with their cell phones. The employees do their best though using 3-4 employees filling orders at basically a one person counter and moving at a reasonably brisk pace. read more

This place is really just over hyped because of the huge jewish population in the 5 towns. They have decent deals, yes.
